Did an amazing job on our truck wheels from stock metal wheels to powder coat black. Alan gave updates during the project and it was done for a reasonable price and during a reasonable time frame

I took in my 2017 ram 1500 to swap out the front struts. Originally I was a little timid because I ve never left my truck with anyone. The, I believe, owner by the name of James assured me my truck was in good care. They got the job done in a reasonable time frame and installed the struts perfectly. Thank you to the gentlemen that referred James at PRODIGY auto repairs. For your car or truck work. He is a HONEST and a FAIR man. I m so happy that I came to him for my car work for my Brakes. I went to the same person for all most a year and wasn t informed that I only had 5% left on my back brakes. Dang, I thought he was a good person. I have children that I want to be safe when they get in the car. (UPDATE) It's now 11/2023 we've been coming to Mr. James for over 5 years now! He has really changed... we thought he was a decent person and professional, but I learned people are not who they really are. I'll give a short testament. Martin Tires messed up my truck. I and it towed to Prodigy Auto Repair shop (Mr. James). He was upset because we ALWAYS take our truck to him for everything. I made a claim with Martin Tires business, so they end up paying Mr. James to get my truck back to working condition, after the mess up with my truck. Fast forward to now I had paid Mr. James AGAIN for the master cylinder which he was already paid $1206.00 from Martin Tires with the brakes, Rooters etc...to fix the mess up with my truck and labor? And still my truck kept locking up on my daughter and we stated to him something is wrong with the brakes he keep saying the ABS system. had my truck towed to Honda dealership was advised most likely it's the Master Cylinder and we think he knew it! And just decided not to make things right and still wanted to charge us for labor? Other dealerships I've spoken to says that's not legal he's been paid 2x over for the same job? He claims he's stored our truck for 2 months which is a lie. Mr. James knows he's caught and messed up and he's trying to swindle his way out of it! I just would like to my $467.00 that I shouldn't had to pay and the $149 for the Master Cylinder he used our money to purchase at O'reilly's. He's a good mechanic but not for us anymore. We have cut ties and now I have to seek court for my return payments. And he has stated to me before he has been sued.

I stopped into Prodigy Auto Repair to explain I'd soon be out of town and wanted to arrange repairs while I was gone because I would not need the car during that time. James talked to me about the work I wanted done and said it would be no problem to leave the car with them till I returned. They have a secured lot so I felt comfortable doing so.Surprisingly, James suggested getting the needed parts in advance and bringing them with me to drop off the car. Most shops I've used in the past won't install owner-purchased parts although James had no issue with this. So I dropped off the car half expecting to get a call in the middle of my trip telling me about something else wrong or some reason why the work was delayed, or that the cost would be much higher.None of that happened.I picked up the car 10 days later with the exact work I'd ordered all completed. No hassles of any kind.I'd previously tried to get the same work done at Pep Boys and after 2 weeks with no phone calls I picked up the car to find Pep Boys hadn't bothered to do any of the work. They tried to make it my fault for not knowing the name of the guy who took the car in with my detailed description of what I wanted. Pep Boys also wanted to charge me $40 for adding some coolant to the reserve tank, literally a few ounces.What happened next is another story.None of this was an issue for Prodigy. Great service, honesty and fair pricing! That is saying a lot for mechanics in my area. I have been here 3 times for different vehicles and different issues and am always pleased with the outcome. THANKS FOR BEING HONEST AND RELIABLE!!!

Very good quality service at an even better price. I took my mustang in for them to install a muffler and shocks. They were finished with it on the same day. I highly recommend this place

Great shop! Gave a warranty for my repair although I didn't need it. I had my lifters replaced a year ago and I have put about 40,000 miles on it since and never had a problem.
