Totally dishonest lie to me about repairs lie to me about the price then left my truck sitting out side all night with no power windows down do not go to this place! As you can see from the pictures me and a buddy of mine had to go in and replace my VTC solenoid because they lied about replacing them

I would avoid this place if possible, it was recommended to me by midway (which i normally go to) and it shares (or has taken over by, it s hard to tell) the space with some dude who owns Xpress Autocenter and he is a complete JOKE. He tried to tell me he couldn t do a state inspection because I showed him an insurance binder instead of the insurance card. He wouldn t even talk to my agent to get clarification, he just shooed me away and spoke to me very aggressively saying no Idon t talk to anybody, I don t need to talk to anybody well obviously you do because I took my car to the goodyear 1 minute up the street and they took my binder with no hesitation. I had to apologize to my agent for his crazy antics, he obviously has no clue what he is doing and I wouldn t trust him to fix anything on my car.

Great place. Honest people, honest service and prices cant be beat. I use to live down the street from the shop and always took my cars and truck there for any service. They do it all! Now, I've moved from the area but still drive back to this shop for services. I will never go to another mechanic ever. Carmon is an angel and will give you the best price with the fastest turn around. Without getting on the toll road he s like 50 minutes away from me but I ll still drive my car to him because you won t find a more honest and nice person.

I always get car inspections here. I also occasionally have auto repairs done here. They also change engine and transmission oil here. They sell new and used tires as well. I like and recommend this place to auto owners.

I always have a great experience when I come here. Best priced inspections and oil changes in DFW!! The mechanics are very smart and don't try to up-charge you. During my last oil change the gentleman helping me informed me of their groupon so I can save money! And then he gave me some great advice on what car I should buy next. 10/10 great place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Had my suspension worked on by the mechanic after taking my car home i could tell tell something wasn't right so I took it back 3 times and was told everything was fine that I just needed an alignment so on my way to get an alignment my brakes locked up and I lost all steering, I was able to get to a repair shop a block away and as soon as they put my car on the lift they noticed the bolt to my lower control arm was completely missing. I was very understanding as we are all humans and make mistakes and asked the owner to compensate me for the charges at the other shop for the mistake his mechanic made and was told that they're not at fault and he wouldn't pay the bill.. Don't use this place its worth paying a little more somewhere else my outcome could have been very different if I was on the toll way!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

My mom had some issues with spark plugs on her car, she had taken it to another dealership who tried to give her the run around and upcharge her. I drove down and called some places around town that had higher reviews. This place gave the best price estimate for the repairs that needed to be done and also had good google reviews. I called them, from the beginning it was great customer service with an upfront quote for repairs. I went in the next day, and even though it wasn't the person who I spoke to on the phone they had already been told about the car and what needed to be done. The repairs took less than four hours (I was expecting a day or two) and the price was as estimated. Incredibly happy, will go back with all repair needs.

This is the third time I have visited this location and I haven't felt so welcomed at a mechanic shop ever...The manger Eddie and Jay are such gentlemen, they helped me out in every way possible from fixing the car and beating most mechanic shop prices. People like them bring that extra to your business, and I hope nothing more than success for them.I got an alignment and brand new transmission done, and there prices beat all the locations in there surrounds.With all sincerity I want to thank them for everything they have done.

If you like to get a good deal from an honest business RUN from this place. Over $400 dollars to diagnose a front end mechanical issue on a car and held the car hostage until paid. Took it to another shop and got a free estimate and total repair will be less than their "diagnostic" fee. This place is the epitome of unscrupulous business practices.

Had an unfortunate event with my car late on a Saturday night. Had it towed to Pro Quick Lube, called them Monday morning and by 2pm it was fixed and ready to go. Great customer service, was so quick in fixing my vehicle. Extremely fair pricing. Will never take my car anywhere but here. Thank you Adam! You and your team are amazing!

Awesome people, had no problems with this place what so ever! They put a new engine into my car after the car gave out, and did an amazing job and in Very timely manner too. Most definitely a hidden gem. Really good with prices and will take care of you if you need to pay over time rather than all at once

I've been getting used tires at JC Jr's Tire Shop on Rosemeade near Marsh, and have been very satisfied. I thought I had a bad wheel bearing so I tried the mechanic/lube shop that is the main part of the building. I asked them to confirm the bearing was bad about four times. Turns out that I just had some plastic shields loose and dragging on the pavement. Which they told me after they replaced the bearing and I paid them. $250 wasted. I have the old bearing and it seems fine. First time I've been ripped off by a mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stay away..... Dishonest people that "borrowed" better yet attempted to steal my diagnostic tool from my car. Someone from the shop also rummaged through my vehicle. I spent one thousand dollars for heater core that doesn't work. Good job guys!!!! I won't be returning in the near future.

I had just moved here and was having car problems. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with it they were willing to work with my car and help us out turned out to be a fuel pump which is kind of expensive fix and they helped us out to be able to afford it and get my car back and running. I wouldn't go anywhere else except for to them they are the most knowledgeable and amazing mechanics I've ever had the pleasure of being able to have work on my car and I trust them with my car and with any future car I have. I highly recommend going to them with any car problems you have.

I've gone to this place for years and some new guy must have taken over because when he cussed me out and got aggressive with me because I pointed out he ground my starter trying to engage it while the car was running. He also broke the compartment that holds my air filter because he replaced the screws with an impact driver into plastic. This man is dangerous and very rude. Not to mention his obvious lack of intelligence. Don't go here!!!!

So I went in here with seven different problems that I was having. In a day they fixed everything! The staff was friendly and seemed to really know what they are talking about. Rather than them trying to tell you some B.s. so you can pay extra, they were straight to the point. My car runs smoother than ever now! Def the place i'll be going to from now on.

My transmission went out on my 2007 Nissan Titan and the tow truck driver recommended this shop for the repair. It ended up needing a new or rebuilt transmission after the initial diagnosis. After some research I learned that the Titans had other contributing engineering issues causing this major failure. The shop recommended that I have them replace the transmission with a used rebuilt transmission salvaged from another Titan. I decided to have the existing transmission rebuilt with new parts rather than replaced with another potentially faulty transmission. These guys got me right in though and gave me a honest opinion and fair quote to get me back on the road. I would recommend them to others as they seem to be qualified and willing to help with your automotive problems.

By far the fastest and most efficient oil change I've had. These guys are quick. Fast, friendly, and super courteous service. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be going there for future oil changes.

FOUND MY NEW GO TO CAR SHOP. I am completely impressed with the customer service, attention to detail, and overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere Pro Quick Lube in Carrollton has shown me. Adam and Tony are some of the best people around. It is hard to find a car shop that will be honest with you about repairs that need to be made with giving you a great deal. What I love even more is that they go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you for helping me and getting my car back into shape.
