Dont let the size of this place fool you, its Incredibly fast and through. Was in and out, the gentleman who runs it is very nice and efficient. 10/10 will be using in the future

Very good state inspection shop in town.Spend only 15 mins to wait in the line.Inspection process went well within 10 mins.RECOMMENDED!!!

LOVE these guys! Highly recommend, and never had a single problem! I get ALL of my cars' inspections here. Just don't expect someone else do extra legwork because you've forgotten your proof of insurance That's YOU'RE job, not theirs!

Was in and out quick! Went in an hour before close. Its a small shop right next to another shop. The guy working there said it would "be a little wait" but like 3 minutes later he took my car back and inspected it . Was pretty quick inspecting the car. Friendly service and didn't try to sell me anything. You know how some inspection places try to sell you stuff you don't need.Not many chairs so don't try to bring a bunch of people with you.

I really was impressed by the efficiency and time of the one and only person in charge. Monty(I believe was his name). He advised everyone how many was ahead of them and if they decided to stay he took them order. High five to him.Edit: Still good service. Monty you rock

Very easy in and out, whole visit was maybe 10-15min but it was not busy when I went. They said it was first come first serve so just be aware during peak times. Technician was an older guy with big gaping holes in his shorts and long hair, not exactly a professional appearance but was friendly and quick and knew what he was doing. Overall I'm happy with my experience here. It's just very easy

I came here on Monday this week between 4-5pm and spoke to an older white guy about getting my inspection and he said one of my brake lights were out. I was surprised because I just got those replaced the other month at the Kwik kar in Plano, and I mentioned this, and then the guy suddenly looked really surprised and didn't say anything after that, so I walked out to go call the place that I got them replaced at the month prior. I set up an appointment to go see them because my replacements were still under warranty, and I saw them today only to find none of my break lights were out. In fact all my lights are working fine, and since I'm here, I'm getting my state inspection done at the Kwik kar instead I guess. What a weird experience and a waste of my time from AAA. What was the point of lying about that? Maybe the guy just didn't know what he was doing? Weird.

My family has been relying on AAA SI for almost 20 years now, and the service has always been excellent. Today was the latest inspection; I arrived around 5pm on a Monday and was out in less than ten minutes. Efficient, friendly, and reliable service - and we ll be counting on it for years to come.

Not a pleasant attitude, customer service experience. I of course didn t have a current copy of my State Farm insurance card I had my electronic card, expired 2022 but I am insured by State Farm. He could not or would not serve me. I m here at another Emission station and they had no problem verifying Insurance and servicing my car with great customer service. It wasn t that the Insurance card was not showing current. His demeaning , condescending manner and communication.

Dishonest, took my vehicle for a simple state inspection, he stated everything passed but my casing for my rear light(not the rear light) was broken, he would not pass it until the whole casing was replaced, went to Firestone and got it passed with no problem.

I've been coming here for years. They are quick, cost effective, courteous, and professional. The look of the building and lobby is very dated, but honestly, I was happy to continue to drive here all the way from Frisco in order to keep using them for my business.

I was using the same inspection place near my house for the past 10+ years but just this year that place no longer does inspections. I was trying to find a reliable place that I can go to for our yearly family vehicles inspection needs. I think I found it! AAA State Inspection has great and efficient service, good folks and they are straight forward without any hassles on trying to sell you other services. Keep up the good work and thank you for what you do!!

Literally in and out in about 10 minutes. I've never been to one so fast. Customer service was great. This place was recommended to me by my co workers and I'd definitely recommend it for others in the area!

Every year that someone owns a car in Texas, you must get it inspected by a licensed location. This is such a location. If this location is near you, I would recommend it. If you live 50 miles away, I would not recommend it. 100 miles away? There are probably many closer. 200 miles away? Definitely not. 543 miles? You are in Brownsville, you should definitely stay there and find a local place. But if you happen to be near this location, it is perfectly sufficient for meeting the governmental requirement for safety and emissions testing.

Convenient for me because it s just down the street, but I have family members come from other parts of the metroplex to get their inspections done here. I am always in and out within 10-15 minutes. Never any nonsense about something that has to be fixed, or something that is going to cost more. Very efficient and very quick. Love it!

The gentleman that works there is very respectable. He has many clients all over DFW area and surprisingly enough he pleases them all so he's good for me. Would recommend him getting a cordless phone because he is working in the shop most of the time. He is inconsistent with answering the phone but when he does it is very good service.

Quick, no hassle, friendly service! You just can't get that everywhere. I love this place and it's my go-to spot for my vehicle inspections! They're worth the drive if you don't live in the area. They tell it to ya straight and they don't give you the run around to squeeze more money from your wallet. It would be nice if there were more locations like this cuz I tell all my friends about them. But usually if there's a franchise, the level of service varies and tends to go south from location to location. We've all experienced those other wannabe worthy places and left with a not so great feeling. Save yourself time, money and peace of mind. You'll be glad you did! Two thumbs up!

I get inspections for both of my cars here every year. He is fast, professional and friendly. I highly recommend AAA to anyone looking to get their vehicles inspected.
