Shane is a great guy and gave me a great deal on my Benz. I was very happy with the way it turned out. One good thing that stands above the rest with Shane is that he is good at giving you updates by text and sending you photos of whats going with the vehicle and the progress. That really helps, because these days customer service is all about getting a phone call and telling you to pick up your car. His fast response time after you text him is what I like the most. That tells me that he takes his customers seriously and pays attention to them. When it comes to custom body work or fabrication, I don t have to wonder anymore because I now I know who to go for a good job at a fair price!

Got a dash cam installed. Very satififying price and work. Called many other places before coming here and because this place charge the lowest, reasonable installation fee, I was able to get and ended up getting the higher quality cam for the same price in total compare to what other places offered. Would definitely recommend.

It s mainly one guy whom give you the price quotes in there which shows very bad customer service. He lied to me multiple times about my car being ready and overpriced me on top of the service. He not upfront about the prices, because when it s time to pay he add on more charges. He lied about giving me a discount for waiting almost a week for my car. Service was terrible I do not recommend to anyone..

Absolutely the best service. Local guys with a niche for their craft. No big box store games, straight to the point, and knowledgable. Store is set up in product tiers so you know what quality you're seeing. My sub busted within 3 days of use and these guys took care of it. Now, that's not to say blast your system out the box all the way. It was a learning experience for me as this is my first sound system. They coached me on what happened and gave me preventative measures for the second go around. I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.....EVER....

If I could give a zero star I would but Google reviews does not allow me to do this....My husband visited Lone Star Customs initially to have his stereo worked on which ended up being a satisfactory event.He then went back and they installed LED lights, and a short time later (maybe a week or two), the lights began to malfunction so he took it back to his (the owner's) shop and was informed by the owner that it had no warranty. There was a sign right next to him that stated "30 day warranty", but the owner stated that there was no warranty on the receipt, although there was a place on the receipt which should have been checked by the owner for warranty (warranty option checkboxes on receipt) on the initial purchase. He was left to wonder why his item did not come with a 30 day warranty when it is clearly posted in the store and why the owner didn't check that on the receipt when he made the purchase. The owner was very unaccommodating and flat out didn't care that he left my husband high and dry with a vehicle in which he was unable to get an inspection, registration and could possibly get a ticket....but he didn't care.I consider this bad business, especially coming from the place that installed the lights and not standing behind their work....hmmmmm I still have to wonder why did he not check the warranty box on my husband's receipt, as well as offered no explanation. Shame on you LoneStar Customs!

I'm impressed at the attention to detail the owner and staff apply to the customer. I appreciate their honesty and reasonable price. I left satisfied. I recommend Lone Star Customs to anyone needing car repairs.

They actually listened to what I wanted and made it happen exactly as asked. They went the extra mile and fixed stuff I didn t know was broken, didn t charge extra. Good folks, professional, and very cool to deal with.

Guys did a great job and over came an issue that wasn't their fault. Great pricing compare to other local shops, so I'll be back for sure.

I seen these guys work on every thing from Lamborghinis to party buses erick and his men are very professional and they did a very good job on my Toyota tundra

Very bad service they don't know how to intall a ligth bar. they drill on my truck too many holes, i hope don't star leaking..
