My daughter and I were in DFW for her doctor appointments. When the check engine soon light came on. The gentleman help us and pointed me to the right garage to go. So helpful

Very Disrespectful.While at the counter, the guy was helping me, then the phone rang, he just picked up and started talking to what seems like another customer on the phone, all this right in front of me as if I was not even there. I terminated my business and walked out the store. These people are not worth it

My battery was toast and smoking, so for safety sake they had to wait about an hour before swapping it out. Starting like new again. Thank you!

I was sold a bad part from here and i would never go back. They sold me a bad alternator which my car stopped in the middle of the road. I m out of $400! Bad service never use this place!!!!!

I take care of my elderly mom s car which needed a replacement battery. The store manager and the technician Joel were great! They took out the dead battery and installed & replaced the battery which was under warranty still, with a new one in only 10-15 minutes! Thank you so much!! Great customer service!

I've never had a bad experience with this location. In fact, the staff has always been pleasant and I recently had the pleasure of meeting Roderick, the assistant manager. He went above and beyond to help me with my car battery. My car died right in front of the busy intersection next to the shopping center. He saw me and helped me and another gentleman push my car towards the store. He was very helpful and showed great customer service. I definitely recommend this place to everyone that has car need.

I've noticed that some of these places I have not visit some of the places I passed by them. O'Reilly I did go by there something like a month ago or a month-and-a-half ago and Carrollton the one off of marsh and Frankfort. My visit they helped me out tremendously they check my car at the time and told me I need a new battery which we replace and also my check engine light came on also since then I had to get another car because of the motor of the car that I had at the time was no more. The staff is very helpful they have very good work skills and I also they were very friendly to us. The work that they do to help what's a problem that you have with your vehicle then who look at the prices for that I don't have a problem because it's worth it. Well I return to the store yes we will thank you so much for helping us :-)

My battery died, got it jump started and was told I needed a new battery. I headed to the Josey O'Reilly Auto Parts store, and Longjii, the Assistant Manager, was quick to provide me the correct battery, install it, and also check my alternator to ensure other factors were not the cause of my dead battery. I appreciated his customer service and assistance in ensuring my new battery would not soon become a dead one. Thank you!

I went in to this location today to buy motor oil and have my engine light checked. Two people were working and said they would be right with me. They proceeded to move around store while the other attendant went back and forth to the back of the store. About five minutes later one of them came back to counter to answer the phone, while i remained standing at the cashier counter waiting. I left my purchases on counter and left. Went down the street to AutoZone and received much better service.

Ordered a battery and paided for curbside pickup arrived at the store they said they don't got it in stock and have to order it but I think he was a manager and he got me a upgraded battery for no extra charge thank you guys ! I won't be going anywhere else for my parts you just made a life time customer.

One of the helpful staff was able to look up simple parts that I needed, and offer honest advice on pros and cons to the items in their stock, including price versus value. I'm always well taken care of by O'Reilly staff!

I needed my battery checked since I had to jump it off after work. The salesman was nice and checked it and said it was bad and I needed a new one. He proceeded to tell me that due to the location of the battery and liability they were not allowed to change it out for me and I would have to find another place to do that.I drive a Honda Pilot and I told him I have had the battery changed out before at AutoZone. He told me he wasn't pawning this off it was due to liability. This was after 8pm and this location closed at 9pm. I feel that this guy just didn't want to mess with it. I went to AutoZone down the street and the salesman there promptly told me yes he could switch it out quickly and they were very easy to change out. Took about 20 mins total.....

Had to buy shocks for a friend's car. They lowered the price and came close enough to the online price that I bought my shocks here. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them if asked.

The manager of this place was very young but to my surprise he was very knowledgeable of this business and was not in too big of a hurry to explain about the parts I was purchasing making sure I didn't need anything else. I see that women are also employed here and not passed over just because of they're sex. Smart very smart.

Beyond impressed. The store has personable people who are knowledgeable. I dealt mostly with Timothy and base the bulk of this positive experience on him, but I found everyone in the store friendly and helpful.

I just wanted to say a thank you to the assistant manager, I went in to buy a screw driver to change out my license plates. He was so patient and kind and he even changed them out for me and it was raining. I really appreciate it and thanks again.

Its the second time i go to this store, and same representative help me and he s got a really bad attitude i didn t buy what i need because he don t help me to find the right part for my car I never gonna stop on this store never again

The Auto Parts Advisors behind the counter are always very friendly and helpful. They known all the weird names for parts and are always patient with complicated projects. By far the best O'riellys I've been to and I'll always come to this specific location, even if it means driving past 6 other O'riellys. Jason, the manager, really does run a tight shift, everything is always where it belongs and easy to find.

Super friendly employees my dash lights came on. The employee there helped by putting their computer on my car and told me what the issue was. Very sweet and very helpful both employees.

This is where I go to get my car and truck parts. Always enjoy going here for they are very helpful and informative. Parking is readily available and the store clean and organized. Prices are good and so is the guarantee on them.

My husband and nephew went into this location after being treated kindly over the phone by David but once they got there it was a different story. He treated them very cruel because of them being Hispanic. He also refused to look up a part for him as well.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful in finding parts for you. I wasn't sure about the type of filter I needed, and didn't know the engine type of the car, and they pulled it all up using the license plate.

Now days the "employees" here dont know anything about cars . At this point oreilly just hires anyone that can click a mouse and keyboard and somehow it still takes them 10 minutes to find a part
