Service took the time we were informed of. The problem here was the technician didn't install valve caps on the tires replaced. We did not notice this until departed. The technician also installed one of the new tires onto a spare tire rim to the right rear wheel which is a different color. Three wheels chrome, one wheel white. It looks ridiculous. This being a work vehicle, now we have to spend time and money to get this fixed. The technician Could've paid more attention to detail. Not the best experience to say the least

After being quoted very high for the set of tires I wanted I had about 2 hours of time before my next meeting and decided to stop in at about 11:30. Hugo helped me immediately even though they were busy. He gave me a quote for my preferred tires and beat out 4WP by over $300. I didn t plan on doing it that day so I went back to my car to get some busy work done before my next meeting. Hugo came and knocked on my door and let me know the warehouse was closing on 20 minutes and he would go get the tires for me anyway so that when I was ready they would have them. After this I thought maybe I do have the time to do it today. I went back inside while Hugo was running to go get the tires and asked about how long it would take. I spoke with Carson and he assured me he could get me out of there before my appt that was 10 minutes away at 1:30. He said he d have me out by 1:20 at the latest. Hugo arrived with the tires at 12:15 from the warehouse, they had my truck lifted up and began to work by 12:30. They had it done by 1:10! I was early to my meeting even after telling my client I might be slightly behind and he was incredibly thankful for my punctuality and my willingness to let him know I could be late. I could not be happier with my new tires and the service I received from Hugo and Carson. Y all absolutely rock thank you!

Absolutely insane. I went in for one service and the guy tried to hustle me bad. I don t know his name but he looked like a white guy with a tan and hazel type eyes. He tried to hustle me to get my tires balanced (tried to charge way more that they usually cost) & when I got old him I d wait he went to go look at my tires and was blocking the way so I wouldn t be able to see. Proceeded to tell me my tires were so bad that I shouldn t be driving on them and tried to scare my into driving new tires when he realized I wasn t going to buy it. After looking at my tires we went inside and he was showing me a chart and proceeded to say it was too many numbers for me and he would dumb it down so I could understand like how rude! He ended up showing me the most expensive tires after scaring me about my tires when I asked for something affordable. Once I told him I would come back he proceeded to give me a pep talk about how he doesn t get paid off of this and he just cares about my safety but that was far from true considering how bad he was trying to sell me stuff. Once he realized he couldn t sell me anything he tried to scare me again on the way out saying he doesn t recommend driving that car anywhere because they were that bad. My tires had a couple months left on them when I took them to two other mechanics to look at them after that. This whole experience was so off putting that it makes me never want to give discount tire my services. Get better workers because that was absolutely ridiculous.

Best tire buying experience I ve EVER had. Connor was extremely helpful and attentive. Got me setup with the exact tires I needed and even test fit one to make sure it would work and showed it to me. I was in and out in under an hour.

Quick visit for the tire check up, they have limited parking space. Suggested to visit in morning time or fix appointment in their website. Staffs are helpful and have through knowledge. Enter into visitor center to check-in for tire repair. No appointment required for air fill-in. They also offer tire insurance. Recommended tire repairs around Irving/Dallas.

Shout to Connor for great customer service. The last time I had my tires rotated at this location, my lugnuts were swollen and needed to be replaced for $70.00. I was in between paychecks and had to wait. Well I guess Connor went ahead and replaces them with no charge. I had not a club he had done that untill today. I am at a different location today and the tech here told what Connor had done. Discount tire will always get my business going forward. Thanks Connor!!

Belt went on my rear tire and I was needing Michelin's.I called and spoke to Rey. I asked a ton of questions and Rey was patient and knowledgeable.They didn't have my tires in stock but by noon the next day, as promised by Rey, there they were.I know Michelins are higher dollar, and i prefer them, and still feel Rey and Jimmy did me a very fair price on tires they had to (1) order in, and (2) fit me into their already busy schedule!By two pm the next day I had four new tires mounted, balanced and installed....allowing me to get back out there and make money, with a safer truck.I found this Discount Store to be extremely clean and organized. The staff was efficient in the bays and everyone I met was smiling and cordial.Both me and my truck left Happy :-)Thank you very much for a job well done, Jimmy, Rey, and crew!Discount Tire should be very proud of this store.Bob

I had such a great experience here! I had a flat that lead into me needing to replace my tires. They serviced my vehicle in a timely manner and also discussed cost effective options on replacement tires. Connor one of the people I spoke with. He walked me through what tires I needed to replace and also helped me understand why I needed to replace them. It was very educational and overall and great experience. I didn t feel like I was getting the run around or swindled! I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Came in today to get my tires checked. My man Carson was so helpful, he doesn t know, however, next month when I get some tires, I ll be back mostly because of him! Thank God someone still believes in great customer service!

The worst place to try and buy your tires, and MANAGER comes out and deal with you. He gave me a hard time giving me my car back had to call the police officer to get my car back. He had no right to keep my vehicle right there and the only thing that I wanted is for him to just give me my car and get out of there And he was telling me that he was going to give me free wheels and free rims. I did not want to accept it but I called the cops to get my car back is the worst place could deal with and then they put a restriction of me to go over there. I will get arrested if I go over there I did not disrespect them at all. I just follow my rights , and now I have a restriction. I cannot be over there because I get arrested. I don t wanna go see his face again but to let you know go to that place and don t deal with the manager. He was trying to offend me and give me some little bills like a cat like if I was a piggy bank and I ve had them with $100 bills and he could give me almost dollar bills make me feel like trash and I feel offended it is it s kind of racist the way I was treated and unbelievable I wish I could put 0-0

Best Discount Tire location in the DFW area!! This place has the best customer service and treated me like family. Their techs were knowledgeable and fast! They had me in and out very quickly and I was very impressed.Love my tires and will be going there anytime I need more!

Everyone at this location was incredibly friendly and helpful. I made an appointment online and was done in less than 30 minutes getting four brand new tires. Super efficient! Highly recommend!

Great service. Spoke with Sydney about tire rotations. He was very nice and helpful. He let me know proper times/mileage to rotate tires. Cruised over to get a free air pressure check with Gerardo who was also very polite and helpful. He filled my tires up to the proper psi and had me good to go in minutes. Great customer service at this location! It's farther then other Discount Tires but with this great attentive service it's worth the drive!

This place charged me $136 for a tire . A used tire. You can look at the tire and tell it was not new. Definitely won t be going back here. They just want to get how ever much money they can out of you. Ridiculous.

I go in for a plug for my tire which my tire is not completely down so the sales guy try to upsell me 4 brand new tires and when I told him I m not ready to buy tires then he tells me I m not I m not able to plug it or even put air in your tire , by all means avoid to go to this place, because chances are they will try to sell you a new tire and if you refuse, they won t even help you air up your tire !!!

Dont come in here for air check! They had hire a sales person in free air check service who will kill your valuable 20-25 min. I came in for a air check up with low air pressure i wait 25 min behind 3 cars! I was late for my work. Better to go gas station and pay.

The new manager, Connor, has certainly turned the store around in a good way. The crew has become more efficient, professional and nicer to deal with.Following up after several additional visits. The management and crew improve their professionalism and efficiency with every visit. Additionally, the prices are always competitive and they provide the best service around.Bravo Zulu to the manager!!

The team at this discount tire was awesome, came in with a leaking tire, they were able to find the leaking valve and replace it for me. I was in and out in 30 min. Young guys and they really worked hard and left me with a smile
