I have made an online appointment, and promptly received a confirmation email from the branch. I dropped off the car and was greeted by a friendly advisor at the counter. I also received a phone call explaining the results of their inspection and the recommended fixes. When I picked up the car everything was working perfectly. All the issues were addressed. The payment process was also very quick and in order. I am very satisfied and will come back. Thank you for the excellent customer service experience.

I am very disappointed with Firestone, the local car service shop, because they definitely need to work on their website. I made an appointment for my van's alignment, but when I arrived here, it seemed like they do not offer alignment services for vans. This begs the question, why did they waste my time by having me come here and wait until they open? Their website claims they provide the service, but in reality, they do not.

The service manager, Rob, was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind. This location was relatively crowded, however they were able to address my car situation within 90 minutes. We were very impressed.

I really hope this reaches someone. A bad compressor was installed in my car at this location on 4/6, causing multiple issues and I fear there may be more to come - not sure what long term effects are of having a poor compressor spewing metal chips, as Jeremy told me. Additionally, this location has made me feel extremely uncomfortable as they turned me into a prank/joke for one of their buddies. Happy to provide proof, if needed. But I really hope none of this happens to anyone else, especially a woman because I am extremely disgusted and disappointed with how they do business at this location. I ve been coming here for about 2 years but after what happened I am going to either choose another location or just another business. Stay safe!

The desk girl (sorry bad with names)was extremely efficient in her knowledge of the operations of the business. Each customer was handled with the utmost professionalism. Everyone received a hello when entering the establishment and she informed them where they were in line to be helped. I did not witness anytime while I was there that she was not in and happy manner willing to do whatever she could to make the customer feel special and happy to be of service. When most businesses don t show any interest in having a satisfied customer when it comes to customer service. Firestone/Bridgestone-Rosemead facility deserve an award for going above and beyond the bar curve for excellence. I had a problem with my phone charging and she suggested I go next door to check out one she had previously purchased. Just AWESOME

I had a great experience at this location when I needed an oil change and some new tires. I waited on location for my vehicle to be ready, and the tech was timely with his turnaround. Matthew at the front desk maintained the utmost professionalism and even worked with me to help me get the best deal on a new pair of tires! This Firestone location has earned my continued business.

The person who helped us I believe his name was Matt was incredible. He saved us from having to get our car fixed. Because the previous people we went to see had scammed us saying that our car didn t pass inspection. he was able to determine there was no reason for that. He was our hero that day. It may seem ridiculous but it s super true. We will forever come back to this location. Honesty is truly the best policy.

Jeremy, the store Manager of Firestone in Carrollton, Tx, and Lan, his master mechanic, are absolutely the most dedicated personnel I have ever met in that field. They are friendly, honest, caring about their work and their customers' needs, and simply very trustworthy. I have been a customer of Firestone for over 25 years, and this is the store I will always patron for my cars' maintenance and repairs. Jeremy and Lan have always gone the extra miles to make sure I am satisfied and safe. I simply hope that Firestone as a Corporation recognize their performance and values. Claudine A

The staff at Firestone Complete Auto Care Rosemeade Location have been very professional and responsive to my needs. Every time I have come in, the staff have been courteous and very helpful. I have left each time with a clear understanding of what the problem with my car has been and how it has been resolved.

Was not explained that forms would be sent digitally and was not made aware of pricing verbally while in store. Was expected to look at email for docs I wasnt aware would be sent electronically then clerc acted like it was something I knew about. Clerc was spitting dip at the counter (gross!). Literally only come here out of convenience.

Every one I spoke to and came into contact with during my short visit to have 2 tires replaced and a wheel aligned done, every one was professional and did not try to sell my any thing that was not required or necessary.

I took my car in to get a front tire patched and a rotation. They only rotated my tires but didn t patch it.It got low tire again the next day I drove. So I had to take it to the shop next to my work. The guy at the shop pointed out the nail on the tire it was the same exact nail that looked like a thin metal stick with no head. But this tire move to the back now. I was upset when I found out.I understand that Firestone on Rosemead is always busy but this is the safety issue. You don t want to get your tire blown up on the road. I won t trust this place to work on my car anymore.

Cool people working here live around the corner and I came in not even for a service just needed a place to dump my diesel oil from my own changes. Had almost 5 gallons in a 5gal bucket and guy went out of his way to help me and let me dump my oil there. Change my own oil but would come here for services. Nice to have in the neighborhood

Horrible experience. Do not come here. Matt is horrible. Basically scamming me. Wasted 6 hours at the shop for AC repair. It was blowing hot air when I get back to the shop and Matt said it s been sitting in the sun I waited 15 minutes. He started saying it was cold earlier while it was inside incredibly unreasonable. Wasted 6 hours and $400 for nothing

Thank you for your kindness, & for your willingness to help us. We called 4 different Firestone locations and drove to 3 other locations seeking maintenance type work for our car. Although we had to wait, we were kindly advised and the atmosphere was relaxing. Going forward, I'll just go to the Rosemeade location first.. The service is always outstanding! I pass several Firestone locations near my home just to have my vehicle serviced at the Rosemeade location. The techs are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may ask .

To change 2 light bulbs, Firestone charged $160+. They wouldn't give a price before service and then BOOM, steals right out of your hand. Parts were less than $10. Please check out other options. Firestone is a Rip Off because Firestone does not care about their customers. Ladies and gentlemen, Be aware.

My son s AC in his car 2014 Genesis stopped working the day before having to drive to KS to check into college. Called them and they said they can get it looked at and have a same day policy if possible. I asked if they could just get it diagnosed so we can make our travel plans accordingly since we were in a dilemma-NOTE IT HAS BEEN IN THE 100 + temps and he had a 7 hr car drive.We got the car to them asap (minutes) and agreed to the AC diagnostics and Electrical diagnostics.We did not hear anything from them the rest of that afternoon until late the next day -we initiated all communication and kept being told they were still diagnosing. FINALLY got a call late afternoon shortly before they closed telling us it was just a loose wire and it was fixed. They said they recharged it at no cost (seemed awfully generous).We picked the car up and drove it for about 15 minutes before the hot air was back. NOT FIXED!Took the car back to them>Julian Escobar and Matt, who claimed they were both managers > they had a different demeanor at this point. They acted bothered and burdened that we were even there and basically ended the experience by telling us they can t fix it and didn t know what the issue was. One said with certainty that it was electrical and would take them days to check every component since it was very complex the other Matt said it was a faster leak than they thought and would require a lot more time to find.They took our diagnostic money and sent us on our way with very bad attitudes, no empathy and no direction. AFTER sitting on the clock and delaying our travel (which was a major major inconvenience for my kid!)The worst part if you don t read anything else:THEY WERE DISHONEST AND TRIED SENDING US ON OUR WAY WITH A BANDAID HOPING WE DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL HALF WAY TO KANSAS AND THERE WOULD BE NO WAY TO HAVE RETURNED THE CAR TO THEM. They were so disappointed the leak came faster than they expected!!!!DO NOT TRUST THESE DISHONEST UNQUALIFIED MECHANICS ! PLEASE FIND A BETTER GROUP TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO! THESE KIDS DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING OUTSIDE OF OIL CHANGES AND I WOULDN T EVEN TRUST THEM WITH THAT!I did report them to Firestone corporate and they gave us a full refund! I am hoping they hold these two boys accountable for such poor ethics.Also we ended up driving through the night and followed my son with no AC. Got the car to KS to a family owned mechanic shop who got the car diagnosed and fixed by early afternoon same day! It was a common ac leak, not complex at all! A good mechanic who knows what they are doing makes all the difference in the world! Hope this helps somebody. Too many great shops in DFW don t take the chance. God speed.

This is where I go when I have a flat tire. They always fix it up without pressuring me with other services. There is typically a pretty long wait which is why I am deducting a star. If the chairs were more comfortable, I'd probably give 5 stars because I kinda expect to wait when if involves my car.

They really did an awesome job for my car.We spend time only 30 minutes to do visual inspeaction here.The service is exceptional.Really recommend this shop to everyone in my family.
