This location totaled my 100,000 truck on Monday 10/9/23 by trying to start the engine with no oil in it...since then I have not been helped. I am not from Texas. I had to have my own vehicle towed to the dealership ($300+). I have had to stay in a hotel everyday since at ($125+) a night. I have had to get a rental to run errands at ($89+) a day and provide for myself and my partner (this was a work vehicle). This has been the worst experience of my life! I have been fussed out by the jiffy lube rep Justin Le Mears and corporate has not been a help! You would think bringing your vehicle to a trusted brand would uphold their guarantees...instead they have just kept reiterating they will not do anything and i need to contact the franchisee who owns that Jiffy Lube...yet i have no contact info for the franchisee and was not given any contact info, just Justin who keeps stating "He does not know!?!!!" When I asked Justin why he is not paying for my hotel room his response was "if I were to pay for your room and you trashed it, who would be responsible for that?" I said, "you because you trashed my truck...but then i was informed that the holiday inn could send him paperwork stating Jiffy Lube would only be responsible for the room and tax, i would pay the incidentals"...it has been 3 more days and Jiffy Lube has still not paid for my hotel fees or for my truck and Justin has said he does not know!?!!! My insurance and my warranty do not Want to pay because of jiffy lubes "willful negligence"...I am hoping for some relief in the next coming week. I do not recommend going to jiffy lube! I have dealt with very capable locations but this experience shows you never know when you'll be dealt a raw hand and will not be covered by Jiffy Lube...The man working on my truck did not even know he had to put his foot on the brake to start the truck! He was the manager of that location! This location needs to be shut down! From the start they should have been paying for a room for myself and my partner, my tow, my rental car!?!! Maybe they thought I would sleep on the street? I am confused and worried. This is definitely pain and suffering! The pictures below is the puddle of oil that came off my truck onto the tow bed in the dealership yard!!?!!! BEWARE!!!Update: I'm in my 5th week after they totaled my work truck and they still have not repaired my truck! I just recently hired a lawyer. Everyone who reads this, please pray for me! Obviously Jiffy Lube is ruining my small business on purpose at this point.

Bottom Line: This shop totaled our engine. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.My husband took his car in for an oil change and asked if they could fix a small oil leak. They dismantled the engine to fix the leak and realized that the problem was more than they could handle. Not a problem. My husband was told the engine would be resembled, and he could pick it up at the end of the day. He goes to pick it up, and it is still dismantled. Fine. Next morning he gets a call from the shop explaining that the car is put back together, but it won't start. They said they would fix that problem, but it would be a few days. Fine. Fast forward, the car is running again, but they have dropped something in one of the pistons. Again, they dismantled the car. Fast forward several more days. They have run the car with whatever they've dropped in the piston which totaled the engine. They said to tow the car to another shop, get an estimate, and they would pay to shop to make the repairs. Fine. We do that. The other shop quotes 10,000. Jiffy lube refuses to pay because that is more than the car's worth. So now, we are on the hunt for a shop that can do the work for cheaper. This has been an absolute nightmare. We are now going on two plus weeks with no car. This is unacceptable. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Popped in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was in and out in under 40 minutes! These guys are great. Really kind and knowledgeable, and ultimately could answer any questions I had in a way that was easy to understand.

Stopped by for an oil change and state inspection after work. The staff was super friendly, explained the wait time, and within 5-10 minutes they started working on my car like a swat team. I was very pleased with my service and will be returning for future servicing.

I like how they were able to perform my vehicle Inspection fairly quickly (only a 40 minute wait with 2 cars ahead of me). But this was my 3rd attempt to go there and get the inspection. The other 2 times the Inspector had already left for the day. What I didn't like was the frigid cold waiting area. It was 30 degrees outside and it felt like they did not have the heat on in the waiting area. The bathrooms were out if order and it would have been nice if they at least had some coffee available for customers to have something hot to drink. Only a couple chairs had a side table nearby. So I had to put my stuff on the dirty floor. I just got the feeling they don't care much about their customers being comfortable. I walked over to a nearby Starbucks in the cold to wait in a more warm and comfortable environment. I was happy with the inspection itself. If they could just give some attention to the waiting environment, this place would be great.

The employees are very helpful and nice go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of I enjoy the atmosphere here and I will drive from Addison where I live now to this location every time KEVIN S and JC are polite and will take the time to explain things and answer any questions I love this place and will go here whenever my car needs them

Personnel were very nice but forgot what services I requested. Started to check out and realized they had only done the inspection but not the oil change. Sat around for another 30 minutes only to have them come in and tell me they didn t have the filters so they couldn t do the oil change. It would take at least an hour for them to get the parts so I just left without an oil change. Definitely won t be going back.

The customer service is good here. They do forget what services you've requested and what type of oil so make sure to mention it twice. Getting anything extra like windshield wipers or air filters replaced here isn't a good financial idea. They are good for oil changes, tire rotation, and state inspections.

I came to get an inspection, oil change, tire rotation, and a fog lamp changed. Arrived at 3:15 p.m., and I was told they close at 4 despite Google saying 5 pm on Sundays. After paying, I asked about the inspection and was told they didn't do that and wouldn't be doing it today since it was already closed (4:25 pm). Then the tech got upset because I asked if they could do it since that was one of the reasons I came. He mumbled about how Sunday was his only day off and started to begrudgingly go to perform the inspection, but at that point, I decided I no longer wanted him touching my car. Either way, customer service was lacking, and now I still need to get my inspection done. Also, the waiting room is freezing so bring a jacket!UPDATE: They didn't replace the bulb either...

Ratings is bad only for the wait time. You can t get appointments now and you have to wait for a long time over here. I had been told only 15 mins wait time but spent 95 minutes over her in the waiting room. Was completely frustrated even though the service was good as I could have planned much better if I had known of this wait

The first guy I spoke with seemed like he was in a hurry but once they finally saw my issue it all went great and we got the needed service done in a timely manner. Great shop!

This last visit was not up to the service I have had in the past. First off, y all did not live up to your name of jiffy . Dropped wife off for a doctor s appointment across the street and she was done 20 minutes before the car, and I drove right into the bay when I got there. Secondly I was given the most expensive full synthetic oil change without being asked. When asked I said what ever was in bulk, but then some one said that I was a repeat and they would look up my previous visit. I haven t gone back to see what my previous visit was but I don t believe I went with a $100 full synthetic oil chance. This visit has really soured me on this store.Service: Oil change

Got oil change with nice chit chat, 5 days later noticed oil leaking. Went back to find out that they misplaced filter seal. 0 questions asked 0 cost, got a replacement filter and seal and extra oil to top it off within 15mins. Everyone makes mistakes it's how you handle it that makes the difference. Excellent

Worst customer service ever. Asked the older white mechanic manning the front desk how much the oil change was gonna be and he said it s on the tv .That was the highlight of the whole event.Rude service all around.

On 07/23/2023 I was fortunate enough to find this location for an inspection that was open on a Sunday. The mechanics/technicians were very polite and professional, working very hard in such unforgiving hot weather, they got me in and out of there in less that 20 minutes. I had good timing and they wasted no time. I have recommend this location to people regardless of the drive time, as they are worth it.

They took forever.Even after telling them I didn t want anything extra just an oil change.They still held me up for 45 mins to get me to purchase something.The oil change was not as quick as they advertise.

Had my oil changed here and the tech saw that there were acorns and shells all over my engine.. They did not bother to remove them prior to screwing the cap back on so pieces of shells fell into my engine causing more issues for my car.. Thanks a lot for your complete lack of attention to detail..

Always had good experience at the Jiffy Lube at hebron and 121 .. Their staff is efficient, friendly and, most importantly, never pushes for unnecessary upsells.
