Joseph, the assistant manager, helped me install head light bulbs so I could get my car inspected. He made sure that I was completely taken care of. Joseph will take care of you. Make sure you ask for him at the Canyon Texas location.

Broke down side of the road in 20� weather. Made it to O'Reilly's .Lea and Joseph went above and beyond to verify what I needed to get running again get the part and get back on the road.Lea came out to confirm diagnoses of problem and went over parts possibilities with clear knowledgeable efficiency.Joseph was knowledgeable and efficiently capable had me back on the road in no time.Customer service with Integrity!Above and Beyond Thank you!

Joshua and Cole were both so helpful! We are from out of town and my car broke down around the corner from this particular store. My husband needed parts looked up and specific tools in order to repair my car enough to make it home. Both Joshua and Cole were both a huge help in getting everything we needed to get me back on road home. So appreciative of people who go above and beyond in your time of need! God Bless Them! Best customer service hands down!

I just had THE GREATEST customer service experience with Joseph, who I think is the store manager and if he s not then he needs to be! I came in needing a battery hold down rod. Joseph took the time to come out, measure the length needed to properly fit the battery, and even installed it for me. I m not handy, but I could ve done that easy job and Joseph without hesitation took the initiative and demonstrated excellent customer service. When the butterfly wing nut wasn t going to work, due to the bar I had in place, he went and found a nut and a washer that would fit. Thanks Joseph, you were excellent to work with!

I went in right before closing tonight because my rear right signal light had gone out. Joseph and Cole were more than helpful, and they came out and replaced both bulbs because I am not able to do it myself. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Thank you!!!

Cold front came in and needed some help with minor things for my car. Joseph and coke I believe were the names of the 2 men working tonight and they went beyond what was asked and helped us out! This is why we drive 30 extra miles out of our way to get the great customer service! Thanks

Needed a battery for a 2010 Subaru. Not only did they have one in stock, Joseph was able to install for me, free of charge. Joseph was great! Courteous, friendly, great customer service. I would recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts in Canyon, TX

Not much help from the staff. Disliked a customer telling a joke about a neighbor state police department, a few days after one of their officers was murdered by a dirtbag. Drew a few laughs from the rest of the place tho

Had to come to O'Reilly's auto parts cause I had previously gone to autozone for a part i was looking for and they weren't helpful at all they didn't even look for the part i needed the boy automatically said we dont sell that here and that i needed to order it online, so I came to O'Reilly's and Joseph was very professional and knew what i was looking for he even put the part for me he was very helpful. So if you are in search of a part dont go to autozone go to O'Reilly's you'll receive better service at O'Reilly's.

My husband needed a part tonight asap. We are helping a friend fix there car and we are from out of town. We called and got there at 9 and they still sold us the part unfortunately we can't remember there names but there was a lady and 2 guys who where very kind. We are super grateful thank you.

This store has always gone above and beyond. Most recently, I drove up with my passenger brake light out intending to buy a light and change it at home. Not only did they look up the vehicle, find the correct bulb in the store for me but then took the time to replace it for me! They were friendly and quick with their service. They even invited me to keep the second bulb and return no charge to have them replace the driver s when it goes out. They will keep my service for all our car needs!
