I recently purchased a C6 and wanted to get some maintenance done. Joe and Frank did an awesome job of checking out my car and getting everything completed and were very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone needing some work done on their vehicle.

New Chapter Garage is by far the best service shop in El Paso. Corvette Joe and Mr Frank are the most experienced guys I know and if you need help with your Corvettes they re the go to guys. Their honesty is a plus he will tell you what your car needs and not embellish things to get additional work out of you. I live in the far East and will make the long trip to take my cars to him. Check them out and see yourself. I was recommended to New Chapter Garage by a co-worker. I was told by another garage mechanic my truck needed a new engine. I took my truck to New Chapter and within 5 minutes they diagnosed it has a bad coil. They had me back on the road within an hour. Thank you Joe and Frank. Honest gentlemen.

Had some work done on my C4 with Joe at new chapter. I like that he listens to the customer and lets you know what's going on every step of the way. Also, he treats your car with kid gloves. His location may be somewhat of a drive. But believe me, it's worth it. He is a true Corvette mechanic.

I gotta say this man knows his corvettes. I had a fuel issue with my 01 Z06 a couple months back. I was told he was the best of the best and boy were they right! Not only did Joe do a fantastic job he also made me feel as if I was part of the build as he is very informative and punctual. I was in search of a solid mechanic after moving from Phoenix, Arizona back to Las Cruces, New Mexico. People and actual shops in Phoenix reccomended New Chapter Garage for all my automotive needs. I took them up on that when the time came for repair and major work and let me tell you!.... Joe and his colleges at New Chapter Garage are great! I took the car in on two occasions. One for a waterpump repair and the other for a top end engine rebuild on my C6 Grand Sport. I received updates and pictures of the progress. They are very honest and hard working individuals. They caught things that really saved my car but didn't proceed with the repairs until after notifying me. The car was in their possession for quite some time due to the extensive work that was being done. While being there, the car was accumulating lots of dust (we live in a desert). Joe insured the car was cleaned INSIDE AND OUT and treated properly before returning it to me. I've never seen this level of professionalism from any other shop or dealership before. My expectations were exceeded and New Chapter Garage has most definitely earned my trust and business.I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs in and out. I highly recommend this shop. I live in the Far East and it's absolutely worth the drive.Even though there are so many auto shops out there, this one stand miles above the rest. As someone who deeply values quality and trustworthiness, I have had a hard time finding the right shop to take my CTS-V to but that s no longer the case.The level of customer service here is unparalleled. Joe is not only incredibly skilled but also exceptionally friendly and approachable. He doesn't just fix your car; he takes the time to explain the issues in a way that's easy to understand, ensuring you understand. Moreover, the honesty and transparency are commendable, and the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service and expertise offered.

This place is amazing! The customer service is top-notch. I can't stress enough how satisfied I was with their service. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Joe, who was very helpful. I had a problem with a bad lifter on my 2020 RST Suburban, but Joe took care of everything in less than two weeks! If I ever need any type of service in the future, I will definitely be going back there. It s hard to find an honest shop and I m so glad that Joe delivered exceptional service.

I cannot say enough good things about Joe and his shop! Long story short, I took my C7 to Mission Chevrolet and they told me I would need a new engine and quoted me $15,000! On the diagnostic report it stated the damage was catastrophic and needing engine replacement. I am so happy I took my car to New Chapter for a second opinion. These guys were honest and found the issue within less than an hour of receiving the car. Turns out it was a broken valve spring and cost me less than $1k to fix. I m a woman and I am constantly lied to when it comes to issues involving mechanic work, so I am so relieved to have found a shop that not only has the most knowledgeable mechanics for corvettes, but also is reasonably priced, and most importantly, HONEST. My car was ready to go the same day I had it dropped off. I can t thank these guys enough for preventing me from getting scammed out of $15k!!!

The struggle is real. Finding a mechanic that knows his trade, is honest and transparent about his work and your car's needs, and tries to get you in and out on schedule is a challenge, but Joe Olivas has been all of these things to me.I've known Joe for 17 or 18 years, since his days at Rudolph Chevrolet. He understands how to get the most from performance cars and has a special love for Corvettes, though I've seen Mustangs, Firebirds, Cadillacs, and most recently a Massarrati on his lift at New Chapter Garage.I've had him work on everything from the carburetor and brake cylinder on my '77 Vette, to adding a cold air intake, air foil and performance chip to my '93 Vette. I think we can all agree on the fact that no one likes vehicle problems. Family and I are new to the community of El Paso. We own a 2017 Chevy Tahoe among other vehicles. However, the Tahoe is our family vehicle and the vehicle my wife operates. I noticed that the transmission wasn t shifting gears how it would normally do. I immediately started looking for recommendations on transmission mechanics. That s where I found New Chapter Garage located in Canutillo TX. That s where I met Mr Joe Olivas and Mr Frank Ambriz. Two GM professionals with the highest of qualifications to work on vehicles. I couldn t help to realized (as they were showing me their shop) the amount of high performance vehicles they worked and were working on. Between Mr Olivas and Mr Ambriz both add up to over 40 plus years of experience working on high performance vehicles and regular vehicles such as my Chevy Tahoe. Their work is the highest of quality that I ve ever experienced elsewhere and definitely the fastest I ve ever seen. Everything was done on a timely manner, very efficient, and with the highest of quality. With that been said, my Tahoe was there for only a few days and it runs magnificently. I was very pleased and content with the type of job it was performed on my Tahoe and very satisfied with the amount of time they took to fix my transmission. I sincerely, highly recommend New Chapter Garage for your vehicle needs. Thank you Mr Olivas and Mr Abriz for your services. Your professionalism and work, are second to none.

Finally got someone in the west side that is well experienced with modified vehicles. Joe will not only get the job done but will tell you in detail what was wrong and what he did to fix it, not only that but he will not leave a job half done like other shops do. And no he will not rip you off either, prices are great for someone with his experience. Will definitely make this my go to shop. Apart from modified vehicles he also works on non modified (daily cars).

I highly recommend this shop New Chapter Garage . Joe and the staff are just outstanding. Awesome service and high-quality work, they are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They make you feel like family, I just feel that I could hang with them all day talking about cars and maintenance. The new Chapter Garage has most definitely earned my trust and business, I trust them 100% on my Corvette and my other cars when I need repairs or upgrades. If you are in the search for the perfect mechanic, look no further this shop is it. It was recommended to me by the West Texas Vettes club, and I am glad they did because they just became my go to shop for any repairs and upgrades.

Had a couple of problems with my vette and a friend Joey sent me here. Naturally i had never heard of this place and i was quite skeptical however the service and the work was excellent. Not only do they take the time to talk to you but they also run you through everything they re going to do as well as what s wrong with the vehicle. Joe helped us through everything and you can tell he s an amazing mechanic. We ve found our new forever mechanic!

Great service and high-quality work! They did such a good job with our vehicles, so my husband and I will always come to New Chapter when we need work done. New Chapter Garage is professional, honest, and hardworking mechanics. Joe and Frank are great guys. I took in my 2011 Camaro SS to have it repaired. Joe and New Chapter Garage came highly recommended from many local Corvette owners. I have a low mileage C5 (2000) Corvette that needed general maintenance done including all fluids checked and replaced as needed. I have been looking for a couple of years trying to find a shop that knew how to work on a C5. New Chapter is your answer. They knew exactly where the problem areas were and performed the services needed to make the car road worthy again. If I ever need any work done to a Corvette again, I will call them immediately.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Outstanding shop! Joe is already known within the Corvette community in El Paso so I felt comfortable taking my C8 to him for some performance upgrades. Not only did he do a fantastic job but he did it in less time than I could ever expect. He additionally performed service on my Ferrari and I've got to say I don't think I would get the same treatment at one of those dealerships. Getting to know Joe and Frank, I feel very comfortable taking any of my vehicles to him and recommend this shop without any reservation. I took my agencies patrol unit to Joe & Frank due to them being highly recommended. Their work was nothing but phenomenal and outstanding. These patrol units are built to take abuse as it s dished out to but also requires maintenance on them regularly. Even with the maintenance sometimes the abuse goes beyond the scope of what s tolerated and requires a special hand. This is where Joe & Frank flourished with their experience. I had the dreaded lifter issue with my 15 PPV Tahoe. The work performed was exceptional and Joe made sure I was kept up to date on changes and findings. After an upgraded camshaft, springs, push rods and an amazing tune the patrol unit is running better than ever. I will be taking my agencies patrol units to joe & Frank from now on. Leave all doubts at the door and trust that your vehicle is in great hands.

I highly recommend this garage for any vehicle repair that you may need. I have taken several cars and I have been very satisfied with their service. They have fixed brakes, radiator, battery issue, a/c compressor problems, I imagine they can fix it all. I have very little experience fixing cars and I feel very confident bringing my cars here because they explain everything they do to the car. If it needs further maintenance they tell me or more repair beneficial to the car they tell me, this is great so i don't break down later. I am very pleased with the service here and I recommend New Chapter Garage to my friends and family. The cleanliness of a repair shop says a lot about the standard that the shop holds itself to and by extension the quality of service they provide. New Chapter is a clean shop.Joe accepted my C5 the same day for replacement of a power window regulator. I pretty much watched the repair, which he completed expertly and with meticulous care while also training an employee regarding the entire process, all in about an hour. The window now works perfectly without a hint of wind noise. All that and at reasonable cost, too. I highly recommend New Chapter Garage.

Joe is willing to help from the very start. He makes sure his work is done correctly the first time. He fixed my electric problems in my c5 corvette as well as a new master cylinder and now running perfect. Joe kept contact with me along the process and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with him. I will be using his shop for all my future services and repairs on any one of my vehicles

Can't say enough good things about Joe Olivas and his shop. He is known for his prowess with Corvettes, but he is a highly skilled mechanic able to tackle just about any job. He has helped me with upgrades and electrical troubleshooting on a C5, but also completed work on a Raptor, Range Rover, and Toyota pickup. He is a person with integrity who takes pride in his work. Very transparent about cost, excellent about communicating progress, and very fair in his pricing. He always treats me like family; I consider him a friend. I originally went to dealer as I had "warranty". Got quoted over 1k and decided to look at my options. I was able to find New Chapter Garage as it is close to where I live. The staff is knowledgeable and was treated kindly. Got my Ram truck serviced for a great price and was returned in good timing. Replaced the oil cooler and did oil change. Have been back on the road with improved MPG (miles per gallon) for a few weeks now. Price was way lower than dealer and got better service/explanation and back on time. Our 98 Camaro SS convertible has had some issues that a couple of different shops couldn't seem to resolve. We heard about New Chapter Garage and decided to have them take a look at it. Joe cured a few of its issues pretty quickly, but there was an electrical problem that was a real mystery. Joe didn't give up. He finally located the problem and now this car with over 135,000 miles is running and performing like new!!! We couldn't be happier!!

We own a 2008 Ford Expedition that the front and rear vents would not open to heat up the vehicle and all we would hear was a clicking noise coming from the front and rear vents. Our breaks also needed immediate replacement. I have been exhausted trying to find a good and trustworthy mechanic, but when my friend George recommended New Chapter Garage, that was the best recommendation that was given to me. To sum it up, over 20 plus years of experience, courtesy, professionalism, and completing the repairs in a timely manner. I live on the far east side of El Paso, and I will be taking my vehicles to them even though they are located in Canutillo. Well worth the drive if you want your vehicles repaired professionally.
