Look at the video!!!Do not book 214 unless they fixed the AC issue.ROOM 214 : was good and really the same as any other hotel, nothing special. Other than this, Veryyy Loud Whistling is coming from the AC Unit!!!! Ruined the experience.SERVICE: Was good. Staff was nice and helpful on the phone.LOCATION: Was not good at all. To get in the property was dangerous!! The very heavy traffic and try avoiding getting rear-ended.Nearby activities: Gas station, walmart.Food & drinks: Gas station food, Migalitos, 5ds.

Do not recommend it to anyone. This place is a joke, it's so dirty and nasty. I've been staying at this hotel for a few days, for work so I can't go anywhere else, but they don't clean the rooms at all, the shower is disgusting, I've been asking to get my room cleaned for days and they tell me the same thing oh it's on the list and it never gets done, if I could I would never stay here again.

Hampton Inn is located on the outer edge of town, the entrance is on a highway that is merging to single lanes right past a red light and can be sketchy to turn into the hotel with traffic needing to either wait for you or to pass you on the shoulder. The hotel is tidy and the staff is friendly, there is a pool and gym, conference room, and breakfast. The hotel's only issue is the price of the room, you can expect the price per room to be upwards of 250+ per night. However, this is basically every hotel in Carrizo not only the Hampton so not holding it against them. Overall, great hotel and located within walking distance of a Stripes and Miguelitos restaurant and very close to a walmart.

Everyone at Hilton Inn at Carrizo Springs TX was great from the day of my arrival. Everything was great with the staff. I recommend this hotel.Rooms: Rooms were very clean.Walkability: Some stuff was walking distant.Food & drinks: Everything was pretty close to the hotel.

For the cost of the room, I was disappointed. There were no dressers or drawers in the room with the exception of one in each nightstand. There was no safe in the room either. The microwave was not plugged in nor could it reach the outlet. To use it I had to carry it across the room. The pool and the fitness room were nice. There was no "happy hour" either which was a firest in my three years of work travel. Despite the shortcomings of the hotel, the staff was professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful!

I actually ended up doing a tour of all the Hampton Inns from here to Eagle Pass to Del Rio. This one was by far the best in the area. The gym is fantastic, large, everything worked, and clean. The room I had was the studio, so larger, big tv mounted in the middle of the room. Bed was nice, water pressure was good. The ac kept the room cool... It's possible you can guess I have some complaints about these items in the other Hamptons. The only issue I had was the fridge died, they brought me a new one the next day.

This hotel on its game. During a flash tornado..they are clearing floors. And breakfast was ready. They made the stay pleasant..and half of us are food industry.when we were low...they reset everything. HILTON coming through...and made the pleasant. Thank you to all the staff that dealt with this fam.Rooms: Nice rooms

Clean, modern, comfortable.Staff is extremely helpful and courteous.Rooms are very clean and comfortable, very large space. Rooms are very modern with wood, chrome, piano black surfaces, and tasteful color choices. Rooms have a thermostat for full auto mode, it's nice no not have to constantly change the fan speed and temp. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Also includes a large LG TV with Direct TV. Restroom is spacious and shower is large, black granite counter is a nice touch.The lobby is tastefully decorated and modern, common spaces are clean and comfortable and designed well.Free grab bags for breakfast include apples, muffins, a granola bar, and a bottle of water. Very nice for someone like me who is always running out the door in a hurry.Breakfast services are above any hotel I've ever stayed in. Clean buffet style cafeteria with waffle iron, oatmeal, cereal, juice and a fully stoked water refrigerator. There's various coffee and tea choices as well as hot cocoa, with variety of creamers.Guest laundry room is available, very clean and looks like they wipe all surfaces every day.There is also a shop inside the hotel with most items you'd need. It's better than running to the gas station, especially after dark when everything is closed.Would recommend.

Very expensive, 40 minutes from there, there is a similar hotel, and it is much less from there. I paid 335$ there for a room with two beds and in the other I only paid 124$Not goodthere like they are stealing or doing something wrong659 N Baylor AveCotulla, TX 78014United States

Easily the nicest accommodations in Carrizo. CLEAN, well kept, great house keeping, directTV, and good water pressure in shower! The other hotels I stayed at here were not great. Glad my office booked me this place.

The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned which bothered me tremendously. No fan ventilation in the bathroom and no way to open a window in the hotel room to clear the air. Some staff was extremely moody at the front desk and some of the cleaning staff was moody while others were very nice. Overall decent workout room but again never aired out with a cracked window. Nice pool and gazebo. Close to shopping. Very beautiful lobby with a modern design. Good breakfast.

Hotel was clean. Hallways clean & smelled nice. My room was also very clean. I did the auto checkin which was great , so fast & easy! They had a prepackaged breakfast which was good enough for what I needed, but hopefully soon the full breakfast comes back.

I went there for a funeral and the family had the dinner for the guest. From the town of Crystal City where the funeral was and then we all had to go to Cariso springs. Shirt drive but worth it. Highly recommended. Events there the room was clean and organized.

Overall, I was happy with this hotel. There aren't many options to stay in Carrizo/Crystal City but I was happy with my choice at Hampton Inn. It was just outside of town which made getting in and out easy. There is also a Stripes gas station near by for any of your needs.The room was comfortable and I love it when hotels have a TV Guide. If I was in the area, I'd stay here again.

Hotel is fairly new, rooms are modern and roomy. Breakfast is complimentary and offers plenty of options. The room walls are a bit thin but nothing a good set of ear plugs can't handle. Overall I would stay here again. You can't beat the price.

The rooms here are small and lacking furniture. The fridge and microwave are here but there is no dresser, only two night stands and a closet. The TV is pretty great though. Showering was so bothersome. There is no tub, which I don't mind but the water pressure was awful so it took easily twice as long to shower every time due to all the maneuvering necessary to get under the tiny stream of water. The coffee in the lobby was straight up cold on several occasions, once 30mins after they started serving breakfast! I was here for ten days to work nearby, and to that end the room served its function but I would never consider spending my own money on it or recommendikg it to others although I did hear that it's one of the better options in the area.

Horrible experience at this particular Hampton Inn. Employee (Cissy, Cecilia Juarez, manager on duty) was very rude and kicked out my family from room when room is available to guests until 11am! This is not our first stay at Hampton inns or hotels. Being that she is manager you would expect professional service but it was the total opposite, very poor manners and very unprofessional. She did not even inform me she was the Manager on duty until I asked to speak with an actual manager (since her tag reads Cissy) issue escalated to levels it did not have to. This is not the first time she had been rude but this time it went to the extreme! I will also be contacting the superior manager and filing complaint about this situation since she does need to be reminded how to go about treating guests properly!

Clean, cold rooms. Comfy bed. Shower only. The front desk clerk was very expedient, sweet and very helpful! Maria, thank you for the band aids!! You are a life (finger) saver!!!

Worse customer service ever!!!! The front desk clerk was rude and her consideration to my situation shows her bad character and this goes for the GM That she apparently asked if I could get a full refund unpin canceling considering that I would unfortunately not be able to travel due to my mother being ill. I understand that there are policies but there are also ways or circumstances that can be overlook for the customer to be happy and decide to come back and stay at another time. The way this woman lied from the beginning is ridiculous.

Work in oilfield and worked overnight so stayed during the day and slept like a baby. No noise, no problems. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot & clean shower, friendly service. Well worth the stay.

Slept so soundly. Rooms were sealed after cleaning for which assured me of their cleanliness. They offered to go breakfast boxes since hot breakfast is closed for now.

Nice facility and friendly staff. Checkout time was earlier than I would have liked, 11 AM, but definitely a good choice compared to other options I saw in the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hampton Inn in Carrizo Springs was great, followed all the covid-19 rules too. Got the exact room I booked, it was cleaned and well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks Hampton.

I had a reservation and got sick the day of. I called to cancel at 5pm. I was told it was within 48 hr and I would be charged the full rate. I asked if they could make an exception since I was sick and I was told no . I am a Hilton Honors member and most properties allow cancellation up to 6pm except this property. This would have been my first visit to Carrizo Springs. I can say that when I come back I sure won t be staying here!!

Very clean and in great shape. No hot breakfast at this time, but a "to-go" breakfast bag was provided. Coffee was good, too.

I will never stay at a Hampton inn again I booked a room and was told I could have a party for my son as long as I stayed by the pool we get there set up and after 30/45 mins was told we had to leave because you can t do a party there after I was told I could be their employee I could!! Then after we found a place that will take us on such short notice the general manager called the hotel we was going to and told them not to rent the room to us due to him kicking us out because after we was told to leave I kept calling more kids to come swim which is a complete lie!! and that is the kind of general manager they have working for them it s very sad they ruined a party for my 12 year old son due to their employees telling me the wrong information
