Honest and fair-priced work.Won't tell you your rotors have to be replaced when brakes are replaced (unless they need to be replaced). Saved us over $300 on brake job.

Horrible job! Worst place I ve been for repairs, unorganized, repairs not done correctly first time had to leave car for more work, when I picked it up still had a crack ( part of the damage) not repaired. Don t recommend, will never go there again! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

If 0 stars was an option I d go with that. I never take time out of my day to leave bad reviews but I have also never received such terrible service in my life. My car has been having several suspension issues and despite other mechanics being unable to help me, none of them have treated me this way. The mechanics I spoke to in this shop never explained to me what they were doing or gave me options so that I can make my own decision. Instead they did what they assumed I would want which turned out to me a temporary fix. I brought my car back in 2 times because I was already charged a hefty amount so I wanted them to complete my service. Instead they were disrespectful and told me to go take my car to the dealership or a different shop instead of communicating to me what exactly was going on. This shop completely wasted my time and money so I wanted to warn others.

I went in for a quote, and the guy didn't speak much, I showed him what I wanted fixed, but he didn't ask any questions. I only wanted a certain part fixed on my door and not the quarter panel. He had no personality at all. He clicked on the PC and just gave me a quote of about 1600 bucks. No, thank you. He only got 2 stars because he printed it out as opposed to just verbally quoting a price.

Awesome people and awesome prices.I have used them twice with great results! They stand behind their work and will make sure the job is done right.I found Best USA through the recommendations of friends. I knew my friends would not let me down, so I took my Nissan to get an estimate for repairing an oil and coolant leak.The other big shops wanted $3k to "give it a try" without a guarantee and one of them told me they wouldn't even try fixing the issue.Best USA beat all of my previous quotes. They did this without looking at my previous quotes so I knew they were legit.The repairs were done on schedule and within budget.

My 07 Lexus had the tire pressure light on the dash illuminated. First, they used a sensor on all four tires, and the spare tire to determine if the air sensors were working properly. Then they reset the computer to turn off the air sensor light.Also they used a compound to buff out my headlight lenses to make them bright again.All total, the charge was only $70.. great job..!!!Great jobI was very pleased with their customer service and expertise.

I ve been shopping within non-premium repair shops for a while. These guys are awesome.Excellent no-insurance pricing for a family member. Part came in quick. They got the paint to match spot on. Got their car back in 5 days.I can say I got a great mechanic you should go see. It s these guys.There s a hornets nest near the entrance, just walk around it!

Amazing experience over the last 2 years. I own an older Lexus and this shop has done some great work. The prices are unbeatable, especially when compared to the straight tax of the Lexus dealer. I had one time where I needed control arm, sway bar bushings, and sway bar links replaced. I called up about 15-20 shops in my area to compare rates, and out of all of them Best USA easily had the best price.They also install customer purchase parts for the most part which is useful if you want to buy your own parts (shout-out rock auto).If you already know what is wrong with your car, or you already have the parts ready to be installed, you really can t beat Best USA.I always recommend this to friends and family when they ask where they should go.

The first time I ever came here it was because they quoted me way less than anyone else to replace an alternator. I though it must be a trick or scam but it wasn't. Did the work great at the exact price quoted. Since then I have been coming here and getting repairs done for many years, both mechanical and paint and body. Even had a whole engine replaced on a car once. Body work has looked great every time. Paul the owner always very helpful and they have done great work on my vehicles. Dan also helpful. They will save you a lot of money, take your car here.

If I could rate this business a 0 stars I would do it. Not only did the owner of the business lied about how long the job would take but he took advantage of my need of getting my vehicle back to charge even more money after finally fixing the car. I ended up having to sell my car due to safety issues. The engine light sensor came back on and he refused to check/fix his sloppy work. I intent to file a complaint with the better business bureau about this now that I am not busy with school and work. I would take my car to a more reputable business if I had to do it all over again.

I hit a curb and the steering / suspension was totally off. I went here via a friends recommendation and I'm glad I did. They give good recommendations on what should be done, why, and how they do it. They're honest about what they can / can't do, and they charge a fair price. After they fixed up my car they showed me the changes and what they did so I appreciate that. Paul was the one that helped me with this.They also do oil changes.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

They always do a great jobVery speedy usually fixed within a few hours of drop off. I've replaced my front and back bumpers due to damage abd hail. I've also replaced my hood. Prices are reasonable and fair.

This is the only place I trust to take my vehicles. The service is great and the owner is trustworthy and gives it to you straight. I have never had any issues feeling like there were repairs suggested that were unnecessary. Honesty and Integrity is what you will find at Best USA Auto.

Paul has been my friend for a long time, not because other things but his work quality and his integrity. I don't need to shop around to find other opinions. ***Most dishonest place ever***, charged me for a new bumper, and he just repainted and glued it back on. And returned with additional door dings, plus an extra 200 miles were driven. No need for joy riding after replacing a bumper. What irritates me the most is additional electrical problems my car has after bringing it to this garage, my radio had to be reset, I wonder if he swapped it out with a defected one.Go some other place.***************This place used to be good but the owner hired a bunch of hands that don't really know what their doing, so the quality of service has gone way down as well as quality of the repairs done, he is now cutting corners to make for cheaper repairs while charging you for brand new parts.

Fix my car very long time .the car should be done 3 week but they fix 5 week make me pay extra money for rental. Cost alot money out my pocket and the car still have some hail not fix . And many more. Never come to this place again .and never never again .i recommend if you want your fix fast and nice. And don't ever bring your car to this place...

This auto shop is very tricky, dishonest and rip off, overcharging customers and charging unnecessary services that are not needed at the time of my vehicle needing to be serviced.Everytime I brought my vehicle to them. If they don't know what was wrong with the vehicle. They will check others parts to see if anything is wrong with them, that can cause the issue, if nothing is wrong instead of putting it back where it belongs. They replaced it, and charged your invoice. They will keep doing a couple of different things until they find out what's wrong with my vehicle.Service: Electrical

Needed both front wheel bearings replaced on my pickup. Same day service done at incredible price and have been very happy with the way my truck is riding. I will happily drive from Weatherford to Carrollton to get my vehicles worked on at Best USA Auto. Great work!

Service and price is untouchable. Open on Saturdays when I need them. I've been taking my vehicles to them for over 10 years. Even after I moved from Carrollton to Arlington, I'd rather have my vehicle towed to Carrollton than to go to a shop nearby. I wouldn't go anywhere else; I always get upfront fair pricing and quick service. I highly recommend this group of hardworking guys.

Poe is the best. I was new to Carrollton.. My Honda Odyssey had a problem with sliding door roller. And I did not know which place would be the best to fix this. I called Honda dealer. They quoted really high. So I checked out at local body shop. Poe immediately recognized the problem by looking at it and he not only gave the best quote but also did the best job. It was going to take 4-5 hours. I just had one car. So he gave me the other car to use at no extra cost. Poe does his job smartly and honestly....Three cheers.. !!!

Do not trust these people. We needed our ac repaired and they suggested 1000.00 in repairs to change the air compressor. When I challenged him that an OE air compressor cost 180 dollars and why he was charging me 800 in "labor" he got furious and told me to come pick up my car. I'm glad I did and went to another mechanic and they replaced a 100 dollar part and ac work perfect. Do not trust these people they are crooks and think the consumer is stupid and uninformed.

Worst experience with a auto repair yet. My car had some work done and they fixed that no problem but they gave it back to me with some major electrical problems aka my dashboard, stereo, AC, and windows would not work and when I got my car back and asked them to fix it, knowing this worked on my car beforehand, they kept it for about a day then did nothing about it and refused to fix it. These people are unprofessional and not to be trusted. Do not do business with them they are dirty have zero professionalism and zero customer service. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Best place in Dfw to get your vehicle worked on he is a real mechanic that knows everything there is to know about cars. Does great work and have never had a problem with his shop poe has always taken care of me and my family's cars! Would'nt go anywhere else I moved a little farther away, and still come here every time.

I have been coming to Best USA under reference from a friend for 4 years now,I live in Wylie and I will always make the drive to Carrollton in order to have my car worked on. Ive taken my car here after 2 incidents of people rear ending me, and they always have fixed it in a timely manner. Even for little things I have them fix it for example my TPMS sensors go out and I have them do it. Which is at a very fair price compared to when I called the Nissan dealer.

I would not recommend this company to anyone for repair. Mechanics will switch out parts and disable the check engine light. This shop is a ripoff & will not fix anything but continue to charge for a service they did not complete. These people are scams.
