They begged for a review, well here it is! I don't even know where to begin, so much delays and excuses, an 8 day promised ended up being done over a month. I picked up my car at night so I couldn't see anything, the next morning I saw damages (scratches, paint damage, pinks marks, rocks/clay whatever, window and door sealant was cut, DENTS which they said they'll fix so they delayed another day or two). I talked to TJ and said he asked me to email him the pictures, I sent them and never heard from him. 17 pictures, 17 damages.

They had my car in July 2023 and did nothing and then picked it up in August. They did not complete the work and demanded payment with a promise to complete the work. We now have November and I am still waiting. Don t pay them until the work is actually completed!

I very rarely do reviews, but I had to post one regarding this company. They picked-up our vehicle, and returned it to us looking great! We are very happy with the work done on our vehicle. We had hail damage all over the car and when returned it looked better than when we bought it. They did a great job! I highly recommend them for hail damage repair. Came back detailed and looking beautiful! They also kept us posted during the process.

If I could give them negative stars I would! It was a year ago this month that we dropped off our suburban to them. They had our car for 6MONTHS! They had promised the whole time to reimburse us for the rental fees. Then continued to say it would be done at a date they set and the dates would come and go! Finally got the car back and the tail light was out and our windshield leaks, then on top of all that our dvd player in front is not working. It has been a YEAR since we dropped it off to them and they have yet to return a call or for us to see ANY kind of reimbursement. Would say sure MAYBE if you had a tiny hail dent they MIGHT be able to help but I would not personally trust them to do it timely or do anything they say.

Ex-Hail is amazing. Communication was awesome. I sent a text with a minor issue and within a minute I got a phone call. Minor issue handled almost immediately. And that was AFTER we settled the bill. Do yourself a favor & call Ex-Hail.

I had my car serviced through them in March of 2021. It took over a month to get my car back there were things that should have been fixed that wasn t. and when I did get it back the hood wasn t tighten and not the same quality of the original hood. They ordered the wrong rain guards for my vehicle and received the run around for months. It wasn t until I called a Ford dealership to order the correct part and asked them to pay for the parts that the matter was corrected.This was in August of 2021. They started work March 2021. They finally put them on but this was the worst repair experience I ve ever had and won t use them again

I see some bad reviews on here but I had a great experience with Ex-Hail. They came to my house and picked up my vehicle and left me with a rental the same day. They were finished repairing my hail damage and Windshield in less than 2 weeks and did a great job.A+ service, will recommend.

I seldom offer reviews, but Ex-Hail deserves one. This company may have given me the best service I've ever experienced as a car owner. I'll simply say that they fulfilled every promise and obligation. Great experience working with them. Destined for greatness!!!!

I have never had a worse experience with a car repair. I was told it initially would be 3 weeks. It turned into 3 months. I was told 5 different dates as to when it would be ready, and every time the day came, I would have to call them just for them to say it wasnt ready. Aside from it taking so long, I got my car back with more problems than when I took it in. Several parts in my engine were loose, there are panels in my car jutting out, my air conditioner no longer works. I tried to get them to fix all the things that worked just fine before I gave it to them, said it wasnt their fault and wasnt anything they could do. I had to go to another shop and pay past my deductible for actual repairs. Do NOT take your car here. They will lie to you over and over and claim no responsibility for their shotty work.

I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is looking for this shop to do work, TO RUN! They are awful. They are not professional, claim to be a veteran company which is absurd and they are SCAMMING our community. As an insurance rep, they have scammed two of my clients and both of their vehicles came out WITH MORE DAMAGE than it went in with. Costing thousands of are in more damage. Still how they have a high rating I will never know. I do feel like alot of reviews are FAKE! Also. They say they cover deductibles, just so you know, that is ILLEGAL. Also they advertise free car rentals, not true either. They bill your insurance company for the rental l. BE AWARE. They also keep my clients vehicles for 5 MONTHS from April to sept. They are 1st time parents and the truck had BLACK MOLD in it. They are still without a vehicle.

My car suffered severe hail damage and I brought it to Exhail because they were advertising several things that were very appealing. Although they did manage to provide all the incentives to choose them as a company, their level of communication was nothing short of disgusting. There were multiple times that they said my car was ready and it wasn't. There were multiple times that they said it was at one location while it is that another. There were several times where they promised dates of repair by and yet never met those dates. Furthermore, it took beyond the repairs to have tail lights fixed which were actually done at my house by a third-party technician hired by the company. Finally, and worst of all, I have been asking for my car's radio to be 6:00 because the roof had to be replaced where the antenna was and it is still not fixed. The Bluetooth in our car works just fine, but I believe that when the new roof was put on the radio was never actually connected to the antenna so now our car does not get any radio stations whatsoever. I've reached out to them multiple times to ask for somebody to come out and inspect it or let me bring it in, and have been met with nothing but silence.

In my experience with little accidents along the way It s always good to have the best team to count on.Door to door service from home from work they will come to you. Quick, Great Price and the workmanship is fantastic. Don t look anywhere else for dents and hail damage.Highly reccomend. Ask for TJ he is best in the business!

They could not convince travelers ins. Co. that they were hail dents. Like they told me, they were, and they'll take care of it. They don't get a good rating from me! wasted my valuable time, 3 days of car rental they provided for us.I really can't believe they are willing to go through that whole process letting us believe that they were going to get it done. To me, they they did not look like hail dents. But I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt. I heard from the insurance company that they would not approve of the claim. Yes, I was disappointed of their decision but it wasn't Travelers ins. fault. Guess who's! Giving false reports it's not a way to do business!

I had high hopes because in the beginning the customer service was amazing. But it started to deteriorate. There was poor communication from the front office and management. Too much back and forth. Being told that a manager would call me and then I get no calls. I m the one calling back a week later since no one called me. Being told a service will be done and then it doesn t happen. I feel lied to when you re telling me that my insurance denied a service, and then I personally call the adjuster and he tells me that you guys never asked to look at the issue. In other words, he didn t deny the issue because he wasn t aware of it. You had my car for over a month, and I had to send my car back to you all once more or twice, I don t remember any more. Whoever you had fix our hood damaged something because our hood doesn t stay up anymore. I m very disappointed. Unfortunately I can t recommend you to anyone I know. I d hate for them to get the same service I got.

I seldom do reviews but I was please with the professionalism that I received. This will be a two part review as this is based solely on the initial meeting up I was very pleases with the initial transfer of thing and working with Tanner. He arrive on time and had me set up and ready to go. It only took maybe 15 - 20 minutes, but I was on a business call and working with him at the same time.Part two, once I get my vehicle back :-)

I must say, I am a very skeptical person by nature but time after time I ve learned to trust my instincts (discernment). Lauren first reached out to me by leaving her name and number on a sticky note on my car. I reached out to her and needless to say, the rest is history. TJ and Tanner were amazing and even though there were some flaws in communication the end result was remarkable. I received over and beyond concierge service and overall, professional great quality work on my car. Gold star for TJ and his team. If I ever needed the service again, I wouldn t think twice. One satisfied customer. A big thanks to you all and promote Lauren for turning a skeptic into a believer.

BLUF: A promising business that hides behind untruthful reviews and veteran mark in order to obtain business from the local population in order to scam insurance companies. Lack of communication with terrible costumer service makes the experience even worse.First thing first I do not work an insurance company but I can deduce all of this based on my experience. I contacted them based on a recommendation from an online forum. It took them one week for them to come look at the car so they could later tell me that they would call me and pick it up. Two weeks passed and I get a call from a rep asking on my status and why I haven t turned in the car, by then I assume this is some kind of glitch and tell them they were supposed to pick it up two weeks ago and they never did. Sure enough she apologizes and schedules a pick up for next upcoming Monday. As scheduled the vehicle gets picked up. Goes to the facility that Monday. I call in Wednesday and I keep getting different words that it hasn t been looked at .. OK. Call back on Friday and the vehicle still hasn t been looked at but I had a manager tell me they would do it that Friday and I would get a call that day. Never get a call, I call Saturday and no one answers. Monday comes and I call and I get told they just submitted the documents to the insurance company. Two weeks pass. No communication at all from them , it s all me calling. Eventually I ask them how much was the difference and they state it s 12000 and it most likely be totaled and all we will be waiting is for the insurance company to total it or not. FINE. One week pases and the insurance company calls and tells me the vehicle is totaled. I state to them I ll pick up the vehicle next day. I go to their location and I get told it s on an OFF site. I ask them to just call me when it s back but then I remember their horrible costumer service so I choose to pick it up myself. Once I said that their costumer service went off the window. Very rude Trey states that the vehicle is in Carrollton and hangs up. I call for an address and he gives it to me. He then tells me they won t release the vehicle u til payment it s made . FINE. I call the insurance company and they sort it out. I go to their OFF SITE where there are at least 20 vehicles parked on an unsecured parking lot. I then enter a unlabeled building and finally meet someone that hada out my keys. Later I find out they charged the insurance company 1200 dollars for no labor and storing the car over 22 days. These people are scammers and it should be pointed out to avoid them at any cost . These people priority is to make money. They will not work on your car on your time and they will not communicate with you. Once you tell them you want answers there will always be excuses. They don t even do their own work. You don t trust me ? Go to their location look on the left board and you can see all their offsite locations. Ask them for their addresses and you can see it for yourself.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!After one of there employees recked the front end of my car the day they picked it up, it was literally down hill from there. The have 0 commutation skills, they are constantly changing management as an excuse. I had to call them EVERY TIME to get an update on my car! Then 3 months later (they picked it up 6-13/21 got it back 9/19/21) the work is not impressing. I can see the where the dents where, paint is already chipping. There is orange/red paint stains on my car (my car is black) They replaced my hood, but it s not even the same color of my car, oh and the paint is chipped. There is loose peace s on my car, and scratched paint where there was no damage before ((DID I MENTION MY CAR WAS BRAND NEW)) the inside of my car looked like they used it to hall parts they put scratches on the inside of my car, and left stains of blue and black on my interior. AFTER THEY SAID THEY WHERE TAKING IT TO GET DETAILED. (DID I MENTION THEY DIDNT FIX ALL THE DAMAGE FROM THEIR EMPLOYEE RECKING MY CAR!!)I hope this review saves a vehicle!!! Because how they have 4 star rating is beyond me.(4.9 when I originally looked them up)

This experience was a complete let down. I was lied to, fed excuses, ignored and blown off from the minute I handed my keys over. They told me 10 days to fix my truck. 45 days later they gave me back a truck with 6 hail dents in it. More excuses. Lots of apologies. I get in touch with the owner who makes a big show of reprimanding managers which does me no good and results in zero change.The storm was 7 months ago and the truck is still dented. They sub the work out to Maaco anyway so you're better off skipping the middle man and taking the vehicle to Maaco yourself. They store your vehicle at their "offsite lot" which is a church parking lot with cameras. Mine sat there for weeks.Semper Fidelis huh? yeah right.

You guys need to take my photos down as well as my dads or my lawyer will contact u. I don t work for u scumbags anymore it s been two years take my photos down. This is false advertisement and you re lying to ur customers. Don t come here for repairs they have illegal Brazilians working on ur cars. The owner Stephen Brewster will try to hit on ur girl or make moves on her like throwing money in her lap. Don t trust these ppl there scumbags none of them are real techs or master certified. They don t know what there doing. Ask them to fix ur dent personally I don t believe they can. That s why they hire illegals lmao y all are a joke.

My wife found exhail online gave them a call and the next day her truck was at their shop and a rental in our driveway. Stephen was not only courteous and professional he is a fellow brother in arms (Semper Fi). All our needs were taken care fast with no hesitation. I would definitely call them again if needed and most definitely recommend them to anyone who needs hail repair.

I dropped my car off for door dents and when I got it back (same day) it looked AMAZING! I couldnt stop starting at the dents and they solved my issue with professionalism, courtesy, respect and great value! The team there did an absolute amazing job! I will recommend to everyone I know!

This place , rocks ! I was greeted by Mike one of the Techs ! Told him my sob story about older Lady hitting our Subaru Accent in the door with her shopping cart ! Right on the crease ! He told me no problem and we set up an Appt for last Monday ! I came in the morning greeted me got me a coffee a d a donut and Mike said give him 2-3 hrs to work the big dent in the door .., 1 1/2 hrs later it was done ! They did a fab job ... my Wife is happy !Very professional place .. this place is the dent king !Highly recommended them ask for Mike !The Fulcher sGrapevine, Texas
