Sent my daughter's car here for a front axle. The team at Crabtree was great! I live near Chicago, Illinois. They talked to me through every step of the process. Glad Canyon has honest people! Will continue to send her car there if repairs are needed...and will pass this experience on with others too.

Didn't even make it past the phone call.... My mechanic of 13 years is too busy at the moment Moss automotive in Amarillo. So I call Canyon tire who's done our tires and alignments and they do not do Struts but, recommended Crabtree.... So I call just to get some possible numbers on work.... The gentleman I spoke too treated me as if I was wasting his time that he doesn't talk numbers and the only reason he was on the phone with me at this point a little over 1 minute was because, he wasn't in the shop he was driving. I run my own business, I deal with calls multiple times a day to the point I know them all roughly. Definitely missed an opportunity to earn my business and $$$$ but, I assume the way he spoke to me losing one little job must not be of importance.... Simple way could of been parts roughly $xxx.xx and my labor is $xxx.xx could be a little more could be a little less but, there's an idea so you know the ball park your in. People of business sure have changed over my 45 years of life. Looks like I'll be waiting to go to Moss automotive in Amarillo. Thanks Mr. Crabtree

I ended up at Crabtree after a breakdown on the road. I was very blessed I was worked in and problem resolved quickly! I discussed future service with this business and look forward to having a reliable mechanic.

He was great and super fast! Was thinking I was going to be waiting a week for my car and he called me and had it done in a day! Also for way cheaper than I thought! Would absolutely recommend!

Crabtree Automotive is probably the best you can find in Canyon, TX. Gary Crabtree the owner saved me a LOT of money that I would have spent somewhere else on a part that wasn't even needed. And then still had he have done the work would have been about 150.00 cheaper. He's a sweetheart of a man, honest with you as the day is long, and loves to talk. Knowledgeable, reliable, shows you the figures, not leaving you guessing, a definite "Go To" mechanic.

Van wouldn't start while visiting Palo Duro Canyon so I got a tow into town and rather randomly picked Crabtree Automotive. Boy am I glad I did. Gary was amazing and very knowledge with his 20 or 30 years (cant remember how long, its a long time though) of experience working on vehicles. He was busy (always a good sign) with other repairs but was able to take a look at my van and diagnose it within an hour. Figured out what needed to be done and ordered the part. Unfortunately, they couldn't get the part until the next day, otherwise I'm confident he would have had me rolling the same day.I ended up spending most of the day in the office working remotely. Gary was very hospital and let me watch over his shoulder while he worked, which he had no problem with (another good sign that he isn't doing anything shady). He even let me fix one of the identified issues on his parking lot myself (using my own tools so that I could save on labor cost).Really happy that he quickly got be rolling and prices were fair. Honest mechanic and very glad I stumbled upon Gary Crabtree's shop. Highly recommend! Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Crabtree is an awesome mechanic and not only gets finished with in a reasonable amount of time, but does an amazing job. Also, he answers all questions and even though he is busy he makes time to speak with you. Best mechanic in the area with very reasonable prices!

Very professional and reasonable on complete repair of our Jeep. I know we have found OUR mechanic shop. My wife was very impressed with how wellAnd quickly our jeep was fixed and not alot of big words or over the top explanations. Keep it simple and easy to what was wrong and what was fixed.

They were exceptional. They worked on my vehicle's brakes. I had problems with the the emergency braking system. They diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely manner. Thank you Crabtree Automotive.

This is the most honest and friendly mechanic shop you can visit! Not trying to scam you for more money. He simply wants to get your car working right and make sure you re happy. He shows you what s wrong and explains the issue so you can understand. I will always take my vehicles here for service when needed.
