Very dirty work. I had my oil changed and came home. Parked the car, and there was oil residue all over the floor.For the premium price they charge, you would think they would do a cleaner job.Luckily, it doesn t look like a stripped bolt or damage. Just dirty work. Unprofessional. Walmart does a better job.

I recently had my car's oil changed at this establishment and my initial impression of the workers was positive as they were courteous and friendly. However, my satisfaction quickly turned into disappointment once I took possession of my car. To my dismay, I noticed a considerable number of unsightly stain spots on both the exterior and interior of the vehicle. I found many stains and dirty oil everywhere on the exterior car and interior. It's regrettable that what seemed like a promising start ended with such an unsatisfactory outcome. The lackluster results have left me questioning the quality of service provided and I spent over 100$ to clean my car after this oil change.

Professional service and outstanding customer service! Jeremey was kind, informative, and helpful after I addressed my car issue. Also, Kent and Marcus provided excellent customer service. Overall, the crew at this location is straight forward, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend!!

I don't have any complaints about the service I received from Marcus. He is courteous, friendly and efficient. I saw an elderly woman while there who apparently has been using this location for several years. This was an indication that I made the right decision visiting this Kwik Kar location.

Guys are great. Completely checked everything out on my truck. Told my wife to only use them. Found a dry rear end fluid and saved me a couple thousand. Love the complete service. Thank guys.

If there was a star less than one, I would have given this business, less than a one star, because when I went up there for them to check my tire pressure, they would not. Me being a girl I asked him how much it would be, and he said whatever kind of donation. but then he turned around and stated he wouldn t check the tire pressure. So I left I don t recommend this business to nobody just off bad ethics

Oil change was quick, and the techs were savvy. Makes me feel great that I came somewhere where there's plenty of competency. Even made me aware of other issues to check. I will be coming here again!

The guy said this was a small business that opened up not too long ago and for him to put air in my tires, I would need to make a donation. It was rainy outside and I am a single female. I just asked him to check my tire pressure because the light said my air pressure was low. Instead of helping me, he did absolutely nothing. No I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Been to get my oil change at the Franford Rd location many times. The last time was several months ago because I work from home and don't drive much. During the last visit, they forgot to apply the coupon, and I got a note saying they would honor it the next time. I went in today and there was a new manager. I understand that they could not honor it BUT the manager could have come out and talked to me about it and maybe offered to use a coupon or something. I would have stayed and used their services. Instead I drove home, printed a coupon from Just 7 and got my oil changed. You missed an opportunity to have a satisfied, repeast customer. It's a shame that you lost me and all of my family's vehicles.

Will not go back... went toget my inspection done on my car. It didn't pass because of the tint. I had the tint fixed the next day. Went back to get it rechecked and was told the inspector was gone for the day. It was 4pm. Came back two days later and was told the inspector was leaving for an hour and a half break. I came back and there were no cars in the bays. Waited 10 mins for Brandon to come to my window and tell me to get out of my car and wait in the office. He had a attitude. I didn't appreciate the attitude. There are way to many places to go. Attitude makes a big difference. Brandon did pull my car around and handed me my paperwork and said here ya go. I do assume my car passed. I'm sitting at the registration office. Hope it passed. Brandon you should be nicer to people. All you have to do is your job. If your not happy quit.

Got oil change today.Very disappointed.LOL at what is considered to be a full- service oil change at this location.No tire rotation.Car wasnt vacuumed as stated on reciept.Have no intention of going here again.Will gladly pay more somewhere else to get better quality.

I came for a tire pressure check and was greeted by a remarkable young man with the biggest smile and courtesy I think his name was Franklin or Frankie but afterwards he convinced me to check my fluids and basically since I wasn't prepared with any money i turned him down but they made me feel valued...this is a new crew i was skeptical but this new management looks like they are in it for the long haul...I recommend this place and welcome them to our community...Thanks Kwik karService: Auto maintenance

They were SUPER sweet and helpful. Really honest and upfront about things. Seth was really nice and educational about what exactly was needed for my truck. Didn t feel like sales people, just seemed to wanna help :) loved the funko pops on display too!!!

Cameron is Awesome!!!!! He was fast and efficient. He quoted me a time frame and exceeded my expectations. All the staff was great! The new manager Garry was very welcoming. They serviced my car and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. The place was clean and well stocked. Thanks KwikKar! I am pleasantly surprised and very impressed with Kwik Kar. My car was in distress due to needing a oil change, I first called the shop and was pleased with the friendliness and welcoming tone that answered the call which was a Jalia that answered, I came right in and received a warm welcome from staff as well as a full detailed inspection on my car upon arrival, the manager Ms. Jalia was very knowledgeable, had excellent customer service skills and she performed my oil change while informing me of what services I needed done to my car.I would recommend this shop to anyone and will be back for further services.Thank you Kwik Kar and Ms. Jalia.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

My wife took her car for only anvil change and the employee said she needed spark plugs,brakes,and radiator fluid! And the car has only 41,000 miles on it!!! They don't have a clue
