Great service.Took my SQ5 in for an oil change and everything was great. Mark is super friendly and makes sure you re satisfied with the service.Later, I noticed oil on the pavement under the car after taking it home and not driving it.In the past I had issues with the crush washer that leaked, so decided to bring it back to have them check it out. I called and Mark said to bring it in and they would prioritize it.Once they got it in the air, there was oil on the plug but it was inconclusive whether it was oil that splashed up from the skid plate or if it was actually leaking.They changed my oil, cleaned the skid plate, and put in a steel washer so shouldn t have any further issues.Also a nice place to hang out and get work done with many outlets. Will be back

After multiple trips to different Mercedes dealerships and a couple other repair shops with no real answer to why my car was randomly loosing power, these guys were able to get my car fixed! Mark did not push me away when I told them other places couldn t diagnose my issue, and he also never tried to sell me on anything I didn t need! When I initially took my car in the codes had already cleared but they still took a look at my car, and told me that when it happened again to just take it in and they would still have my ticket open - and that s exactly what I did. I dropped it off and within a week they had pinpointed the problem and fixed it. Really recommend this place for any type of repair and/or maintenance!! Happy to have found them :)

Mark was great! Super personable guy that will take car of your car like it was his. I was able to get updates on my car via text and photos of needed repairs during the inspection process. I have been taking my vehicles here to get serviced for a couple of years now. Always Excellent customer service, prompt electronic or paper estimates and information. Very professional team that ensures your vehicles are taken care of and secure. The repairs are always prompt and efficient. 10 out of 10 I recommend.

I took my Land Rover there and they did a dignostic and gave me the estimate along with pictures of what needed to be repaired. What I loved was that they did not try and push me to add on any extra costs and were very clear about everything. They fixed what needed to be fixed and fixed it correctly the first time and taught me more tips on how to maintain my car. Mark is awesome!

Mark needs to run for president, this guy gets stuff done! I called in for a PPI and Mark was able to get me in within an hour. The PPI inspection report was the most thorough and useful I've ever received (and I've had PPIs in life, since I suffer from an unhealthy addiction to old Euro luxo barges with big motors). The PPI results were on the web, categorized (engine, suspension, tires, brakes, body and cosmetics, etc.), and included detailed photos and write up for each area of the car. The inspection process also involved a thorough drive to ensure that previously reset CELs don't come back on. Afterwards, Mark spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone to go over everything in detail. Mark's a true enthusiast, he knows his cars, and he gave me a lot of useful guidance on the car. The car is an older v12 Mercedes with the dreaded ABC suspension, many shops say no to these cars, but Mark and his team knew what to do with it. Internal communication in the service shop in Carrollton, TX is poor. I requested for advanced notification and photo evidence of the existing control arms on my car before replacing them that cost me almost $600. However, because of internal miscommunication, I did not receive any of my requests. The mechanics replaced the control arms without my (customer) consent. I would expect that the cost of these parts replacement is expensive enough, which should trigger a common sense to notify the customer before continue with the work with or without being requested. I am reluctant to trust this auto service shop with future expensive work. Other than this issue, this shop seems to be really good with delivery time and general administration service.

I used them for my Lexus vehicle, they gave me proper advice, showed me the work needed and why, price was very reasonable compared to 2 other quotes. The owner and staff, finished the work timely and performed quality work. Mechanics were very professional and kept me informed on the work. I plan to use them for other works as well. Great place! Took my Mercedes, went to get one thing fixed, and didn t pressure me into fixing anything else. They know what they re doing. didn t overprice and oversell. Highly recommend.

I ordered downpipes from them a week ago and the transaction went through but they didnt send me an order confirmation number or anything instead they gave me in store credit and wont respond to my emails about my order. very dissatisfied so if you want to be scamed like they did to me order parts from them online.

We went to this place to check the brakes of our car as we were heading for interstate drive. The mechanics checked out car, said the brakes are just fine. We thought so as well. I love the honesty of this business. We need more such businesses in the automotive industry.

Amazing customer service and very accommodating. Made my nightmare into a blessing. I anticipated to pay a lot of money since it s a bmw but they were able to take care of everything for me. Be careful!! They will try to over price you for just a diagnostic! They tried to charge me $700 just to have the car LOOKED at! I took my car to auto zone and got a diagnostic done for FREE!! UPDATE RESPONDING TO WHOEVER CLAIMED I HAVE THIS BUSINESS MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER!!! Ummm NO THIS IS DEFINITELY THE AUTO SHOP WHO TRIED TO CHARGE ME $700 for a diagnostic!!! So get with your employees or whoever tried to rob me out of $700 to JUST get my car LOOKED at!! And they specifically told me that s the price to just look at what s wrong with the car!! They said it will be a separate charge to fix it!! So again BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU! And it s probably because I m a woman and they thought I would be silly enough to actually pay $700 just for them to look at the car!

Economical service ever, saved ton of money and time compared to Mercedes dealership.Don t have to deal with leaving car overnight,rentals, etc, instead really nice staff to chat with while you wait for your service.
