Took my 06 Pontiac in for a color change. Me Eduardo and Erica took their time to listen to me and educate me on finding the paint I wanted. The outcome was absolutely beautiful. Everywhere I go people stop to compliment my car. Great price, great work, and very friendly people here.

If you have no insurance and are willing to pay cash...don't bother calling to request a quote. No response received after shop was advised of the above mentioned. A yes/no response would have been nice. Business ethics are a no go here!

Bad Customer Service, my vehicle was left 06/19/23 for a front bumper replacement and minor paint job that the hood of my vehicle needed. I received a call from the agent yesterday 07/10/23 letting me know my vehicle would be ready after 3pm, they lied not even did they forget to install the Windshield Washer Nozzles on my vehicle they asked me to bring my vehicle back in a week so they can buff out the imperfections and debris that was left.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

**Update on below review** Late follow up review, but paint fell/pealed off after 2nd year; turns out, it was very cheap primer and paint, so the sun just ripped off that paint job. Recommend looking elsewhere.Very impressive work done to my Silverado, best price in town, quick service. Will definitely recommend!

Took my car to get an estimate. I left messages and never received a call back. My I insurance called to make an appointment and was told the owner was not available. Decided to go with Ochoa s Body Shop Instead. Bad customer service!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I took my truck in for a touch-up job on the hood, roof and wheel moldings of my F150 Lariat that the sun ate up over the years. I was a bit skeptical at first, specially when Rafa quoted me a really great price to do the work but i went for it and i must say i was impressed to say the least. The truck is 10 years old and i thought to myself maybe their colors won't match my two-tone truck or something like that but they nailed it and it looks good as new. Thanks guys!

Love taking all my vehicles to this shop. They are always very polite and willing to work with me. I would recommend them to anyone in need of fixing the exterior of their vehicle.

They said they would fix my car in 4 days but it took 3 weeks and it wasn't even fully fixed. The driver door needed to be completely replaced, the passenger mirror needed yup be replaced, and a sent needed to be fixed. First they said they were sent the wrong door, then they said they got the wrong door again, then they said they car just needed paint. Finally when they said it was ready, it was still missing the mustang decals it originally had on the door. Then they just dropped the car off at my mother in laws. When i picked the car up the door handle was not painted and the passenger mirror was not replaced. I just called the number shown and its invalid.

I do not recommend this body shop because of its bad quality and expensive for what they gave me. The parts where used to fix the vehicle and that was not the agreement. They put a bumper grill that does not belong to the car and looks horrible. Frustrated because we called AND went in face to face to see if they could straighten our vehicle frame. Even showed them pictures at both locations and discussed the vechile. When we made all the arrangements to bring it it, they said they don't do 4 wheel drive vehicles. Should have told us that on the phone or when we went in person instead of wasting our time.
