Took my California in for its BI-Annual service last week. Exremely fair price. Mike was there for the drop off and pick up. Showed us around the place for a tour. very cool place. Excellent Work. Car drives great. Spent a few minutes on his day off talking to me about my car ! :) Didn't try to upsell me and did the work on time. Offered other available services only after i asked about them !:) Ive found my new shop for my Ferrari!Services: Transmission, Oil change

James and Michael are the best in the business, they provided me with outstanding service on my 2020 Maserati Ghibli S Granlusso. Had my plugs and air filters changed, car runs even better now, well it seems that way. A very responsive team indeed! As a new customer with an issue with my GT, I left a voice mail for Michael in service. He called me back in <10m and listened to the issue, provided me a way to resolve it and offered to walk me thru how to get the car moving again over the phone.This is how service ought to be. This is rare these days across America. And a very pleasant experience..Nicely done. Keep up the high touch, responsive and expert service.

One of the best places ever!!! Top-notch service first class and nothing less!!The last time I took my car in for service I noticed the night before that there was an oil leak under my car so that night I sent an email to the office and first thing in the morning around 630 I received an email stating that I can bring it right in and they will take a look at it not only did they take a look at my Maserati first thing in the morning but they got it fixed and back on the road within the first few hours of business that morning I ve never received such an incredible service these guys are knowledgeable and personable. Thank you guys for all that you do and I cannot wait until the next time my car goes in for service!!

Emailed them to ask a few questions to help me choose a facility to use for a new to me Maserati, and never heard back. Guess business is going that good for them Response to Business response:I didn t state anything that wasn t true, and never implied that I know anything about you. You didn t respond back to my email, plain and simple. So I do know now, that you don t reply to emails well. However, the other three shops that I emailed the exact same qualifying questions to, did respond.I am happy for you that old school seems to work well for you though. I hope it continues to do so.

Hands down great experience. The team at Norwood are friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Will gladly recommend to others. If you have an Italian car, this is the place to go.

I have known Michael Luongo for over 10 years. He is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and on time. If you have an Italian car, this is the place you want to service it.Michael, James and their team provide professional and friendly service with huge discount over dealership rates. They are pleasure to work with. Truly amazing facility with the finest technicians in the industry, I would definitely recommend Norwood Auto Italia!

Knowledgeable and professional - they know their stuff and have the industry experience to understand, diagnose, and recommend alternative solutions to what could be a huge expense at the dealership. Open and honest, Mike and James are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend beyond any Italian car specialist I've met between Miami and Dallas.

If you own an exotic car, this is the place for you. I only have one word for Michael Magician . Dealership couldn t get the alignment right(3 times), they told me I need to replace the steering rack. Michael not only got alignment fixed but now my 458 drives like a new car.

Extremely honorable shop. I was told I was due for my major service on my Maserati by local dealership. Being that the car only had 3k miles since last major but 3 years idle time, Norwood replaced only what was needed saving me over $1,000. I'm a customer for life. Thanks guys.

Fantastic shop that does amazing work on Italian cars. They are priced far better than the dealer and are very honest and competent. Michael the shop manager and James in the front of the shop are truly awesome.

Definitely THE place to go for your exotic. I was very impressed with their facility and their professionalism. I was recommended to them by another shop for a repair on my Lamborghini. I won't go anywhere else.
