Quick, friendly, clean waiting room with bottled water and coffee pods (Starbucks coffee pods). Inspection took about 30 minutes start to finish. No issues or problems, well-staffed. Would likely come back again.

Today, I visited this place for the first time to do state inspection. James and Omar helped me, and they were very nice. The place has ample parking lots, indoor and outdoor customer lounges, a kids' play room, and a clean women's restroom with basic female hygiene supplies. One kid visited during my visit and found an Easter egg from the kids' play room and got a prize from a staff member who was very kindly responding to the kid.

I worked with Gerry to have maintainence completed on my vehicle.He was patient, had excellent customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about maintaining my vehicle. He went over and beyond to ensure I had a great understanding of what needed to be done. I trusted his advise. Everyone at the location was really nice and professional. You could tell they are car people. I appreciate you all. Thanks!

Great service here! They always get me in and out which I love. I had to bring my baby with me one time and they have a kids room with toys, a TV for kids to watch movies, and places for them to sit. I thought that was so wonderful! It was a huge plus for us! The staff is great. I love the service. I ll never go anywhere else now!

I needed my wife s car inspected yesterday and went to the Kwik Kar Lube & Auto Repair on Inwood since it s 3 minutes from my house. I was disappointed once again.So I found this one a few miles away, and they had me in and out in half the time the other bozos said the wait would be.Excellent work, gentlemen!

Came in with some issues with my car, not knowing what was going on. Gerry was super helpful getting me an itemized list of everything that was wrong with my car. He let me know about payment options, though I know I wouldn t get approved for them. Gerry still let me know which items to take care of to get my car back on the road. Best customer service I ve received at an auto shop ever!

I ve taken my car here several times for oil changes/maintenance and I have had 0 complaints. But yesterday was what sold me on making this place my go to for car shops. I had to get it towed as it was unable to drive and the engine light came on. I spoke to someone on the phone (I didn t catch his name) and told him what was happening, he advised me to go ahead and tow it up there and they would look at it. About an hour later, they called me to tell me what was wrong. They were very transparent with the cost which I appreciate, but, luckily some of the parts I had on warranty as they had been previously replaced at this location back in February. They told me the time it would take, which I thought was very reasonable as the last time I had to replace a coil it was at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. I called to check in because it was a little bit passed the time they told me and was told they were still waiting for a part and would let me know when my car is ready. Fair enough, I can wait for the next day. However, I forgot to take off my house key from the car keys! So I went back up there to get it and they told me it would actually be ready in 15 minutes! I was shocked because I was expecting to get my car back the next day as it was about an hour before they closed. Sure enough it was ready and has been working fine since. Huge shoutout to the guys who helped me yesterday!! I will not take my car anywhere else for service.

It s very difficult to find people you trust to work on German cars. Omar and tech were absolutely amazing. Very transparent with the condition of my car. Oil change, engine flush and future recommendations. I loved that they were able to show me pics of my engine and what it should look like. Very thorough and highly recommend. I will only be going here from now on.

They told me what they recommend for me to keep my Jeep and its best Ty life! Today was a beautiful day there were lounging outside, and I was able to soak up the sun for 15 minutes before my Jeep was ready!

I recently took my scooter to Kwik Kar to get my state inspection done. I was in and out in less than 15 mins. The attendant was professional,polite, and worked quickly to get me back on the road.

I pretty much always bring my car here, tends to be seen quickly when the dealership is booked out for ages.Haven't had problems with the people that work here ever. This time I had Gerry, and he was also awesome. Walked me through everything the car needed and got it done.

We took my car to another place for several on and off noises; they couldn't fix the problem after taking the car back 4-5 times. We have used Kwik Kar Marsh lane for oil changes only but decided to get their opinion. They found the problem, fix what the other place did wrong and all the noises are gone! The car runs as new!! Great customer service from everyone we spoke to, specially from Austin Vick. Shout out to the mechanic, Carlos! We have a 2010 Honda CRV.

Honestly.. I NEVER SEEN AN ALIGNMENT like this before. I would like to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Terrence for providing a precise alignment for my Truck! This kind of work is phenomenal! I already told my friends to come by to this place and look for Terrence if they needed an alignment. He s such a great guy too! He gave Fast and reliable service and a positive attitude. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE! What a top notch Mechanic!

I would like to thank Weasley I hope I didn t butcher your name. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me with my car heating issue. He was able to point me in the right direction and advised me to request the right diagnostic so I can save money and find the problem quicker. He took his time to explain to me what was wrong and how I needed to go about it. The same advice that would have cost me at any other store. Just went in today for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment check. Omar was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to see me right on time for my appointment and was able to get me quotes on alignment service options and the pricing for everything. I've taken vehicles here a couple of times for inspections and oil changes and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful and transparent on pricing. Overall, very satisfied with the services they provide and the work they do.

We went for an oil change, tire rotation and also had a rattling noice that needed to be investigated and Omar took great care of us. Not only did he answered to all of our questions but he was also very knowledgeable, professional and friendly to us. He explained to us what was causing the rattling and gave us an estimate of the total cost to repair.I would definitely recommend this place!Thank you for your great service Omar!!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

One of the best experiences hands down. Omar and Austin are incredibly professional, and Omar made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very informative. I was in and out and on the road again safely with new tires and shocks very quickly. Thanks again Omar, you definitely have a life long customer!

Once again I'm back for another visit. This time I brought my second vehicle in for servicing. Overall, the manager and his team was awesome and professional.
