This is an excellent place to get your car repaired. Everyone was very professional. Parts come with warranties. The best part is that they saved me a lot of money! My engine was done in a timely manner

They have our business for life! We took in our Mazda 6 2009 for major repairs and it drives like new! Very professional and reliable. Highly recommend them for any repairs or maintenance.

You have my business for life. Took my truck in to have it repaired. They got me in and out very fast. After leaving had another issue come up and CB had me in and out same day with no extra charge. If you want to be treated properly and know you are getting quality work done right, Christian Brothers is the place to be.

This place is great! Even though I decided to sell my car instead of having the work done, they were very friendly and honest, and kept great communication throughout the process. I will definitely be back the next time I have car problems! Highly recommend!

***Update 3/10/2024 I have e mail as instructed below and still have yet to hear back e mail was sent last week. I took my car to get checked for a road trip, asked for them to do an all around safety check. I had tires rotated and an oil change and ended up replacing wipers as well. After the appt I realized my windshield fluid was empty and my coolant is on low andthey sent pictures in the estimate confirming levels were fine, even though I told them to check everything since I was going on a road trip, it doesnt seem that they checked the fluids like other places do? This place is pricey compared to other shops. For that reason specifically you would expect things like checking all fluids when doing an oil change.

I have been taking my car to Christian brothers for years and would not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Especially as a woman, not knowing much about cars I trust Christian brothers to only provide services needed. Brenda is amazing and I so appreciate her selfless act of kindness yesterday. Highly recommend this location to anyone in need of an honest and very transparent auto repair business. The service writers all set the tone for a warm and welcoming atmosphere while troubleshooting possible issues before any work is set in stone. I just gave my Atlas for oil change. Just very professional environment and they had a courtesy shuttle which I could go back home. You will have your whole inspection list and you could choose which one to go for. Really cool and professional dealing. Thankyou for your wonderful service.

I made a same day appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. I also inquired about a visual inspection since I had to jump my vehicle the day before my appt. They told me I would need to leave my car so I obliged. Their shuttle service took me home while my car was being services then picked me when it was ready. During the service I was sent an email with a diagnosis of the visual inspection & the tire information. The email allowed me to view recommended services as well. I had the power to approve/decline any service. When I went to pick my car up they printed that information off showing what I approved/declined.Although I didn't utilize the snacks they offered if you wait in the waiting room, they did have plenty available.It's been a really long time since I've had exceptional car service. Thank you to the entire staff that assisted me on my visit.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Best experience I ve ever had with an auto repair shop.Everyone I spoke to was patient and kind. They were persistent in trying to get to the bottom of what my car was doing. Brought in a 2017 Kia Soul that was refusing to start. Started up for them first try, so they offered to keep trying it to replicate the issue. Ran some tests on a few systems, too, and everything came back good. Along the way, it died once after running for two minutes. It was also noted that my exhaust smelled a bit burnt. My throttle had also been historically sluggish.Decided to do get some maintenance done while it was there, since I m planning to take the car on a trip soon. New spark plugs and cleaned the fuel system. Not 100% if that was the actual cause of the problem (only time will tell) but seems like everything is fine now. Starts and runs better than it ever has, so I m more than satisfied. Feels like a new car. Have started it several times and driven it around DFW with no issue. Much quicker throttle response and easier to get up to highway speeds. Much smoother idle. Many thanks to the folks at Christian Brothers for bearing with my car crying wolf for days and improving its performance!

Excellent experience having them look at my truck. They had it and worked on it every day while I was on a business trip and I was able to text the service representatives while I was gone. Blake and the staff were very transparent about everything they were doing and kept me updated throughout the process. My 1971 F100 was having alternator problems and wouldn t charge the battery. They figured it out and got everything working reliably so I m not afraid to drive the truck now for fear of being stranded. The vehicle was there for 6 weeks which was fine for me because I wanted it fixed and they did it. I am more than comfortable letting them work on my vintage truck anytime there are issues in the future.

Excellent customer service. I went in for an oil change and state inspection for my car. They were quite busy and dropped me off at my house because I couldn t wait and they picked me up when it was done. This was my first time using their services and will be doing business with them again.

Same day turnaround on a transmission service and alignment. Provided transportation for me to drop off and pickup my vehicle that day as well. This location did a charity event today with Friendship House and offered me a FREE oil change. This came at a perfect time for me right now as funds are tight. When I arrived I was offerd donuts, Starbucks coffee and resources and everyone was just so sweet and loving! I was also able to ask for some prayer requests. Made my day!

First thing first, I would like to start off with the initial call to Christian Brothers Automotive on Monday the 21st of August. Spoke with Blake who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He told me what I need to do as a first time customer... Great customer service. Next once my vehicle was dropped off I received a text message letting me know they have received my SUV and would be soon inspected etc...once the inspection was done I received an updated text advising of the issues. With prices as an itemized statement. Contacted by Steffen Smith who was my service writer, he explained everything to me and the terminology I could understand. He was very patient with me. Lastly I called the shop a few time and spoke with Leo who gave wonderfully customer service. I received several updated texting letting me know the update of my vehicle.. never once was I left in the dark nor had to wonder what was going on... Even had a shuttle to pick me up and bring me to the shop once my vehicle was done. Over all I give these gentleman and their establishment a 1000/10. The customer service is impeccable at this location. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again gentlemen for making this experience less stressful.. YOU ROCK! - Paulie

Took my car in to get the parking brake adjusted so it would hold the car in idle and I could pass the state safety inspection. There was a communication breakdown and they looked at my brake system and not the parking brake which is a completely separate mechanical system. They charged me $90. My car still has the same problem. Nothing was done.

It was ok, the main problem i had was i wish they would of diagnosed the transmission the first time, instead of charging 1,400 to change a solenoid, only to find out after bringing it back then say oh it s the transmission that left a bad taste in my mouth.
