My visit here was so quick and easy! Everyone was kind from the front desk to the service members. I had a headlight go out and went to auto zone for the part but they wouldn't install for me. This place accepted me 30 mins before closing and installed it super fast! Shout out to Aaron for being informative and giving me some extra details about my cars upcoming maintenance! What a great team :)

Great service! They gave me some good information and topped off all my fluids for my road-trip !! Very helpful ! I got my oil change and my state inspection and it was all done so quickly. I will definitely be going back.

FIRST time HERE for an oil change and Colten and the Kwik Kar CREW help CALM my STRESS about my vehicle. Being a woman it s sometimes hard to find trustworthy help with vehicles and Colten was AWESOME, VERY GREAT attention to DETAIL that assisted me with RESPECT. I will ALWAYS go back and drive from Grand Prairie to use THIS location. Finally FOUND a good one and so EXCITED and there is not much of this GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE going on these days. THANK YOU for getting my car back on the road. I couldn't have asked for FANTASY team to work on my vehicle during what could have been an anxiety ridden experience. When I drove up the Technicians was quick with my questions about pricings. Extremely knowledgeable. Colton was very nice. When there was the smallest issue he found he came to show me. The last oil change place I went to stripped my oil plug and oil pan.

Needed routine oil change and maintenance. They accommodated me getting me in instantly with superb service by the lady that took my car into the bay. I totally recommend this place. Colton took me to my car and explained what was needed, and I really appreciated when something I asked them to check if I need to replace he said it wasn't needed yet and showed me why!This place is under fairly new ownership, and I have been to the new owners 3 times for various things! Always very happy! I will definitely use them again when I next need some maintenance on my car. Honesty wins with me!!Thank you Kwik Kar Trinity Mills!

Came in for an oil change and Aaron was super friendly and helpful! He helped me with my coupon and took the time to discuss the results of the complementary inspection with me. Service was quick and I didn t feel forgotten about at any point. I will be definitely be back here in the future!

Fantastic service and work. Gave me an extra coupon for this service and then offered similar discounts in the future. They were very Busy, but that means they do good and I m very happy with my service today!

Highly recommended! Our car overheated during our drive through Carrollton right before Christmas but we were very fortunate as we were close by this Kwik Kar location. Dean did a phenomenal job and got our car working that same day for us to continue our road trip. They were very thorough, honest and reasonable so definitely recommended.

I m late with leaving this review. I ve been coming to this location for a year now. Arturo the manager and the entire staff I ve met since coming here has been nothing less than awesome! The guys there are quick and spot on with service. I really appreciate the help they provide. I recommend going here 10/10!

I was impressed to find that this place was not only an oil change service, but an auto repair shop as well. I needed both services and it actually turned out to be one of the best choices I have ever made for fixing my car. I had an amazing all-around experience with this company. Their professionalism and customer service was top-notch. The work on my car was timely, well done and at a reasonable cost. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and will show you with up-front detail on what needs to be repaired with pricing. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was treated with the upmost respect. I have been taking my car to this location for over a year now. Through a few different issues I was having, the team at Kwik Kar Carrollton are second to none with their approach, knowledge, and understanding. Colton in particular has serviced my car a few times and I always appreciate how he lays out everything he sees, what he recommends, and how to move forward. I have never felt like I have been pushed unnecessary services and believe they are honest and dependable. Highly recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

As a woman, this is such a genuine staff. It s very hard to find good mechanics out there. They really helped me out and got me out of there. No price gouging or anything . Just genuine people helping out people . Will be returning whenever I need something else done.

I arrived at the best time with no wait. The staff are friendly and I have yet to ever experience a bad visit with any Kwik Kar location. Thankfully this location is near my home which makes this visit even sweeter.

I went for a state inspection. And some female/male not sure, took my car to the street to check the brakes. They proceeded to basically joy ride my car. Literally have it on my dashcam too. I left right after. If you have a car with a lot of horsepower I don't recommend you take it here. Especially when the Hispanic supervisor there made it seem like the person did nothing wrong. Standard is 20mph and this individual took it far past that. They got upset when I called em out on it too.

I took my car in for annual inspection and was taken care of by Colten/Cole. It was done quickly and professionally, and I was so happy with the service I brought my second car for the inspection later in the day. Even though they were just about ready to close, Colten did a thorough check stayed late to go over all the options with me, and I really appreciated his helpfulness and low sales pressure approach. I felt he genuinely cared about the safety of me and the vehicle. I usually only get my service from the dealership, but after this I am more likely to include Kwik Kar for service and repairs. It was a very positive experience. Thanks again.

I have been going to Kwik kar for 6 years and they always do a great job l went in today so busy and the guys fit me in and my car was fixed 5 hours later but it's ok. Walked around and had lunch came back . They were on it lm very happy

Shoutout to Colton! I ve met the owner months ago, and have had conversation with him on what kind of environment he wanted to create here. Colton is a walking and breathing manifestation of that vision. He went above and beyond to not only change out my headlight which I came in for, but to explain in precise detail what my car needed not only immediately, but also what I would soon need in the future and could hold on for now. He made sure I understood the function of certain parts of my car, and the level of cruciality to have them repaired. Great social skills, great customer service, and great conversation. Being here truly felt like I was relaxing at home. 10/10. Will be back here for all my service. My sense of community has just skyrocketed!

I had a great experience at this location! They did a quick inspection on my car and I had friendly service. The inside waiting area was nice with a free coffee bar and comfortable seating. I will definitely be coming here again the next time I need something done to my car!

Colten was outstanding! Very professional and succinct and focused on what needed to be done in maintaining my 2016 F-150. Building a trusting relationship with service professionals is extremely important and sadly, all too rare these days. January 2nd, 2024Drove in looking for an oil change. Rude to start. Giving me orders is not a way to treat customers.Instructed me to go to the front. Gets in my car and parks in the oil change lane without providing me the usual information about the wait or the oil change itself.When he talks to people, he does not ask questions very nice obviously he has an ego. I remained polite as a normally do.Another customer walks in and he has the same issue with the attendant. He was being spoken to rudely and then when the customer was snarky back, the attendant shook his head as if the customer was the one with the issue.The other major issue is that when I paid, I watched the same tech get in my car and race my car around to the other end to park it. That is not how you treat other people s property!I will never come here again. I hope they actually replace the oil with 0-20 synthetic and not some other low grade oilProbably the worst place I ve ever taken my car to get an oil change.
