The only thing that came with my oil change was the change of oil. The techs marked that they performed all these extra tasks that they didn't do. My tire pressures were all different and low and all of my other fluids were low or out. Would not recommend getting your car serviced at this location

Service was great, the people who checked me in and actually serviced my car were wonderful, but the supervisor, Tabitha, I believe, was so rude to the employees for no reason! Very uncomfortable to watch as a customer.

I went to get my tire patched from a screw and we waited there the whole time and when it was done we saw one of the automotive techs/mechanics drive the car around the automotive parking lot flooring it and driving it recklessly. I called the manager and she said they always drive like this to make sure the lug nuts are tight but all the times I ve gotten my tires fixed I ve never seen anyone test drive it after at all. I hope management and this young man figure it out before they find out the hard way.

I specifically asked the auto employee if the pit crew oil change included checking tire pressure because my tire pressure light was on (even though I had just paid for tire repair a week earlier) and he said yes. By the time I got home, my tire pressure light was still on, and so I checked them, and they were all low, regardless of the fact that it said on the invoice that they had been checked, and were all stated to be at 33 psi. They straight up lied. If they lie about checking something they know i have already specifically asked for, what else are they not actually doing? I don't even know if I actually got the oil change, because the new sticker they put on the inside of my windshield was hand written with a marker. Seriously it's a joke.

Avoid at all cost. Over torqued the drain plug in two of my vehicles. One had to have the oil pan replaced and the manager paid out of pocket to avoid anyone getting in trouble. Other literally wouldn t come off with an impact. They got it loose but definitely should never be that tight. They have no idea what they are doing whatsoeverService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went to replace my tires here and they had told me to my face oh sorry we can t put this type of tire pressure sensor in you will have to take it somewhere else . Come to find out they had broke the sensor and just didn t want to tell me to my face. They offered to put in a new one for free, but they should have bought me a new one and put it in for free. Very displeased with the way they handle this situation. I respect honesty and owning up to mistakes, because I understand mistakes happen, but at least be honest with your customers. I will not take my business here again.Service: Auto tire replacement

We've had no issues with the tire service until this year. I had a nail on the wall of my tire, which i knew was unrepairble and was quoted with a change of $30.00 with the warranty. The rep knew they were out of stock on the tire, but the had the replacement model. I got up there and waited over an hour to get the tire changed. When they called my name, they told me $50.00 more than I was expecting. The rep stated she said it depends on the tire tread among other things and that's what she quoted me on the phone asshe was mumbling this. If rep stated this it at the time of the phone call, she started mumbling as well. We put the donut back on. We went to discount tire and they stated with their warranty, they would've fixed me up with a new tire UNDER WARRANTY. Never will do car care at Walmart again. They've lost our business.

I have had 3 sets of tires put on my cars and SUVs in the last month. The first 2 times were great. On the last set, I had the spare on the vehicle. I asked if they would put it and the jack back in it's rack. They said yes, but when I was leaving, I noticed that the spare was thrown into the back seat on the upholstery. At that point, I didn't have time to go back in, so I put them up myself and cleaned the upholstery when I got home. Otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars.

They did write it in the notes, however they did not bother to tell us that the screw was missing in the light or that they tried to replace it. At the time that we checked out they were not busy, so it should not have been an issue to let us know what had been done in regards to filter, oil, light, etc.They never called our cell phone or called over the intercom to let us know that our vehicle was finished being serviced, like they said they would. They did not let me know last time I was there for my other vehicle either.

I have given this place way too many chances. They always mess up. Last visit for an oil change I made a point to ask for my tire pressure to be checked (due to the light) and when I got in the same light was on. They said I have to drive around for a while for it to go off. BS. I pulled it back in and as soon as they checked the 3rd tire it had 8lbs less than the rest. As soon as it started airing up the light immediately went off. Way to not complete the most simple task Walmart.

Told me it would take 45 mins to fix tire flat - ended up being 2 hours and 10 minutes. A few months ago one of the mechanics turned me away because he said they didn t have a particular tool they needed to replace a brake light. Went to O Reiley s and it took the guy a little bit of work to get the bulb replaced, but no tools were necessary. Unknowledgeable and slow - only reason I don t give one star is because they re typically nice

Went for a oil change and they put too much oil in it. They said their book said 7 quarts, however I had the vehicle's manual and it said 6 quarts. I've had this truck 12 years and it's always been 6 quarts. And they wouldn't take the extra quart out. Had to drain it out myself. Absolute BS!!!

Very helpful guys in that department and they sorted out my tires for me, in and out very quickly. I rarely have a 5 star review but this outlet was excellent and had very helpful staff.

I took my car in for an oil change and when I came back my gear shift button was broke. Blamed it all on me and weren t willing to fix it. They blamed it on an accident that happened a few years ago. Any time I tried to talk the MANAGER would interrupt and not let me speak. Absolutely awful and now I have to pay out of pocket for something they broke.

Took my battery in that i have a warranty on to get checked. Was told it would only take 30 to 45 minutes to check. After an hour of waiting was told it had only been plugged in for 23 minutes and it would take a hour to an hour and half. Waisted my time because they don't have a clue what they are doing.

Had a flat tire and they closed the doors at 5:30p. I seen two workers inside and they did not acknowledge me for 30 minutes through the door. They then told me that they were closed.

Waiting 3 hours for a tire change is ridiculous.it's taking a tire off and putting a new one on I could watch through the window in the waiting room as every "mechanic" (which is a loose term here) and watch them literally do nothing to my car.
