Dependability is a blessing! I am so thankful for Keith's Auto Pro for the fast, COURTEOUS service, honesty, and straight affordable pricing. If it hadn't been for his attention to detail, in both my vehicles, I'd be broke down at the least and hurt in a car wreck at the worse! Thank you so much for providing this lady some peace of mind. I'm happy to make this my cars family mechanic!

I ve called to get a quote on oil change and fuel filter change.Have been told that they will call me back to schedule appointment for them to see the truck as they didn t know much about the truck (Diesel Ram 2500) a week later no one followed up.

This place saved my life. My car had been broken down for quite some time having to do with the headlight. Keith fixed me right up and I would say it was a pretty reasonable price too. He made me feel comfortable and I will go back again and take my car there if I need to. Good down home people. Especially Keith who went the extra mile for me. I will always go back there. I feel like I can trust him.

I was a little desperate when I found Keith's place. I had driven up from McAllen with my mother to spend a couple of days at Doctor appointments with her. She has a house in the area but we only had the one car. On the way back from one of the appointments the car's air conditioner shut off and the car engine light came on. It stated that it was in a power saving mode and cut off nonessential features. Anyone living in Texas knows that air conditioning in a car IS essential especially when the driver's intent is to go back home (5 hrs away)in the next couple of days. Anyways, the next morning (Thursday), I brought the car to Keith's and even though he was swamped with many other repair jobs ahead of me, he agreed to take a look at it after I had told him I planned on driving back to McAllen the next day(I think he could see the desperation in me). Meanwhile, I settled into their lobby area with every intent to stay the day. Not really knowing anyone in the area and mom's elderly friends being too far away I had no way of going back home except to walk. In the 100 degree weather, it was something I was not willing to do. So I settled in and waited for the verdict. It was about an 1-1 1/2hr later Keith called me over to tell me that I needed a new alternator. I okayed it and then Keith told me his wife(Marilyn)would drive me back to my mom's house. That was a wonderful surprise and a blessing and when it was time to pick up my vehicle she came back to the house to pick me up. I did tell her I could walk down the next morning. I figured if I started at 7am ...I could make it, but I really wasn't looking forward to it and truly not sure I would have made it there without suffering heat exhaustion. Thank God, Marilyn wouldn't hear of me trying to walk to the shop the next morning. So she came and got me the same day and slightly after hours--I call this above and beyond and I am grateful that there are still owners out there that look at the customer, as a person, and try to offer extra care. Everyone was super nice, I came in thinking from another chain I would need to spend a grand to get my AC fixed. It's been a week and the AC works just fine for under $200 for Keith, I cannot thank these guys enough. A true set of experts here!

I'm a disabled veteran and they will not help me with my issue of a simple door hinge pin told me to go to a body shop 10-minute job and couldn't do it very rude

Keith and his wife are both straight forward people. They are honest and do not upsell. I had a Jeep re-engined and cannot complain about either the work or communication. I would recommend the business highly.

I Absolutely love this place! Always Grrrreat Service and Truly Trusted, inwhich is unusual these days! Example... I was given a quote to fix my vehicle,(at least two different occasions)at end when it was time to pay for My bill... was $250. Cheaper when I requested why? Keith said that he didn't need to replace something it just really needed to be tightened! Anyone else would have charged me and I would Have NEVER known!! Exceptionally exceptional car repair specialist(the word "mechanic", does not seem fitting for his knowledge, patience and diligence)Keith and Marilyn Always Go over and above in explaining the repairing process along with Accurate assessment of my VW problems with several alternative solutions were provided. I have found a home for my car repairs since I moved here from Michigan in 2014. Fair & honest rates!! They were very busy yet still squeezed me in for the repair. I am forever grateful for their compassion and the work that they did and continue to do.I give 5 .

This guy told me that my car was fixed after keeping it all day. He didn't charge me because he said he couldn't find anything wrong with the car. My heater is still not working . He then said he wasn't equipped to do the job. Stop yanking women around when they come to your shop!! Just be honest.

Keith Evans is one of what seems to be a rare breed, anymore: An honest, dependable mechanic, who won't price gouge his customers. We rely on him exclusively for our automotive repairs, maintenance, and checkups. Keith knows his craft, and gives his knowledgeable and experienced opinion up front. If there is a real risk of any surprises, it won't be a surprise to you, because he gives you his assessment as well as those worst-case scenario possibilities. And in the end, it's never come to that. Keith is a very busy mechanic, because many people depend on him. But your vehicle won't "fall through the cracks". It will be worked on in a timely manner. The work will be done professionally and done right. The parts and labor charges will be reasonable. And you won't be lied to, manipulated, or tricked into additional expenses. I can recommend Keith's Pro Motor Co. wholeheartedly. I expect that once you have taken your vehicles to him, you will too.

Such a great, honest place to entrust your vehicle's care to! Fantastic couple and very down to earth. They definitely do not gouge their customers and their integrity is obvious in their customer service. Impeccable company who I am glad I found by accident! More businesses need to follow their example!

Keith is fantastic and his wife is awesome and knows her stuff as well. I highly recommend coming here if you have issues with your vehicle or if you just need an inspection. They can take care of it all!

Spacious facility and friendly staff. Got the Jeep inspected today, for re-registering. Quick, walk-in task completed, even though they prefer appointments, due to the pandemic. I will definitely go back! I'll make an appointment next time.

I took my car in on the 16th of August due to another service station putting my car off and my clutch had went out. They let me leave it instead of getting it towed home then back up and got my car fixed before the holiday. AMAZING service!! Would most definitely recommend to anyone. Went in for an inspection. Sign saysInspections Mon-Fri 11:30-4:00I ask a gentleman inside if I need to make an appointment. He has no idea, says ask the lady. She's with someone so I just left and went and got the car I needed inspected. When I get back, I notice a sign saying No Inspections Today. I ask the lady and she says she's not sure when they can do one, check back next week. If you cannot provide the service you advertise, maybe you shouldn't advertise that particular service.I will take my business elsewhere.

I had searched for several months to have work done on my 85 Fiero. No one seemed too interested in dealing with it. That is until I met and spoke to Keith. He was prepared to take on the task(s) and it was a very long list. Ralph was an exceptional car repair specialist(mechanic does not seem fitting for his knowledge and patience)They even went over and above repairing issues that were not listed for repair. I have found a home for my car repairs. My Tahoe developed a hard pull to the right. I took it to Keith's for an alignment thinking that was the problem. Keith told me that all I needed to do was to replace one tire that had a separated belt and that would solve the problem. I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing. I told him I liked doing business with an honest man, and I would be back in the future. A new tire solved the problem.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I took two hours off work on February 3, 2000, to get an inspection for my vehicle and then have it registered in Canyon Lake. I also need to run errands at the lake when I was finished with these tasks. I noticed when I walked into the establishment on the door the hours of operation. I don t recall when they started work but I did notice that they ended at 5:30 PM Monday through Friday. So when I approached the lady that worked there I asked for an inspection (it was 2 PM at the time) she stated I can t do it, I m leaving now , and I replied are you the only one that can do them? She said yes. I said is there anyone else that going to do them? She said NO. I asked why not your hours say you re open until 5:30 PM. Then her husband walked in and said we ve been here since 7 AM and I said I m not sure what that means but I ve been working and I had to take off from work to come do this, I m going out of town tomorrow, and I need to get this done. The only other place (Take 5) had their computer down. They told me that s too bad and I should ve gone to new Braunfels. I told them if I wanted to go to new Braunfels I would ve gone there in the first place. I m writing this because people need to know that these people are very rude and I believe it s against the law to not have someone doing state inspections when they advertise doing them for certain hours on certain days and not having an inspector on site during said times. Beware public!

Went and took my sons truck for starting issues mind you I drove the truck over there my self waited close to 2 mo just got it back mon and low and behold Ithe truck doesn't start crank nothing all the parts were in back of truck SMDH wish I would of known

Went here for an inspection, I called ahead and said I would be there at 4:45. I arrived early and the lady at the front desk was very rude and seemed annoyed I was there. I gave her my all my info and received multiple eye rolls about it.
