*** STAY AWAY!! THE OTHER BAD REWIEWS ARE TRUE!My AC stopped blowing cold air, I stopped by for them to check if I had enough freon. After hooking up the machine they drained my freon and did a vacuum leak test , and it passed the leak test with flying colors, I had no leaks. So they pump the freon back in the truck and the AC was still not blowing cold. So they told me I need a new AC Compressor, expension valve and air dryer. After I made SURE that they had all the right parts in stock, or so I thought, After asking them a few times, they said they have everything. After working on my truck for 3.5 hours and changed the air dryer and expension valve, they realized they don't have the correct AC Compressor . So I lost total of 5.5 hours of my time for nothing and she tried to make me pay for the labor and parts that they supposedly had! This place is a rip off and the prices are insane! Everyone there is very unprofessional and extremely rude. STAY AWAY! YOU BEEN WARNED! Attached video of them putting my old ac Compressor back on

I would advise no Drivers go to this shop.They are Liars and they Want your money. The Mechanics show no Respect for your equipment. They do not know how to fix a Def System. They will lie and Say it Was Something else.I Don't Think They Like Black People.Don't go there.

This place is ridiculous, and instead of making a situation right, they wanna sit and argue and charge you a mind-blowing 35% fee because they can't match the correct parts. Waste of time, money, and explaining done with this shop. Never will go back! Believe all the other warnings

Just reading all the posts about Gomez truck parts just let us know Lucy and the team are great human being!! I called them for a nox outlet sensor on Sunday they fixed my truck Sunday lol I was like wow freightliner told me 2 weeks for the same part . Lucy and team dyno my rig 2 times fix the issue and made sure I was ok before I left . Check tires no charge oil no charge washer fluid no charge just because they wanted me to succeed. You do not meet human beings like this too often. Their family values tells you all you need to know .. THANKS LUCY ANF THE TEAM !!!!I will be back not for work lol hopefully!! But just to say hi ! Happy turkey day

I've bought part's and had repairs done to my Kenworth truck about 4 times now and let me just say they have been great! Very friendly lady's at the counter. Great customer service. The guy's in the repair shop are awesome too. They are very knowledgeable and courteous as well. The prices and labor where very reasonable too. Very pleased and happy to be their customer.

Any pilot car drivers needing work done on your vehicle, This is the place for Us. Not only did they get my suburban done immediately (A/C went out) They took me back to my hotel so I didn't have to wait in the heat. Great people, Great prices, & They're open 7 days a week!

broke down on a SUNDAY driving across country , all 3 mechanics were working on semi's and all and the office gal immediately dropped what they were doing fixed my car ( even though they are semi mechanics who i think don't really even work on cars ) got me on the road in about an hour. honest, great, helpful, skilled people with a good price! thank you so much y'all saved the day!

We had our Freightliner worked on there and the mechanics are very helpful and nice.I wasted my day there and they didn't even fix the problem. The lady charged me $370 to take out door panel and put in window motor. Plus $390 for parts and the problem is still there!

7/30/23 when in for a cage bolts. There price is $25 dollars for one ., 5 times more than what they cost at Napa.,

Our motorhome broke down on Superbowl Sunday with an electrical problem. In less than 1 hour a road service truck and 2 technicians arrived. They diagnosed the problem, repaired it and had us back on the road in less than 1 hour. Both technicians were very professional and the charge was for 1 hour labor (our Roadside Assistance Company paid for any service call charge).

Do not go there, my husband was told he was going to pay $85.00 for taking off the lugnuts and replacing them, when it came to paying they charged him $267.00, we had to drive an hour away to find the lugnuts because they didn't have them there. They charge you by the hour, they have terrible customer service the 2 cashier's are rude thinking their s#!+ Don't stink, that's no stars for me terrible place skip it.

Went to change a clutch and they charged 2000$ ..they put cheap parts did not send the flying whell to the machine shop .. so in 2 weeks i end up .take it to another mechanic.. and find the stole my money .... stay away from that place ..

Thiefs! they dont grant warranties even if the part was purchased within a week. I do not recommend this shop poor quality parts

The service is terribleThey refused to grant a return after 5 months when 6 months was written on the receipt, said that the return was only available for the first 3 monthsI want to give them zero stars

I had to change the steering shaft and the boy who changed it took it all for two hours and he would have to change for about 30 minutes and then the steering shaft was out of calibration, which cost me more money in Volvo,How can incompetent mechanics learn on our trucks?if your problem is not so serious just pass this place
