This place took care of me. It's hard to find good service nowadays. I was in and out and treated with respect and not just a number. I found this place after having a bad experience at Brakes Plus formerly City Garage which went downhill after they got bought .

I had a great experience at Texas Auto Lube last week! Their customer service was on point and all of the employees were so nice! I had my brake rotors replaced, Oil Change Replaced. OMG I love the Waiting area it is awesome.

Popped in and got my state inspection just now, these guys are honest, clean and thorough...have followed Chris around for 4 years, he and his team are too notch, quality and very kind! Have recommended them to everyone!

Okay I've purchased a oil change from Groupon and I pulls up to 3 people staring at me. So when somebody finally comes to see what I wanted. I showed him the Groupon and he pointed to the sign and left. The manager pulls up finally and did the exact same thing and couldn't help me get my refund back on the Groupon. They shop is still currently showing as available on Groupon. False advertisement. I've wasted gas and couldn't even receive great customer service.

I come here every time I have a problem in my truck, what I value the most is the sincerity, they always tell me exactly what the problem is, they solve it quickly and the price is very good. excellent service and excellent customer service. First of all, I would like to point out that the service here is on point. Sam was such a great help, even though I was super annoying. I called him since he was close by to my work with all thousands of questions I had (okay that was an exaggeration) but still, a lot of questions - he answered them very calmly. Very impressed. Second, the prices here are AWESOME! Very competitive pricing and affordable. He made sure my vehicle was taken care of before handing it back. I would definitely recommend them especially for the friendly staff. Thanks Sam for the help! Go here, won t regret it. Friendly, affordable, and very professional.

Over charging for everything! These guys were just standing around until I got there! Double charged me on my tire rotation and balance! Then wanted to over charge me for my tire leak! They couldn t even do what I asked! I don t even think they balanced my tires! I think they just told me they did and sent me on my way! Charged me almost $75 for tire balancing

An HONEST mechanic!!!Ryan and his staff are THE BEST. We will never have our vehicles worked on anywhere else. Outstanding customer service,friendly,knowledgeable, fair, hard working staff and owner. They truly care about their customers. Great experience,every single time. I always leave smiling. Love those guys!

Crooked and dishonest!!. I went for an alignment based on the high reviews on #Groupon. The guy Sam at counter told he wouldn't honor the Groupon deal because the deal dropped too low. I really didn't care about that because their fee was lower than other places. He performed a partial alignment and stated my car needed a $400 alignment kit to properly align my car. I declined and went to another place and needed no kit for alignment. Beware of this place.

Went for alignment and wheel balancing after my front right rim hit the curb and they did an amazing job! My car drives so smooth now. Definitely recommended!

So glad I bought a Groupon for an oil change here! The location was easy to find, the waiting room and bathroom were clean and tidy with comfortable and plentiful seating. Ryan was friendly, helpful, informative and absolutely pleasant. Prices were more than reasonable, service was fast and I will definitely be back! Thank you.

Customer service is really bad. Took my truck to get an inspection done and the guy told me it looked like my tent is to dark and they probably wouldn t pass it. I told him we have been bringing all of our company trucks to them and they have all passed and my tent is legal limit. He said he don t need my business and that he has 55 fleets of trucks so our business doesn t matter.

Armando seemed very honest, he explained to me all the issues my car had. But the price for the parts and service was too high. The guy running this shop is not friendly. I'd somehow never noticed these guys back in here before. Looking to date to get my oil changed with a short turnaround and spotted them. Very short line so I gave him a shot. I was pretty pleased,Price was in line with anywhere else and the upsell didn't seem nearly as bad as most places. Not sure if it's true all the time or not but the guys doing the oil change didn't just do oil changes they had a mechanics background which was kind of nice.

This is the best mechanic I ve ever been to hands down! Honest, helpful, outstanding customer service, and great work! They took the time to actually show me what was wrong with my car and explain all of my options (and not in the condescending way a young woman is used to from most places). I would recommend them to anyone, and I definitely won t be using anyone else.

I bought a Groupon. A $59 oil change for $39. Drove there a couple days later and the guy says they don t accept Groupon because Groupon never pays them. He told me take it up with Groupon I guess the same exact way THEY can call Groupon as a merchant and get that fixed or have their business DELETED from Groupon. He could have even offered an apology and maybe $10 off for inconvenience and I probably would have still gotten the oil change. And that s exactly what I did. Went to Midas down the street and paid $49 for the same dang oil change. This place sucks.Service: Oil change

Took our Jeep in for a full tune up. Total cost was over $600. Over tge next few weeks, we had to return for various issues that we thought were resolved yet each trip cost more money. We are very disappointed and aggravated with the lack of service and knowledge. We will not go back!

Normally I don t write reviews but I did want to share a personal experience of mine with this company. I have taken my vehicles here to get service for oil changes and just recently requested an alignment on my unit. The mechanic and owner at the shop advised me it could not be done and gave me the parts that would be needed to be repaired. I decided to get a second opinion and the location I went to attempt to just do the alignment regardless of the bad suspension work on the car. They seemed more interested in just getting paid then really looking into get the alignment done right. I know this mainly because I took it to ANOTHER location and the mechanic their validated what the this location Texas Auto Lube said originally. Never the less it took some time from my part but I can feel confident that I have found an all around shop that will provide only what is recommended and do things right for their customers. Kudos again to the owner and their honest mechanics!!

Quick and good priced oil change. Very professional and thorough with explanation of my vehicles other issues. And "don't just a book by it's cover" with this place. The customer waiting area has been rennovated with modern decor and is extremely clean and comfortable . A+ Place. Will definitely be back!!

Customer service is bad. Issues with a Groupon I purchased two weeks ago. They re no longer accepting. The manager told me my problem was with Groupon and they couldn t help me. Didn t want to try to work with me on anything. They could have saved themselves a bad review and could have made a sale if he would have been friendly and just tried to help me out. I can not speak to their quality of work, only the unfriendly environment in which I found myself.

Today I was in this area and suddenly I remembered Its time and to change my Van oil and I searched in the google maps for oil change and this store popped up among others with a higher rate. I headed to this place and in the first interaction I realized the reason of these great reviews. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and unbelievably honest . He took care of everything thing before I mention any word. This place is offering a great service with an affordable price. Im gonna revisit this place for sure.

With valid Groupon in hand, the manager refused to honor it, saying he has tried to cancel his participation with Groupon hut they keep selling the coupons anyway. Do NOT waste your tjme od money on a Groupon for this merchant as it will not be honored by them.

Came here for an oil change. They were very fast and friendly. I was in an out of there in 20 minutes. They also have a very clean waiting room with refreshments which shows me they really want to please their customers. Would definitely recommend these guys.

Great experience here today. The work was done on time with high quality. The customer service is great and my man Sam took care of all my service needs for me. I live in the area and will be returning to this place for my regular car servicing needs.
