THE place for truck accessories in all of North Texas. Expert advice, professional service, professional install, professional warranty. They re treat you right. They installed my Ranch Hand bumper/grill guard and rear bumper. They even fabribated the holes needed for the Blind Spot Monitors and did the install. It looks amazing. I get compliments all the time on my truck. This is THE place to go. The only reason i gave 5 stars is because 6 stars wasn t an option.

The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, unfortunately they couldn't get my part, however they directed in the right direction. They know their stuff, and were very helpful. 5 stars for professionalism and making me feel comfortable. Good job guys.

The upfront customer service was great. The customer service at pick up was terrible. Long waits no communication and when you get tired of waiting and ask him about it the little kid behind the counter has a ridiculous smirk. They really need to work on their will call area. Even the customer in front of me was tired of waiting on his products.

BE WARE when you see this guy and let him make famous on here he asking to move from the door where I was parked I m doing this load for 2 years and no body move me from that door except him if you are there be careful he is very rude because he is thinking he is the boss there. The warehouse guys are nice and quick unloading good job guys!!!

Called about a product 3 different times to confirm they have it and even talked about the distance I was going for this product as they were only ones to have it still yet then show up and the item is missing half of the contents then ask me to pay more then half the price of the product because they cannot sell at below cost. Mind you this product has been discontinued and acknowledged that before hand yet did not care to check or really confirm they actually had the whole item in question.

The guy at the counter was very courteous and helpful. I picked something up for Addison Airport. He also helped me out with directions back to my work place as I was not familiar with the area. Thanks again.

Horrible customer service, called ahead to make sure it was there and ready for pickup. Arrived they didn t have that one called ahead about then recommended I bought a more expensive one. So I got that one, they took forever to pull it and then had issues with paying with a company credit card. So my branch manager had to drive 25min away just to show them the card in person. Should have been a 15-20 min pickup, it took over an hour and a half!I suggest taking business elsewhere!

Found this place after searching far and wide for truck tool chests and it turned out to be so much more than your average truck accessory place.First of all they have everything in stock nearly it's a distributor for other shops so you can get things same day. It's about the size of summit in Arlington but all truck stuff.Second the staff are incredibly helpful and service is great. I ended up getting more than a toolbox and will definitely be coming back to get more parts.John is the source to go to for extensive knowledge of parts and friendly service.

Huge company, big wholesaler, big selection, prices are high especially retail. Employees in showroom very unhelpful, rude to a point except for dude with beard. Decided just to order off Amazon where I got same products at their wholesale price.

Picked up my Decked system for my truck. Barely made closing time but they greeted me with a smile. Have a very clean warehouse and surprisingly didn t know they sold to the public.

Good product, but thats as far as it goes. Absolute poor customer service! The guys on the counter just look at you and talk to customers like they are stupid. I recommend having pictures of what you are needing/wanting since they are pretty clueless when it comes to parts. Not a good experience.

Don't waste your time. Buy online. Went in, stood there 15 minutes then I left. 3 counter clerks on the phone. Never asked if I needed help. They missed a $2500 sale. Brilliant!

Horrible customer service and the salesman Tom Batson is a joke! They will not match prices and if you even think about asking them they will cancel your account! Not only that we found tons of billing errors and overcharges but nobody at the company seems to care or think it's a big deal. This is no way to conduct business

Employees are rude and disrespectful and treat you like you're a burden if they have to look up from their computer or their phone. This company has lost my business forever. I've spent a lot of money here over the years and this is now the third time in the last year I've been treated poorly.

Ok place ...seems to be lack of communication between order takers and pickers...slow loading of truck every time I've been there....people are nice ...just need to revamp the way they process orders from commercial accounts for pickup of flatbeds....mitch was nice guy and great to talk to for fixing issues ....

It's alright. I wish every coubter salesman gave the same prices for the same part.Asked about some wheel to wheel steps, was told one price one day. 3 days later when i went to pick up, the sales guy gave me a higher price and wouldn't honor the original price. I ended up buying since it was a hard to find product.

I went to Earl Own this morning May 10. 2017 to return a part for my dealer, the person in the back account was very rude cause only try to get inside from the gate after I dropped the part, he said nah nah you not get inside, go from there, I guess he should to said "excuse me, its not allowed to get inside from the gate, turn around from the main door, thank you" That must be told the costumer, then he make me late for 20 mins, I'm not recommend to any one go thereto be treat like this.

Awesome place. Truck delivery was quick and they allow overnight parking. Says delivery is from 9AM but I checked in 8 AM and was empty 15minutes later.

I came to Earl Owen Company for my Significant Other's Business. The company's construction trucks needed magnetic mounted amber colored flashing lights for mounting on the truck cabs. Earl Owen had the lightning we needed with supplied cable hookups to successfully accomplish the needs.
