I have had few maintenance items done on our F150 and Prius over the last few years. Every time Angel (the person who answers the phones, etc) was very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and patient. I asked him for his supervisor's contact info to call and praise him to his boss, he said no need because his boss reads Google reviews. I had few shorter conversations with various mechanics as well, they were also helpful, unfortunately I didn't think to ask their names.

This company is amazing and very reliable and we love giving them our business. Highly recommend their services. They already treat us fairly, work with us on payments, and are honest with us about what needs to be done.

On a road trip. My Nissan had a bad wheel bearing making noise and heating up the brake on that wheel. These guys had me in and out in about 4 hours. I really appreciated their honesty and work quality and getting me back on the road asap.

Was visiting Canyon and dropped off my Hyundai Tucson at Brothers Auto Care to have a rattle coming from engine compartment diagnosed.Camshaft phaser was bad, parts ordered, and repair completed. During this time, Brother s staff kept me updated as to the status of the repair.When repair was complete, they sent an Uber to pick me up and drop me off at the shop to retrieve my car.I left the next day to return home to Oklahoma. The following day when my daughter drove the car she reported smelling oil. We popped the hood and found that the car was leaking oil.I phoned Brother s and within 30 minutes they stated they would try to find a local shop to look at the car and then collaborate on a solution to repair the issue. The were unable to find a local shop that could look at the car right away and stated they would drive to my location themselves to take care of the repair.The next day owners Joel and Leo drove 5 hours to my home and diagnosed the problem. They were able to make the repair in my driveway. The stated if I had any further issues with my vehicle to give them a call.The customer service and professionalism of Brother s Auto Care is top notch and they stand behind their work.I recommend this shop and will not hesitate to let them work on my vehicles in the future.Thank you Joel and Leo. I had a high pressure fuel pump fixed here. The diagnostics took about 24 hours and they allowed me to supply the part myself to save me some money. I got the part to them around 3:30pm and the car was ready for pick up a couple hours later. They're professional and kind and do quick but good work. I'll return here for any future repairs.

These guys are the real deal. Fair pricing, took their time to make sure they didn t do anything that wasn t needed (nice change of pace). They got us right in when we had a breakdown halfway thru an 8 hour road trip, took their time diagnosing it so we wouldn t be stranded in the middle of no where somewhere down the road. Got us back on the road the next day after finding the parts and doing a few test drives. Paid hundreds less than what the dealership quoted they tried to tell us there were other issues that we knew for a fact were not true. No deception with this place and no relying solely on a diagnostic machine to do the work. Gotta love an honest mechanic!

I would AVOID this place! I took my truck in because it had a blown out spark plug. My regular mechanic could not get to it for a week. I called ahead of time and asked when he thought he could get it in to repair. I also asked for a rough guess or idea how much it might cost to fix..(since i knew exactly what the issue was) he said around $250 depending on what they find. Fair enough. He told me they should be able to do it next day. The next day, at the end of the day I called and they had not looked at it yet but he told me they would have a quote either today or early tomorrow. Finally at the end of the second day after me calling in again they quoted me over $5,000 to "send the heads to a machine ship to get them retapped. I took it to my regular mechanic and he fixed it in a day when he had a chance for less than $200 and less than 2 hrs! These guys are either not very skilled or...crooks! Maybe ...hopefully they just aren't that good at big repairs. Oh DID I MENTION THAT THEY CHARGED ME $145 DIAGNOSTIC FEE! ? I told them exactly what was wrong and which cylinder before I brought it!!!!

Had a pretty bad collision in my 2015 BMW- it took a little while as expected but brothers got me handled. Hope to come back for future work on my vehicle.Also really appreciated being able to have a personal interaction with the GM to see that business is doing well Angel hands down has been the best point of contact I've had, nothing but shining service any time I talk to Him.

Been going to brothers auto care for quite some time now and I couldn t think of anyone better! Always willing to help out and get me taken care of no matter the situation. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Amarillo/Canyon area!

I was just talking to my friend about how I need an oil change, but couldn t afford one right now. The very same evening she showed me that Brothers Auto care was doing 30 oil changes for single parents. Well with that information, I called the next morning to see if they were still doing them. They said to come on up there, and they would take care of me. When I arrived, they were so kind to me and beyond helpful. They got my car in and out quickly, and the whole time I felt son welcomed. As a single mom, they have no idea how much this as helped me. This company has been great to help out it s community with this single parents oil change or even when they do maintenance for college students as well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

While driving across country, by myself, I got a flat just outside of Amarillo. 15 miles from the next gas station, I rolled into this service shop and they patched my hissing tire for free! This is what they pulled out of my tire. They would not take my money Thank you Brothers Auto Care

Update:I spoke with Brother s and despite the damages not being their fault, they wanted to make it right to take care of me as their customer (I didn t let them because it wasn t their fault).Definitely will go back to have some more work done.Original review:First, the positives: I needed two fans replaced that were attached to my radiator. To save money, I bought the part myself and tried to do the repair myself without much success. After giving up, I took it to Brother s where they used the parts I already had and fixed it at a great price! They were kind and did a great job on that front.Negatives: This may possibly be my fault so I don t want to totally place the blame on Brothers. When I attempted to fix the fans myself, I needed to remove the splash guard from the bottom of my car. Before taking it to Brothers, I put a few of the clips back to hold the guard up while I drove over there and placed the other clips in the box with one of the fans. My disappointment came after I left Brothers. After hitting one of Canyon s infamous bumps in the road, my right fender liner ripped completely off. I was in a rush to get to Amarillo so I didn t have time to ensure the rest of the trim was in place. On my way to Amarillo I heard something scraping on the ground. When I pulled over, I saw my splash guard dragging on the ground. Now both pieces are completely ruined and will cost $100-$250 to replace.

They are always kind. Their prices are great with they quality work they do! I was offered a ride to work or home if I didn't have someone that could pick me up when I dropped off my vehicle. They also get the job done in a timely manner! My very good friend called me and told me about this place helping essential workers with an oil change and we are both nurses so we decided to give them a shot!First, very easy shop to find, it s clean, they offer cold water, and place to sit and wait.My oil change was maybe 15-20 mins. They did a full inspection and made sure everything was in good shape. Friendly, professional, & attentive! Definitely will be going back and I can t express how grateful I am for my oil change! He did let me know I needed rear breaks but wasn t pushy and the rates are very affordable!Service: Oil change

We came across the Brothers through Facebook and decided to try them out. Joel was great! Friendly and professional. They even went a step above and made sure our tires got rotated and that they had the proper air pressure. Plus, there rates were very affordable! I had my A/C unit repaired here. I was told that it was necessary to buy another part in order to ensure my A/C to work, about a week after the purchase the A/C was already not blowing cold air. I had my A/C repaired elsewhere and haven t had any problems. I just took my van back to ask about an exhaust problem and was quoted $1,000 higher than anywhere else i ve been.Services: Exhaust, A/C installation & repair

I took my car in for an oil change. I was impressed with how quickly the service was performed. The gentlemen performed a visual inspection of my vehicle, and went over the condition of my vehicle and answered all of my questions.I appreciated their honesty, and they didn t try to talk me into any unnecessary repairs. Very friendly. Very efficient. Very professional. I plan on using them in the future .. if and when necessary .. and will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.Service: Oil change

They did the work quickly and I got my car back in a very timely manner but my fuel guage is now stuck and still not working properly. The people are extremely helpful and went out of their way to get my pump fixed but kept receiving defective pumps. Update!!! These guys are really great! After 3 defective pumps from the auto supplier they went straight to the dealer. Now everything works great. I recommend them. They guarantee their work.

Had A/C Unit repaired here in at the end of April. Less than 3 months and 3000 miles, the entire system had to be replaced again by another shop because the "repaired" system failed. Had to get the compressor and condenser replaced a 2nd time by a different shop because Brother's original replacements and repair failed. Would not recommend this shop at all

Finally a place that cares and services lowered vehicles!Both owners (the brothers) work together with their team in getting your vehicles in and out quick. As I was getting my oil changed they noticed some repairs I was needing. They recommended getting it repaired and built a quote that I felt was fair. They weren't like other shops that you feel pressured to make additional purchases and because of that I felt more trusting of them making this repair. They even offered to show me around my vehicle during the repair (which is more peace of mind to me).As of this posting, the business is still in its early stages as there isn't a "waiting area" just yet but they're working hard to get organized. I look forward to bringing my vehicle in regularly to them.

They are great people. When my car quit on me they come and got it with a tow truck. They fixed it and did not charge for the tow because i let them fix it. They did a great job. I got my car back pretty quick too. Thanks to them

Great, timely service. I had the power steering go out on my 4Runner and don't have access to my tools or garage as I am attending college at WT. They were able to get me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them.

We rented our uhaul from Brothers to take us from Amarillo down to San Angelo, Texas. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and treated like royalty.Very nice people, very helpful and very professional. I can see why they have so many positive reviews on Google.
