This is brand new location everything sparkling clean. But more important that service it s super fast and professional. Employees very friendly and answer all my questions. Definitely will be loyal customer.

I can t emphasize the customer service these guys bring. They were able to get me in same day and were even able to accommodate me when I ran late. The cleanliness, the snack bar, and their friendliness honestly made this the best auto shop experience I ve had. They very well turned my bad day all the way around. On top of all that and the amazing deals they had, I m definitely going to be a returning customer!

New spot on Midway was fast and efficient! They take good care of you! They give you a specific run down with pictures about what all your car is needing! Frankie was awesome he really showed initiative and was super professional and sweet!

I was serviced by Integrity 1st Automotive yesterday. I was referred by Discount Tire when they were not able to remove the spare tire that had been put on earlier in the day (due to cross threading on two lugs). I called and spoke with CJ who was able to get me in the same day. I got there at the agreed upon time and the team began to service my car right away. This place is very clean. Customer service is top notch. While there, I observed Brian and CJ providing A+ service to multiple customers. At least two were repeat customers. One was a follow-up where Brian had asked the gentleman to come back to give an update on some previous worked performed to make sure his issue was resolved. The team is very friendly, resourceful and efficient. They resolved my issue in less than an hour. Check these guys out ..

This team is beyond helpful. I loved the digital breakdown. They provided so much information about my car and were very nice about what to do next. They definitely live by their brand name. I brought in my Jeep and now I have my wife's car scheduled today!

When I first moved to Dallas, I met Kevin and his team at Integrity 1st when I needed a routine oil change. The service was spectacular and I figured they must be new and going the extra mile just to get started about 5 years later, that same level of service continues to happen! I am not surprised by their expansion and am proud that the good guys are winning! Congratulations!

Amazing service! Ask for Brian! I got a postcard and figured I give them a shot with an oil change service. It was quick, the lobby was so comfortable, I love the inspection report, also free drinks were a nice touch. My new go-to shop!

This place exceeded my expectations. I was getting my vehicle inspected and the two guys at the front were over the top nice and super professional! The information they gave back to me was very helpful and prices were more than reasonable! Will definitely be coming back!!!

Came in as Discount Tires sent us to have some lug nuts replaced. The service was excellent!!! Very friendly and quick to get you in and handled. Great customer service and will definitely use them again.
