Having service done by Caliber and working with the staff and mechanics is ALWAYS A PLEASURE. The staff are very accommodating and respond quickly to my requests. They even provided drop off and pick up service of me after leaving my car to have it readied for a relocation move. And they assured me that I'd be ready to enter the colder weather in the fall/winter of 24. I'm very very satisfied with their service.

Dustin was absolutely amazing at customer service. He made me feel right at home. They offered me a ride home and back. He showed me pictures of the parts on my car that may need to be next in repairs in the future which impressed me rather than just telling me. This place is nice inside as well, bathrooms clean, they have tablets to play on and the atmosphere was just pleasant. Most of all though, I appreciate Dustin for being welcoming and assisting me with my car. Because of him, I will be back. Great work.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was coming in nervous from other car shops and every person I worked with at Caliber was professional, explained things well, and really made me feel comfortable. The kids play area is awesome too! Will be getting my car worked on here now.

Great service and inspection of my brakes. The dealership started my rear drums needed to be replaced. I made and appointment and came to Caliber Auto. The rear drums are fine and front left rotor was the wrong size from dealer causing the brake pad to be low and squeak. Glad they found it and are able to resolve it!

I went to get my brakes repaired. I paid $564.00 I know I could have gotten them done cheaper, as women you don't want get ripped off. My wheel lock was missing. Good thing I followed my mind to check behind the mechanic. He thought he put it back but he didn't. One of my tire cap was missing. I always have to check behind them. They are rushing and don't pay attention.

I had my brakes repaired. I paid almost $600 Service completed. When I picked up my car. I noticed my screw that lock my tire wasn't where I keep it. Good thing I looked because I would have been so upset if I would have lost it by the work done. I always like my tires plugs to be on my tires, one of them was missing. As a woman I always have to pay attention to my car. When I pick it up. They think as a woman we don't know, and we do know.

My experience at Caliber was fantastic. I recently moved to the DFW area from out of state. I was nervous to have to find a new mechanic, as I previously got my services done at the dealership or a family mechanic. I decided to bite the bullet and scheduled a same-day appointment for noon to deal with some preventative maintenance.An advisor Dustin called me to confirm some information about my car to give me an accurate estimate. I was able to review and go over the estimate before I even left for my appointment.I was expecting to need to Uber home and back once my car was finished - but they offer a shuttle that very promptly transported me back and forth.Dustin and the shuttle driver represented Caliber in a very professional and personal manner that I find a lot of businesses are missing.My search for a new mechanic is over!

I just moved to the area from out of state and chose to take my vehicle to Caliber Auto Care based on the reviews I read and ease of access near my home. I previously always took my vehicle to the dealership where I purchased it but since I no longer live in that area, I was looking for a new place I could trust. The overall process was very smooth, convenient, and transparent. Everyone I worked with was very professional and took their time helping me and explaining the services to me. I will continue to see Caliber for my auto care needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional vehicle care establishment.

Doing business with Caliber Auto Care has been a pleasant experience. I have been using their services the the last three years and they have been helpful, courteous, and expeditious. The seem to have technicians knowledgable in general automotive repairs. Their prices are compatible.

Scott is great and very informative and doesn t make you feel stupid for asking a question. I do feel that some of the other front desk guys could care less about helping you. One guy didn t even look up when I walked in to the building. But again scott is amazing and still recommend this place.

Caliber took care of my transmission problem quickly & expertly. Worked out a better fix which saved me hundreds of dollars. Waylane is friendly, helpful & took care of me & my car. Will use them again & recommend to friends!

Awesome. Had my truck in twice and recently for a transmission replacement. I had one of those repair plans from another company and Waylane got the diagnosis, called them for me and within a day had the total repair approved. Anybody knows dealing with extended warranties etc can be stressful but not here. The repair was done on time hassle free. They are all polite and most important "honest" recommendations and not at all hardshell. Highly recommend Caliber and Waylane and the rest of the team there.

I rely on Michael and Hugo to keep Shadow (my 1955 Ford F100 pickup) on the road. They do a great job keeping me informed on the progress of repairs and installations. They really care about establishing long term relationships. I took my car to change the struts therePeople there are very friendly, the place looks awesome, they took care of everything exactly as I asked. I had the best experience at the Caliber Auto Care at Charles St and Hebron Pk Way. They took care of my car, they are efficient, friendly, and never upsell .. In fact, they tried giving me a discount too..will certainly go back if a need arises.

Used to be named Service First. Same company, just a different name so they can expand nationally.I've always been very impressed with their prices and especially their customer service! In fact, we stopped going to the dealership for most of our car service needs.I highly recommend this company.

Okay this is by far the best auto shop I have been to and here is the reason: I showed up 40 minutes before close, need 2 rims fitted with 2 tire that I had for years. Three of the guys spent a good 40 minutes helping me. But then realized the tire are over 5 years old with zero stretch. By the end they were able to get one tire fitted(not the other only because the tire is too old) and they didn t charge me at all and even apologize for the other tire!! I live in Celina, Texas, but this is the place I will bring all my cars for service from now on.

Be careful with this shop. Had two repairs completed here. Given incorrect/false information. Problem still existed after 2 repair visits. Upper management had to step in to resolve. Had to pay another shop resolve the issues created by this shop location.

Amazing service when it comes to hospitality and speed of service. Facilities are top notch (better than most dealerships). I was in and out in less than 30mins for my oil change. Rating is 4 instead of a 5 due to dirty handprints on my glove compartment. I did not notice this until after I left the service center. The plus to this was they checked the cabin filter as part of their free multi-point inspection. Overall positive experience, just be mindful of dirty hands/gloves when working in the vehicle.

I went to Caliber Auto on a whim after getting burned by a different garage. They were able to take my car in the same day, and got back to me with a quote within one business day. It included pictures, and addressed the concerns I had with the car. Service advisor Waylane kept me updated daily, and continued to let me know what his plans were next. They got my car running perfectly, cannot recommend them enough!Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I thought they were somewhat slower than expected. The work was excellent.They did have a problem with trying to reset the radio/navi code which delayed the service.
