Stop by to get a 12v cigarette socket and no assistance given. Stood waiting at the counter for about 5 min with the item in hand to pay and nobody help. Two employees walked by and didn't ask if I needed help. Decided to put the item back in the shelve and walked away. A quick purchase bad experience. Less than poor customer service at this location.

i went in today to exchange a headlight bulb that i purchased yesterday because it was the wrong one. The guy gave me the correct one and when i went home it didn t fit, wrong one again. i went back again and he kept saying he sold me the right one i said no it s not i gave him the VIN of my car and the he exchanged it because it was the wrong one but he never apologized for his mistake, if anything he had attitude, so Gustavo please take some customer service skills classes. If you do shop at this place make sure you know what you need since apparently the employees don t know how to do their job.

Went in the other day and got a few light Bulbs for my Car. Was helped by a lovley young lady, wish i got her name. We talked about my Red Challenger R/T. Had a really great Experience here. Had been here about 2 times prior to that... My only go to spot now.

Bought a belt tensioner with 1 year warranty, failed at 14 months, tried to get another, didn't offer a different brand, wouldn't help with old one (expected) only choice was to get same one again without discount. Called advance auto parts, they had a different brand, lifetime warranty, AND offered 15% off without a fight. Going to be trying advance from now on.

Had to wait in line 10 minutes to pay. They have no cashier's so you have to wait for everyone that needs parts then they can assist. Poor customer service.Be prepared to wait for a long time if you just want to buy a quart of oil or an air freshener.

It's okay it's a little bit more expensive but it's better than AutoZone hands down at least these people know a little bit of what they're talking about AutoZone people they really don't I have trusted them once for and I absolutely regretted it cuz it made my situation worse and I didn't get no results

Fast service, crew member who helped me was nice and knowledgeable. The rent a tool services are well worth it. Hand sanitizer available at entrance. Face mask required.

They were lazy. They didn't check my battery correctly and they told me to come bk in 30 min and they never charged it they forgot

Was looking for a belt for my walk behind weed trimmer...they did havent in stock. They ordered it from warehouse and got it in less than 2 hours.

Great service. Thanks to Frank who helped me out with a new battery. He even installed it for me when Auto Zone (aside from being more expensive) told me they couldn't do that.

go to the redd road location. the staff here is unpleasant. unhelpful and knowledgeable. border line incompetent. and always remember at any auto parts store that they are register jockeys. but these jockeys won the race. the canutillo store and the redd rd store are the places to go if you need an orileys
