I placed an order with Mike in December of 2022 for an Emira, but decided to cancel & Mike handled my order & refund with ease. Well, I changed my mind & placed another order. Once again, Mike called me, got my configuration & deposit, & handled everything quickly & with care. Need a Lotus? Call Mike!

Tony was fantastic to work with on getting my Emira. Always kept me posted. Answered emails and calls promptly. Nothing was too much trouble.He help with the sale of my Evora GT. Got it sold in 4 days at my asking price.Highly recommend working with him.Everyone at the dealership was amazing. Sales, service and workshop.Bought my Lotus Evora GT from them in August 2021 No IssuesService manager Gio and his staff we also great to work with.Very accommodating on everything.Highly recommend Lotus Of Dallas to anyone. Purchased my Bronco from Florida. Very professional, prompt response and probably the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Had the choice to have my Bronco transported to me (they set it up) or I could pick it up, which I chose to do. Take the time to tour their inventory of new, exotic, classics and all in between. You will be impressed! Michael was attentive, professional and answered any and all questions. My vehicle was cleaned, gased up and ready when I arrived.I highly recommend Michael and this dealership.

Earth Motor Cars was great and first class in customer service!! Michael Acaron went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase and delivery. He also accommodated a pick up on a day they were closed! I would definitely recommend buying from them and I personally will return in the near future for my next sports car!

Will post a full review once car is received.Michael Acaron made the Lotus Emira test drive event awesome! He knew how to handle and test the car to provide an excellent customer experience.The facility looks great and nicely organized as well.

I decided to order an Emira last summer as I was packing up to move to north Texas. On my first call to Lotus of Dallas my Emira was configured and ordered. Lotus of Dallas has been my advocate with Lotus ever since. They have proactively kept me informed and been very fair and straight forward with my place on their list as well as price. They are very well informed with the details of the Emira helped me with configuring my car. I couldn't be happier with my car on order and this dealership.

I wanted to pre-order a Lotus Emira. I have called Lotus of Dallas 4 times and never received a call back. I have asked for a call back via there online chat feature, and to this day have not gotten a call back.I visited the dealership with 10K cash in my pocket to put down a deposit and I was ignored. Eventually I was advised there were no additional spaces available on the pre order list.A few weeks later I called to speak with the GM. I was told the store does not have a general manager. I mentioned how I had been ignored and told I could not pre-order a vehicle. The complaint specialist I spoke to advised me this was not the case., and assured me if I came in they would take my pre-order. I was told to speak with LJ. I agreed to come in the same day. After the phone call I immediately drove to Lotus of Dallas (Earthwood Motors). Upon arrival I asked for L.J. and was told he was not in the office. I mentioned I was here to make a pre-order and was told no one could help me. I mentioned my trouble and how I had been trying to pre-order for weeks. I asked if someone else could help me and I was told no.There were literally two employees sitting at their desk doing nothing but playing on their phones,If this is the level of service I am going to receive, then I do not feel comfortable giving this dealership my money. When you buy a vehicle that costs 100K, you want to have confidence that you will be taken care of should an issue or warranty claim arise. This dealership does not make me feel comfortable, in fact they made me feel ignored. In the event of a warranty claim they would probably ignore you too. I am going to visit Lamborghini of Dallas or Park Place Porsche instead.THIS DEALERSHIP HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT CARE.

Lotus of Dallas is the newest Lotus dealership in the US. The demand for the new Emira has been enormous and have over 100 per orders with only 31 allocated cars. They will not let anyone cut the line if they pay more for the car. About as ethical of a dealership as they come.
