Exceptional service! The team at Blair Automotive went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the battery issue with my 2020 Range Rover Sport HST. From the moment I walked in, their staff was courteous and knowledgeable, explaining the battery replacement process in detail. They completed the work efficiently and at a fair price, also saving me time of being stuck at the dealership. My car now runs smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. My first experience was that I just wanted my fluids topped off and I was prepared to pay. Git takes my car back tops my fluids and notices I have an issue on my front end. He asked me to bring it back when I had time and didn't charge me anything! I brought it back turns out I needed an engine mount it was around the holidays but they always handled me with care! Not just me but I noticed everyone's interaction with other customers as well! That is definitely my car place moving forward. Also their very reasonably priced especially if you have a foreign car.

Aaron Blair's mechanics' knowledge and experience have been tremendous in helping us maintain our Porsches. Highly recommend them for all of your European car needs. A great substitute for the high-end dealer maintenance and repairs.

I was referred to Blair Automotive by another local shop that didn't have the necessary computer programs to work on my Range Rover Sport. The team at Blair was able to get me in right away (they were able to work me in without an appointment) and even worked with my extended service provider to get the majority of the repairs covered. Communication was excellent as Jack kept me up to date on the status and expected completion date for the repairs. Great experience!

Had an appointment and Blair Team was quick to greet and take my vehicle to the garage for scheduled maintenance. The well designed lounge/waiting area is always hospitable and they kept me updated throughout the process. Very smooth experience every time I get my vehicle serviced. They have my recommendation.

This location/company seems to do everything right (in my opinion) in a car repair industry which is generally a bit sketchy. I ve been using this company over years for car repairs and each visit I am impressed. Nobody likes to pay for car repairs/maintenance but their awesome service takes the sting out of it for me.The mechanics as well as the front office staff are obviously well managed and very experienced. When a problem is found both the mechanics and front office guys are very knowledgeable about every part and function of a car. Talking with any of them is always an educational experience. This certainly helps me make a more educated choice regarding my car repair.Recently I purchased specialty tires at another company and afterwards the car didn t drive right. This location helped diagnose the problem and suggested I go back to the original tire company as a simple step was missed replacing the tires. The front desk man explained clearly the part that was missing and gave me a sample part to show the tire company. Then he told me to return if that didn t resolve my problems. They could have easily fixed the issue themselves but out of honesty and integrity they made a suggestion best for me. Seldom nowadays do businesses simply do the right thing.I ve never seen any pushy sales tactics using fear to increase the repair costs. If some repair is recognized and suggested they will explain things thoroughly, costs involved, length of repair, urgency of the repair, etc. Anyone with a European make of vehicle would be foolish to trust anyone else.

They have very good service and their prices are way cheaper than any other Land Rover/European car repair service. Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable and I ll be coming back whenever my cars need service. I highly recommend them for Jaguar/Land Rover service

Outstanding experience. They ve serviced both my BMW and my Porsche Boxster flawlessly. From appointment to drive away, each experience is as good as the high end dealership for half the price. I d argue their appointment setting is better! The amenities are good enough for me to spend a few hours there working while waiting for fairly extensive work to be done. Good WiFi, snacks, and quiet is all that s needed! Seriously an excellent business!

I come to Blair because their service is unmatched. This is my third car I'm bringing to them. They always run specials which helps save a little money. The service is excellent as well as the work that they do. I highly recommend Blair to anyone with a European vehicle. I have taken stock cars as well as my modded s7. All time I hve gone have been a great experience. Their waiting room is great with comfortable couches and a TV as well as snacks and coffee.

Ebeyine was very attentive and knowledgeable about my car needs as well as sensitive to financial ability. The waiting area was nice and clean providing drinks and snacks but also provided rides! Great service and quick return!

I ve been to Blair Automotive multiple times, along with the rest of my family. We trust this team with our vehicles because we know we ll get the best care at a fair price. The facility is clean and the staff is so friendly (they also have the best waiting area with snacks & plenty of seating)! They take the time to walk you through what was completed on the vehicle and what else they find during the appointment. Also love how they give back to their community, especially during the holiday season. Blair is the best!!!

Great service as always. Have been taking my 2013 Audi A4 to Blair for 4+ years now. Thorough, professional, fairly priced and are candid and trustworthy when comes to repair recommendations. Have dealt with John for past 2-3 years, who s the best. Highly recommend Blair for your German car service.

I ve been to Blair Automotive several times and have been very pleased with their customer service, pricing, and attention to detail.Last year I had an engine oil leak on my 2018 VW Atlas and had previously taken it to two dealerships that couldn t diagnose the problem, nor fix it. On my first visit to Blair Automotive, they raised my vehicle on the lift and were able to show me personally where the oil leak was coming from. It was a tremendous relief to me to have the problem identified (finally) and fixed the same day.Thanks Blair!

Blair Automotive is super professional and rivals any dealership only with more reasonable pricing. They have a comfortable lounge with snacks, TVs, and a conference rooms if you choose to wait. They also have loaner cars available if needed. Blair Automotive is responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I ll definitely be back!

I brought my 2011 Audi A4 here with a myriad of concerns. Jack did an amazing job documenting everything and was able to get everything diagnosed and checkout out pretty quick. Turns out that my assumptions on a couple of items where off and they found that the solution was not as complex as I was worried it might have been. They saved me a ton of money by being honest about what the issues were and what the fixes were. They also pointed out some issues that may come up in the next 6 to 12 months and advised me to be ready for them. I knew they would come up eventually but having a timeline and a plan really helps plan for things. Will definitely be going back here in the future.

Blair was fantastic. After the dealership told us the car would need a new engine, Blair was able to repair the issues and gave us a great recommendations of how to proceed with the car and maintenance going forward. They were one of five dealerships I called that was able to service Volvos. The pricing was premium but absolutely worth it.

My Audi just came off warranty, so I was looking for an alternative to the dealer. Blair is great to work with; professional, responsive, timely. I wanted my brakes looked at, the perfect opportunity for a repair shop to go on an adventure they told me the brakes are fine, gave me an estimate of remaining life, and did the rest of my list for a reasonable price. I will return the next time my car needs TLC.

Been using Blair for a few years now. As someone who would much rather fix their own car but doesn t want to move his projects out of the way, Blair has been godsend. They are reliable and communicative which is something an ex automotive technician can really appreciate. They will also work with you to establish a better business/customer relationship. Only thing that would make this shop better is a state inspection machine haha.

I brought my UrS4 to Blair Automotive for a timing belt replacement. Most people know nothing about this car; but from the moment I walked through the entrance, the service manager John greeted me and made it clear that he was just as fond of Audi's C4 chassis as I am. The team at Blair did an excellent job with the work I requested, as well as some extra work they advised to help keep the car running after all these years. I'll be back. Thanks!

I own a Mercedes E350 Cabriolet and I have been a customer of Blair since I bought this car. I have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and respect. I have had dealings with almost everyone in the front reception and several of the guys in the back as well. They have always been thorough in their explanations and have often times taken me into the shop to SHOW me the issue and describe what is going on. The two words that I would use to describe this shop are: Class and cleanliness. You can eat off the floor. The place is absolutely top quality with the espresso and snacks, a conference room to do business while you wait, and most of all, a staff that knows how to stand in honor and integrity in their dealings with their customers! RARE FIND! EXTREMELY highly recommended.

I came in to get the 60k Audi maintenance done, which was always going to take time, found a few problems that they were upfront about and what needed to be repaired.John was amazing in delivering the news, and since it was my decision to go ahead and repair some things while they had it, i needed to leave, but my car wasn t finished, not their fault at all.They procured a loaner for me so i could get back to Fort Worth to pick up my kids from daycare on time. They were so nice, all day (i work from home) as i basically worked from their very nice and accommodating lobby.With all that being said they a did fantastic job and showed my vehicle more love than the Audi dealership would have, and i saved tons by going here. I ll be back, and they ve gotten a customer and my word of mouth. Shouts out to Heather for speedily getting me sorted with the loaner as John helped me get the baby seats in. Great team, family friendly, great coffee. Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Brake service & repair

This place used to be great, personal service and thorough investigation. My last visit was less than spectacular: made an appointment a week an advance for a oil pressure sensor swap and overall look-over as my warranty was ending soon. Didn't call me back until the next day and still hadn't checked to see what the warranty would cover, nor did they even look at the car yet. The next day they finally looked at it, and reported a 2k charge for the sensor swap and still haven't checked what the warranty covered. Ended up seeking another opinion that ended up being more informative and cost effective.

They've been my only choice for working on my 16 VW Golf. They caught a catastrophic water pump leak that the dealer shop didn't and should have. Their shop workers are top notch and always willing to talk with you and walk you through needed repairs, at least they are if your assigned service advisor isn't already on top of it (mine was, John, with his cool F1 tie clip).If you have a German-made car, these guys are amazing. I'll be going to them for all oil changes and major repairs as long as I have a German-brand car.

I wish I would have found Blair Automotive sooner. Amazing experience from start to finish. Highly rated for their professionalism, communication, pricing, and quality of repairs just to name a few. I had several questions about my vehicle and subsequent repairs, and they explained everything in great detail taking the necessary time to ensure I was comfortable without ever feeling rushed. I also appreciated being able to walk back to the shop and have things explained while looking at/under my vehicle - the extra peace of mind goes a long way. I have been looking for a good alternative to the dealer for a while now, and I can gladly say I've found it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top tier service for their Euro vehicle.Service: Steering & suspension repair
