Whenever you bring your vehicle to this dealership, you get a automated text message stated we will keep you updated while your vehicle is here, well what's a man without their word not much of nothing at all and I was not updated as to how the condition of the vehicle and how much time is left for me to come pick it up!I brought my vehicle in and actually I had a brake vaccum part that was recalled, and the part was under warranty and this dealership charged me for the part when i was not supposed to be charged for that part, that's pretty shady business practices that I don't appreciate and I pray to God that does not happen to anyone else who goes to this dealership! I should not have been charged in the 1st place and I was not refunded for that charge, with that said, this event that happened to me, will be my last time going there and I may decide to buy another vehicle that ain't from Chevrolet!

Came in with an issue that popped up overnight! Came in this morning and despite them being busy, Amanda was extremely helpful! She was able to communicate and solve my issue. Hope I don t have to come back anytime soon but if I do, it will be here!

I did not have an appointment but they worked with me. Brought in for state inspection. very courteous and finished ahead of schedule. Enjoyed my visit.

Took my Impala in for service,, really fast service and they provided me a loaner car. Gotta say will be buying a new car from them, Gabriela is a GREAT sales person to deal with. No pressure at all

My friend's truck, 2018 Silverado Crew Cab was taken care of. Oil change, tire rotation, wash, vacuum. Nice job. Well done.
