American collision has the best service in town! The entire team is extremely friendly and was highly knowledgeable. Their cost estimate was on point. I dropped my car in on Monday evening and was able to receive my car by Friday evening! Navid was extremely helpful and made sure the car looked brand new. This was the best experience I ve ever had with any business in Dallas. I highly recommend American Collision if you are looking for quality and expert service. Many collision centers told me my car was totaled but American Collision was able to save it! I m truly grateful for their service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

I had the pleasure of working with Navi who did paint work on my Hyundai Elantra. He was honest and followed through on the work He said it would be like new and he did it!. My car is fixed and looks like the day I bought it. I would definitely recommend this shop for any body repairs!Navi and his team did an amazing job. Great communication and delivered on time! American Collision Inc. is an excellent auto body repair shop that offers top-notch services and customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our car was repaired to perfection. The quality of their work is outstanding and their turnaround time was very fast. We would highly recommend American Collision Inc. for any auto body repair needs!

This place and the owner Navid deserve a 10 star rating. Took my brand new car in for repair after it was damaged while parked. Definitely impressed with the outcome and the repair time it took. I have taken another vehicle to Navid just about 8 years ago and his customer service as well as his repair time and job was just as impressive then as it is now. Big thank you to Navid and his team!

Price was reasonable, turnaround time was very fast and Navid was great to work with! The car looks great. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time, money and hassle by bringing your car here. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

5-stars for the owner of this place. He was very kind to me and gave me a fair price for the work I needed done. I wish he had been there when I picked up my car. The quality of the work was great. This review is my way of thanking him for the great service, since I couldn't tell him in person.

I have been to Navid 2 times now. I recently had a car accident and I was amazed how fast my car was fixed and it came out better than it was before. I have never met a shop owner that cares and takes care of his customers the way he does. He is honest and professionaI and the only one I trust! I will definitely continue to be a customer and recommend everyone to go!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is by far the best experience I've ever had in getting work done on my car. Navid is one of the nicest, most honest guys I've ever met. And if you have an issue that he can't help you with -- even needing a fair and competent tow truck driver at 3AM -- then he'll refer you to someone just as good who can help you. Anyone who leaves less than 5 stars is either lying to you or working with The Enemy.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The owner Navid is honest and works well with you when it comes to expenses and vehicle repair. I wouldn't recommend any other mechanic in Dallas. He didn't charge me a penny to get my door fix after I was basically in a hit in run my insurance did the rest and he didn't take the deductible. I'm forever grateful. The repair was excellent

I have been knowing Navid since 2019 I received services on my 2013 Ford Fusion that was excellent at the time (2 years later the paint has rusted a bit) and also a car that I hit the same year. Now it s time for my car to be repaired from the same accident. I made a partial payment in 2020 for a light replacement but due to the pandemic there has been issues with me leaving my car at the shop as I now live 1 hour away.I have told Navid a few times that I would drop the car but he could never tell me where the part he ordered originally was. As of today in 2021, I spoke with him and although every other time was somewhat pleasant he basically told me that he could not give my money back or order a part for me and the money is basically a wash. I paid $260 and planned to pay another once the job was done.Today Navid was disrespectful I spoke with him two weeks and I did tell him that I would bring the car but changed my mind. I understand the back and forth but over the last year and the 4-5 times I spoke with him he never told me that he couldn t help me anymore except today when I finally had time to come out. If you get a service from him, please don t trust his words if you pay in installments. This last year has been hectic and the distance I live is enough explanation for him to work with me as he did before. I hope he looses 5x the business for his lack of understanding and communication!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I came by the shop one morning with a busted front bumper and they took my car in and had it fixed up same-day, no problem (they even cleaned up my old headlight as a courtesy). Navid was very attentive to the repair I needed, and was very considerate, as he offered to drive me to my house when I did not have another ride available. This was my first experience as a customer and they definitely gave me a reason to come back again.

This place is amazing. The owner, Mr. Navid is incredible and cares about his customers. They always take care of me every time I go there to resolve the issues of my car. All employees are very kind and caring. I would recommend them to anyone that needs body work done on their car!!

I was in a desperate situation with my vehicle. It was closing time for these guys and they were extremely busy. They stopped what they were doing to help me out, and didn't even charge me a dime. I found my new body shop home for good. Great work, but most importantly, great people. Thank you so much American Collision.

GO HERE FIRSTTop notch customer service and paint work. Ask for Navid, he and his shop repaired and painted the front end of my 2007 making it look like brand new, at a great price and they worked quickly. They also do headlight restoration that left mine looking new again.

Great work and service.I had no hope after taking my car to many other body shops for asking a higher price and a long expected time to fix, but american collision met all my satisfaction in timing and price. Costumer service was phenomenal.

I was very satisfied at the great work they did to my car and I always and only go to them to repair my vehicle and/or for any mechanical advice! They were nice, very helpful and efficient! BEST EVER!

Act of Kindness: I was driving on I-35 today to get to a business meeting when I heard a constant noise coming from underneath the car. I pulled over and found that the engine shield had come loose and was scraping against the road. I did a quick Google Maps search for car repair and American Collision happened to be the closest to where I was. Once there, I walked over to Saeed who was working on another vehicle, explained the problem, and told him I needed assistance, real quick if possible. He smiled, asked me to give him 5 minutes, and to relax in the front office. I walked over to the office where Navid was super cordial and made small talk while I waited. They completed a quick fix so I could get to my meeting, explained what was wrong, what was needed, how much to expect a repair to cost, and had me on my way. They refused to charge me anything though I was willing to pay, and said they were just happy to help! Thank you Saeed and Navid for your kind gesture!!

Was referred to this place for headlamp restoration. Called for appt next day. I actually showed up early and was given immediate attention. Price was right, job done well (while I had a breakfast sandwich at the Subway next door) and I was on my way. Professional, quick and reasonably priced. Thank you!

My daughter ran over a huge tire on the highway. We didnt know what to do and thankfully American Collision in Carrollton was only a couple of minutes down the road. Navid was knowledgeable and very kind. They worked with our insurance without any problems and gave us a great deal on the remaining balance. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Navid at American Collision really cares and was a great help. He located parts so we could have the option to fix our older truck that the insurance wanted to total! My experience is that people at this place really care!

I learned today not to trust the word of anyone from Iran if you're doing business with them. Best not to even do business with them because they will lie to your face. Do not believe the reviews on Yelp about America collision I did and was lied to turned out the owner of America collision told me himself the person I called name Sean was a relative but when I first talk with him he did not acknowledge that he said "I think I know him" I wish I could give this place negative stars. Just because they do not do what they say they will do. My receipt says check front end and I was told by the owner when I picked it up that I told him just to replace the bumper. If you need work done due to a collision DON'T USE THIS PLACE.

Took the car for a dent in my fender, they quoted fair price, and they finished the job in less than a week, car looks new again. Very happy with their service.

I went in to have my headlights restored and everything went well. It didn't take long, everyone was attentive and the price was right. When I need more work in the future, I'll be back.

They fixed my car but somebody stole everything out my car including my title I don't think it was the people at the shop but definitely somebody watching there site be careful when you go here and keep you important possession with you ...
