GLAD IT S A WORK TRUCK, NOT A SHOW TRUCK. Went to have my truck inspected. Super nice friendly staff. Came at a busy time and was offered a cold bottle of water. The only reason this is 2 stars and not 5 is a young tech hit the bed side of my truck with a container and didn t acknowledge it which is frustrating enough but, not 2 minutes later the same tech bumps my trucks driver door right below my hand and said oh its fine. The experience was great other than one techs lack of spatial awareness and respect of my vehicle.

Great experience during recent visit to the sattler location on 3/2/24. The team was very helpful and professional. You can t ask for more exceptional service received. I had issue with my fluid pressure in my truck and they helped me narrow it down. It ultimately was a bad thermostat that was locked, which I had to take care of on own. But the team definitely was very helpful. I will be back and will spread word how helpful they were. Thanks again!

Honestly I've heard things about this location that made me not want to go. Well I took a chance and I'm very glad I did. Got inspected and oil change. Fast service awesome customer service. Great group of guys. In and out and fairly priced! Great job y'all. Thanks

The Team at Take 5 Canyon Lake did a great job taking care of my vehicle. The only constructive insight I would give is to wear some gloves when handling the interior of a freshly detailed vehicle. Left some oil stains on my glove box swapping out my in cab air filter. Other than that they did a great job.

Very nice service, checked all my air filters and cleaned my windshield. Only downside was the wait time but it s busy season right around now so I don t have much to complain about. Very nice gentlemen though!

I m so angry with this place. I have been trying to call and it goes to voice mail. I had to take my car to the dealership yesterday because it was losing oil and it is under warranty. I was just informed that the oil is coming from the oil filter as well as the oil pan. That the incompetent staff of Take 5 to do the oil change actually stripped the drain plug, rethreaded the oil pan, and installed a different plug and now the pan is not repairable. Because this is caused by a shop, my warranty will not cover the repairs. For me to replace the oil pan and perform an oil change for the vehicle, I'm looking at a total of $950.I was a faithful customer of this place, always took my car there because they are around the corner. I was never informed that they did something like this to my vehicle. So angry!!!Service: Oil change

Very good experience with employees. They were great ! The rating is based on organizing the inspections from full service lanes. There were at least 6 of us that waited through 2 full service vehicles. I do give them credit for coming out and getting the 2 motorcycles taken care of.

I drove in and sat in my car as the mechanics changed the filters and oil. All were very knowledgeable and friendly. Showed my old filters to me so I could see how dirty they were and needed changing. I will use Take Five again. Highly recommend them.

Was asked to open my hood, so technician could begin draining oil without being told the cost of an oil change. Asked for an oil change upon establishing price. A mechanic then took out a pristine air filter showed it to me and recommended changing it.

I recently relocated and needed my oil changed for the first time at Canyon Lake.My vehicle is a Honda CRV.Unfamiliar with TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE, I thought I would, Take a chance.James D. is a complete professional, and knowledgeable.He has the "gift" of a people person.The right questions were asked and explained why.He suggested the platform of service needed which was accurate.He verified filters and fluids while maintaining friendly, one on one customer service.I was at complete ease.Thank you James D. and TAKE 5.Also thank you Connor, a Tech. who at his own initiative came over and assisted James.I'll be back again.

I went in for an inspection and Emmett noticed my coolant was low and offered to fill it up. Such a nice man. They always look out for me when I come for oil changes and I can't recommend them enough.

This place is awesome and efficient. They take care of my King Ranch s oil change and filters and give me a military discount every time. You can stay in your vehicle while they get the work done.

Brought my brand new truck up there for an oil change and came home to this with a stained drive way.... Over $100 for an oil change and this is the service they provide. I think it's sad how people can't take pride in their work or clean up their mess on a customer's vehicle... Lance was the person under my truck....Shame on you have some respect for people's things!Update:Contacted owner as instructed and still haven't gotten a call back or email to resolve this problem they responded to my post just so it looks good on them as if they are fixing the problem.... What a joke!

I had my oil changed yesterday, 2/15/24. I selected the oil change with full synthetic oil at $101.00. Take 5 is advertising 25% off for veterans. I'm a veteran, so I asked for the discounted price. In my head I figured about $76.00 plus tax. I was told the total was $85.19! They added an extra $4.99 that's not included in the price that's advertised for "service charge". See the photo of the price list that's just outside your window. Notice the little print at the very bottom of the price list!

The employee last night who serviced my car did an excellent job in a great satisfactory way.He thoroughly checked all of the items on my 2011 gold Toyota and explained the procedures as he worked on my car. Our car mistakenly messaged our oil was down to 10% although it had been changed at Take 5 less than 2 months before. The technicians checked the oil, assured us the level was fine and offered to reset the alert on our car. Great service!

These guys are great! While I only needed an inspection, in prior years I ve had them do an oil change, check fluid levels as well as condition of wiper blades. I am usually in & out with little fanfare. I will certainly use them in the future!

I have always gone to Take 5 for all my oil changes and of course state inspections because the customer service has always been top of the line there.Staff is friendly and ready to take care of my needs. I can always depend on great honest treatment.

I went to Take 5 in Canyon Lake to get my annual inspection. it was great! The staff had a well planned system to address several cars at once. It was quick annd efficient. This is definitely my go to for the inspections that I usually dread.

I drove in a ford pickup and got insp paper for a Ram truck. It really was not the employees fault but ether me or the inspector should have caught the mistake on the computer or on the insp paper. It cost me 2trips to DMV.

Very quick and there was a gentleman who helped install my license plate bulbs on the spot so I could pass inspection. He was very helpful and I'll definitely be going back for my next oil change.

There was only one technician that showed up for work that day and it was Tyler Vendetti. He had multiple vehicles in all 3 bays and a couple other vehicles waiting. He was very calm and professional and greeted each person. Tyler should be in upper management with the way he handled everything that was going on. He took care of each person with a smile and a thank you!Give that guy a raise!!!Great job Tyler!
