Trey was so great! He was very informative and explained everything he was doing showing me how my furnace works. He went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely be using him again and he is a good communicator very responsive on the phone. Great work!!!

I called Trey at 3 pm and he fixed our AC unit really quickly. Other businesses would not come out that quick but he was so fast and had great prices as well. He showed our dog some love too and was a great guy overall. I highly recommend him to anyone. If your AC goes out or you need other work done he is your guy.

I honestly don t know where and how to start as I don t know how this company can possibly give the time, attention, and respect they offer to each and all of their customers. But they do and much more than that. I have never experienced anything like it, and it is the most refreshing and reassuring feeling.I dealt with Trey, the owner of the company and from the reviews I am reading today, I can see he was successful at spreading his business model/philosophy to all his technicians: something that is extremely rare and can only be obtained by true leaders: the ones who share not only their knowledge, but also and most importantly lead by their very own actions.In few words, below is what I experienced with Trey:1. Responsiveness: he called me back within 20 min,2. Timing: He came as soon as he possibly could. In my case it was the same day.3. Punctuality4. Knowledge: Using facts and science, Trey s knowledge is impressive.5. Professionalism and Respect: Trey took the time to show me what he was checking and why, sometimes taking pictures for comparison.6. We chose to go with Blue Ribbon based on their response to a negative review. Trey was straight up, and we could tell he was honest and not just out to make an extra buck. That's what we needed. We'd been having issues with our AC that was replaced back in 2020, and we didn't want to use the same guy because we knew the issues stemmed from his lack of quality, honesty, and professionalism. In October we reached out to Trey who assessed our whole system. He made some recommendations that we moved forward with, and fast forward to December, we are extremely happy and thankful we went with Blue Ribbon. They resolved the issue and more! Trey and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They know what they're doing/talking about and do a great job for real good value. Blue Ribbon has gained a loyal customer. Joel our tech was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got us set up so the house was cooling again. He recommended maintenance things we could do as well but we never felt pressured to do them. Affordable pricing. We will use again :)

I had isues w/ the fan on the exterior unit. Trey came out same day and provided exceptional service. I have been using Blue Ribbon Heat and Air for over 5 years for my home and rental properties. Trey is always very professional, has fair pricing, and gives great advice. He doesn't try to sell you items and services that you don't need. He is on time and responsive especially in the summer time when he is needed the most. Blue Ribbon is always my first and only call when it comes to my heating and air needs for my homes.

I called Trey at 9am and he promised me a timeframe between 1pm and 3pm the same day. He was actually here earlier than that. Provided same day service in this horrible Texas heat. He wanted me to see exactly what was the issue while he investigated the problem, I really appreciated that. I actually got to learn a bit about my air conditioner. He was very honest, great personality and trustworthy. Look forward to hiring him for my future air conditioning needs. Thank you Trey.

We use Blue Ribbon regularly and we are always happy with the service. Joel went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening with our AC unit and to even explain how the parts functioned. He then took us step by step through different options for making our equipment run better, but never made us feel like we were forced to do anything. Superb service and will be requesting him each time we use Blue Ribbon.

Had an Issue with AC at home. Called Blue Ribbon and spoke to Trey who s a really nice guy. Family owned Business since 1964 with high ratings! Jeff came out same day and replaced a bad 7.5 Cap to get my AC working again within minutes! He explained what the problem was. Great service and friendly, down to earth people. This establishment is amazing. My ac filter kept getting wet. I kept calling my original ac guy to come out but kept standing me up. Finally I found blue ribbon. When I first decided to replace my 25+ year old HVAC unit I wanted to shop around and compare pricing, options, and etc. like any homeowner would do. The first thing everyone checks is pricing. It's a natural thing to do. Unfortunately, when quoted prices get lower your wallet will feel better but your confidence in the product/services may dwindle. I can confidently tell you that is not the case here.What can I say about Blue Ribbon Heat and Air? Let's start with the quote. I talked to a few HVAC companies in my area that all boasted high reviews and quality products/services. What made Blue Ribbon Heat and Air stand out? Their assessment/processing of my situation, dedication to quality assurance, pricing that beat the competition, and how they treat you as the customer.They're not trying to sell you a new unit right off the bat. They understand that there could be some underlying issues that may cause your unit/home to be less efficient than what your unit is capable of keeping up with. They want to address other issues that could end up saving you thousands in the long run. It doesn't stop there, though. My particular issue was a climbing electric bill as a result of my inefficient and dated unit, but I had other issues (noisy return, fair/poor air quality, failing indoor unit mounting, etc.) they fixed along the way. The best part is I didn't ask them to fix these issues. Their process already involved fixing these issues. If that isn't quality assurance then I don't know what is. The owner and crew were all extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and diligent. The best part was every time I spoke to anyone involved in this I was treated like a human being and not belittled or talked down for any lack of knowledge. Blue Ribbon Heating and Air will see you eye to eye and treat you with dignity and respect the entire time.Finally, I cannot recommend them enough for the work they've put in. They've built a high quality, respectable brand that you can trust will get the job done in a timely manner for an amazing price. They will treat you like a person, and will not try to sell you what you don't need. They will make sure you are happy with the entire process from start to finish. They will ensure their product is appropriate for your home. Save yourself the headache of second guessing services, pricing, options, etc. Go with Blue Ribbon Heat and Air!Sidenote: I have 2 Sun Conures (Ollie and Bruno) that absolutely loved meeting Trey. They loved flying to him and just chilling with him while we discussed business. Very satisfied. Responded same day. Walked me through options. Great install of a new unit. Crew respectable/fast and went above and beyond setting foundation for outside unit and hanging ducts. Held follow up meeting 1 week later to ensure quality and performance. Also explained maintanence and helped registering warrantee.

I can't remember who I spoke to, but when I called I spoke directly with a technician, not just someone behind a desk that wants to set up an appointment for a week from then.Unfortunately they were not going to be able to send someone quickly, but instead of making an appointment for next week the gentleman asked what troubleshooting steps I had taken and gave me some suggestions. He was so helpful that I called back a couple hours later after I had discovered something and he gave his adjusted advice. Although he didn't directly solve my issue (turns out it was the sensor in my condensate drain) I wouldn't have been able to solve it myself if he hadn't been so helpful. Without even charging me!I will definitely be using Blue Ribbon for any service I need in the future!
