Someone hit the left front side of my vehicle. A friend recommended this company to me and I decided to give it a try. I m so happy that I did the quality of the work that was completed on the vehicle was beyond excellent. I m very satisfied with the work that was completed. The car drives better day before the accident. I highly recommend premium luxury motor cars for services.

Business owner Alfonso is the definition of taking advantage of customers. I trusted him with paint and interior of a super nice Chevy c10 that he literally burned to the ground. Almost 15k out of pocket for the job and the truck just so happened to catch fire out of no where which he proceeded to tell me THREE weeks after it happened. He also said it was entirely on me and my insurance to cover for costs when the vehicle is in his care and on his premises. Couldn t provide any footage of the fire whatsoever. Just had to believe what he was telling me. Keep in mind he s had the truck for almost two years and the work done to it doesn t compare to the time. A 20-25k truck down the drain.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very pleased with the customer service. Alfonso was responsive and went out of my way to help me get my car repaired after experiencing my first accident ever, especially after the insurance dropped the ball. He was fast to submit the claims and paperwork needed over to them. Got my car repaired and looked like new he also took the car for an alignment after it was returned to me at no cost to make sure everything was good .Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Brakes

Just a heads up for anyone buying a car from this company- don't do it- I had my car for 1 month and it broke down- I paid for a warranty ($2000)and they didn't cover it because "their" mechanics said it was because of me why it broke down- when in fact they knew it was a expensive repair and didn't want to eat that cost. Took it to a mechanic that wasn't connected to them and they confirmed it isn't something that I would've done in 1 month of owning. Yes they gave me my money back for my warranty but knew why they were doing that because they knew this situation was wrong from the jump. They will sweet talk you in the beginning and have you thinking they are this great company but if it sounds to good to be true it typically turns into situations like this. They are very unprofessional and act like they care but will screw you over completely. Don't want anyone else to lose money like I did dealing with this place especially since they sell expensive cars.

I got into an accident and my car was a total loss! Got recommended here because a family friend used Alfonso not to long ago and did an amazing job his car and decided to take a chance.He was super friendly and so understanding they offered me a rental vehicle because sadly my insurance didn't cover it.They were fast and so professional. They made sure I was in and out the day I dropped off my car and picked it up.Got emails calls and text messages with updates during the whole process.Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I do not recommend you buy cars from here!I bought a Honda Odyssey from this place after looking at 10+ of the same van. They Filled my ears with lies of how they buy cars and fix them up and resale them. Told they put new pads and rotors and had the oil changed. I drove straight too have dinner with my family and when I was backing out it didn t want to go then shot back. I had to have it towed to Honda and they said oil was leaking on the alternator and I had to repair the leak the alternator and battery. $2021 later I had my van back then days later the A/C went out and I had to have the hoses and compressor replaced cause Freon was actively leaking. Now down $773 in lines and $993 on compressor. Yesterday my check engine light came on. I am a mom to 5 and don t have endless funds and this has been my worst car buying experience ever.

$8,000 the insurance paid for these people to do a horrible job they damaged me The trim of the car left it super dusty dirty inside and it still took over 3 weeks to finish. the only thing they did right was steal the money $8000...He tried to be nice but in truth, he is a hypocrite.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my Mercedes GL 550 to Premium and Luxury Motor Cars after I had tried to service it from other service center and I was amazed at the first class service I received from Juley Garcia the customer service to the Mr. Alfonso Flores. The technician drove with me to test drive the car to be sure all my complaints and concerns were properly taken care of. They contacted my warranty company promptly and got the adjuster to come in to access the repairs that they were going to perform. They went beyond my expectations in the quality of work they did on my Mercedes. I am very, very impressed and happy for the courtesy and friendly atmosphere at this shop. I will highly recommend Premium and Luxury Motor Cars to everyone because I know they will be very pleased with their service as I am. They went the extra mile to take me back and forth to get me a rental car for the days my car was being serviced. This all blew my mind and speaks of the personal touch they give their customers.

Premium and Luxury Motor Cars was very fast and provided very good quality work on my vehicle that hail damage everywhere. They made sure that I even had a ride to pick up rental when the company I was renting my car from forgot my pick up appointment. I definitely recommend them and I will always send my vehicles to Mr. Al Flores and his team.

Professional. Fast. Quality of work and repair is A++!I ve ( unfortunately) met Alfonso after being involved in accident with my Mercedes S63. I absolutely loved the car and MB said they plan to total it. Not only did he fix the car back to spec, but saved me thousands on the repair. Even the service guys at MB were shocked! That was 9 years ago. I still use his place for service work and the occasional whoops for body work. Plus, it s nice to see the other cool things he works on as well.

Bought a car from here and it broke down the next day. I ve owned this car for two months and so far I have spent $3,000+ fixing the alternator, replacing the air conditioning, and now today I m getting a NEW error code that requires another trip to the shop. On top of everything, they didn t even file the application for Texas title. My plates and tags are expired and I have no way of registering my car because they didn t do their job. This has been a horrible experience and I don t recommend ANYONE buy a car here.

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Premium and Luxury Motor cars. They fixed, my Jeep's back door after it was hit by a huge pick up truck- resulting in a big indention and no longer being able to open. It looks Brand new, like nothing ever happened to it. Definitely affordable for the quality of work they do, very worth it! I recommend this place if you want a quality job.

Took my 1965 Mustang Fastback to Al for an insurance claim repair and I'm extremely satisfied with the repair work that was done... Al was very professional and went out of his way to make sure my car was taken care of with great attention to detail.I will be bringing my 1965 Mustang Fastback back for a complete paint job as well as my 1970 Chevelle.If you're looking for an honest person to work with in your car repair, then look no further.

OMG! Al was very professional. He came to pick up my car (on time). It was done for the amount quoted and ready the same day! He even brought it back to me. His attention to detail is great. I am very impressed with the service as well as the work done!!Hopefully there won't be another encounter with the curb, but if there is I know who to call. Thank you!!
