Excellent service! Charles was so helpful, and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere in the waiting room was lovely. It was well kept, clean bathroom, stocked coffee area, motivational literature available, and even a phone charger available for easy use. The work was completed in a timely manner, pricing was reasonable, and Charles made the entire experience great.

Charles was awesome, i can tell he has been doing this for a very long time. Had an oil change along with brake pads and rotters done and had me in and out. He was also limited on people between servicing customers today so. . Very impressive!

Called for a tire. Horrible customer service told me cheapest tire in a 2355018 was $1100. Purchased 4 at discount tire with warranty for $320

Waited over an hour and half just for them to change a tire. There was no wait and it was empty inside. 3 oil changes came after me and were out way before.**It shouldnt take 1+ hr anywhere to change a tire w/no wait.**

Always fantastic service. It's my go-to shop for things I can't wrap my head around...or for when it's hot as hell outside, and I just don't want to change my own oil. Highly recommended.

Came here to get a wheel alignment great service prompt attention clean waiting area and awesome customer service from Robert. Came back for tire balance and rotation again great service!!! my first visit this past week - these guys were very professional, described and showed me the issues with brakes and tires. estimate inspection was thorough and complete (test drive, put car on lift, remove tires and inspect brakes, etc.) they did the repairs immediately and I was out of there in 1.5 hours. recommending shop to my employees and will service our fleet vehicles there as well. great job!

Horrific customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone twice and still can t resolve a routine task. Fed up, I cut my losses and completed the task down the street at another shop with ease. I wouldn t return, if it was the last shop in town. Awesome customer treatment with consistancy no matter what the issue is. The thing I like the most about this location is the honesty and the integrity they maintain throughout. I had been here several times and none of my visits was unsatisfactory. No bullshit and straight forwardness. On top of all, they don't try to over sell other stuff when you go with your problem. No bullshit sales tactics to sell their products or services. Both owner and staff are very ethical and nice people.

I went out for 2 hours last night, and when I started my car to go home I thought the muffler had gone. I showed up at this location and once on the hoist, we saw what was missing. The (stolen) catalytic converter was replaced within 1 hour. Their service was great, and professional. This will now be my go-to place for future issues with my car. Thanks!

I usually have my guard up with auto shops because I think they're trying to oversell. However, I was impressed by this location and their honest assessment for my car's repairs. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend it.

We went for a state inspection for my vehicle, they did the inspection within no time. From then on, we had a trust with this center of Midas.If we have any issues, I am confident and comfortable to approach them. I can see the style with which they service or tackle our issue. They also provide us the most resonable price for the parts which always comes under our budget.

Amazing place. Reji and the team are great people who provide excellent service. Upfront yet honest. My go to place to get service done on my car. Robert, Bernard, and Oscar are great wotkers. Highly recommend!

I went in for an inspection and I was amazed at how great the customer service was. I also applaud the manager for his courage to display Christian scripture and have Christian literature in the office. Me and a few other customers were talking about it and we were all very impressed. This will be my new Midas and I will tell all my friends and family and even strangers about going to this Midas.

I m a little disappointed in this location. I go here for my oil changes and have never had a problem. They did a brake check for me last time I was there and said that my brake pads would need to be changed. They wrote me up an estimate. My dad works on cars... so I was just going to have him do it. When he was in town, he set everything up.. and the brake pads had hardly ANY wear on them. Almost brand new.Not sure what happened or who they were trying to fool.. but I recommend getting a second opinion from someone before agreeing to pay almost $300 for new brake pads when it s not necessary whatsoever.

I brought my truck in late in the day about a week ago and arrived after closing time. They took me in and started the paperwork to get things going. I was worried about a costly repair because of what I discovered prior to them diagnosing it - estimates online came out to anywhere between $200-$800 depending on what the problem was. As it turned out, it was something small that cost less than $100. I went to them before with a previous repair and was pleased with the timeframe and end cost. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

This is the best Midas I ve been to. Reji is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to save me some money on an air compressor repair. He was able to set me up with a same day appointment and the repair was completed in no time. Thank you Reji and team!

Great guys! They ordered my muffler, fixed it that day, and even drove her around the corner to get a safety inspection so that I didn't have to do it myself. Robert and the rest of the team are great guys, and I will be going back to them in the future.

This particular auto shop is probably the only store in the DFW area, that is completely honest with their customers. The man who worked on my car didn t try to take advantage of the fact that I was a female that knows nothing about cars. He took the time to explain each detail. I will definitely be returning!

Jim was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I called a few muffler shops in the area and most were just rude and not willing to help. It was refreshing to have called Midas Carrollton and Jim had a great attitude over the phone. Highly recommend to all! Thanks!

Have had two repairs: one for a cooling fan and another for a wheel hub. There was no charge to diagnose and the repairs were fast. Ask for Reggie, he took great care of my car and is committed to quality. I'll keep going back.

Very honest people, the place it's not that nice but you can feel confident about the diagnostic and work they do and that count the most. Roberto takes the time to explain you and really cares about giving a good service.I would go back there even it's not that close to home.

I went to the Midas on Beltline Rd in Carrollton, I have used them before and liked them. They were more than happy to give me an estimate to replace the headlight bulb on my Cadillac, which is not a simple thing to do. The estimate was just a little bit less than some of the other places I called. While I was there I asked how much for a oil change, again not cheap for a Cadillac, and he gave me a great deal. They told me it would take an 1 1/2 hrs to do all I wanted done, they finished in an hour! They are honest, polite and fast!

Came to this place on a recommendation. Not friendly at all, I was the only customer there and then a woman came about 15 mins later and was done and ready to go way before my car. Was quoted for a repair last Saturday, went in for them to quote me about $500 more than before. No thanks, I was looking for a friendly and honest shop, this was definitely not it.

Great cutomer service... these guys help me out with my exhaust tips and made them look perfect! Robert was great in making sure that I was happy & they were welded properly. Highly recommend
