This place is great very knowledgeable staff that will go above and beyond to assist you in every way possible, you can pay over the phone and you get a call to pick up your part(s) I strongly recommend this place. No more struggle to take the parts off your self the staff will do it for you. Spacial thanks to Joe, Cesar, and Mike Will definitely do my business here for now on

They are closing the yard and is not a sign anywhere, and google maps shows like is open, waste of my time, do not recommend wasting your valuable time, and gas.

This place is probably going be shut down for a while while they replace their wall after the car accident I responded to put a van into it. I hope they can recover.

I live in Denver and called G&N on the phone from a posting they had on auto-parts.com. I spoke with Carlos, who was great. He verified the part I was looking for, immediately sent me photos, and confirmed the price. I was buying an entire 8 foot box for my pickup and told him I would drive down to get it. I paid over the phone, and the next day when I arrived in Texas, he had it ready to go and loaded in the back of my truck. It was just as promised. Ronnie, at the front desk was just as pleasant, courteous, and professional as Carlos. I highly recommend this business. They delivered as promised and were great to deal with. I would definitely drive down form Denver again to do business with them!

I called today to ask for a part for my daily driver and I spoke to a gentleman named Joe. He was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. So I decided to go in. I was greeted by another man working the front desk as he told me that Joe had stepped out for lunch. He helped me out and got my part right as Joe was coming back from lunch. They pulled the part, and I was very satisfied in the condition of my car part. I thought this place would be more expensive than they DIY junkyards where you do everything yourself but I was wrong. I would like to thank Joe and the rest of the G&N team.

Excellent Customer Service! Although they did not have part that I needed in inventory, Ronnie was extremely kind and helpful enough to help me locate the part here locally. This saved me a bunch of researching and calling time

Went in looking for a few items for a few vehicles. A young guy named Joe was helping someone but saw I was lost. He told me to wait and he would help me with my list. As soon as he was done with a customer, he rushed over and provided me where to look and even helped me obtain two of the three items I came out for. I was actually impressed and will be returning for other parts when the time arises. Place was well stocked and there wasn't a shortage of customer service. Will recommend, 10/10

Ive been on the phone for hrs. Trying to find a part. Ive not been having luck at all with 2003 Toyota matrix. The person I spoke with was Samantha then gave me some big name junk yards for the part. She was super polite. Thank you all.

Both Ronnie and Carlos were great on finding and getting me the part for my Subaru. I called from ABQ for the part, they did all they could do to make sure the part I needed was one I could use. Will buy needed parts from this group again! thanks!!!

I bought a 2007 lbz duramax engine from Samantha I received less than 7 days after purchased it was shipped to west virginia from texas. It was strapped to skid very well with all parts that were stated it would come with. I get the engine in truck and it runs great no issues found this is a great company if I'm In need of another used engine will 100% call to see if they have what I need

I have been going to this place for years and they never disappoint. Being a young teenage girl with a scion Tc that tends to give me problems, they always provide the service where they personally take out the parts for you. I have gone to many other places who make me take out the parts myself and I think that is an inconvenience for customers. Roni and Cesar are always so helpful and provide great customer service. Not only that, they always give you the best price!! They value their customers and always make sure your needs are met. I highly recommend this place. Great parts with fun smiles!

Ordered a transmission on a Thursday to be picked up on Saturday. They were quick to send me a credit card authorization and immediately charged my credit card and then never heard a word from them. I finally called them before I made the drive to pick it up only to be told "oh the case is cracked so we will have to issue you a refund". REALLY and you couldn't call me to tell me before I made arrangements to drive down there and rearranged my entire day. Piss poor customer service and communication but quick to take your money. No part and still waiting for the pretty large charge to be credited back to my card.

I had Bought a DD 15 engine for a Freightliner from them and when I Received the engine, 85% of the parts were broken after purchasing all of the parts and putting it together I started the motor and it immediately began to knock. sent that one back, 8 weeks later I received another one on its side and it had all of the parts that I put on the first engine on that one including oil filter housing full of metal. Possibly the same motor as the first. Sent that engine back and now the owner has been on a supposed vacation for 8 weeks. Every time I call they say the own is gone another week. I was guaranteed a warranty and because of this whole situation I had to close my shop. Seems that one of these reviews is the only way to get them to listen.

Thanks to Jose ( Joe ) we got very good customer service. Worked eith us till we got what we needed! He looked up the parts that were needed abd googled plus nade calls to BMW to get the right parts to our Mini Cooper. We appreciate this very much fir time and customer service. Very helpful and git the answers we needed as well.

Excellent doing business with this company and recommend speaking with Joe for all your auto parts needs especially if you want to save some money get a good part!I am the former owner of The Shop Speed & Performance located in the northeast of El Paso Texas which is now owned by a good friend of mine and is now called The Auto Clinic, I have done business in the past with most every salvage yard in that area and Joe from G & N auto salvage has always treated me fairly and honestly.Even though I am retired I build lots of cool cars for myself as my last project was a 2007 Supercharged Land Rover and as fate would have it the engine was shot! So I did what anyone would do started searching the Internet for a used or rebuilt engine hoping to save some money. Now a Land Rover engine could cost you over $5000 re manufactured so I called Joe from G & N auto salvage and asked him if he had an engine that would fit my 2007 Supercharged Land Rover and he said yes "Chief you're in luck" I do have one, so I asked the big question what's the price now keep in mind the cheapest one I could find was about $3500 on average. Joe said I will give you a good engine at a fair price and that fair price was $1500 shipped to my front door. Now I don't live in El Paso anymore I own a ranch in the Colorado Rocky Mountains so he had it crated and shipped to me for $1500 now that is an amazing deal!The facts are simple I don't own The Shop Speed & Performance anymore I am retired, so no Joe didn't give me business discount he gave me the average customer fair and honest price with nothing to gain but another loyal customer in the end for Joe at G & N!Thanks again Joe!Chief

I was there a few weeks ago and the customer service was great! Caesar, Carlos and Doc were very helpful. They have an extensive inventory and if they don't have the item you're looking for they're more than willing to help you find it. Again, great service guys!!! I'll definitely be back.

Horrible customer service. Carlos is rude . Sent me the wrong engine then . Said he had another to send me . Then said he dropped it and broke it . Won't take any responsibility for sending me the wrong engine. I feel like he lied about the second one . I've been strung along for 3 weeks and now telling me I still have to wait another week to get a refund. I'll never use this company again. And I suggest you look elsewhere as well.

Great at first when they want your money. After that dishonesty bad communication. It took them 3 days to tell me they didn't had the part I needed when they knew it was urgent if you want a refund they need to see if they have cash, very disappointed, saw a lot of good reviews, beware

I called almost all the salvage yards in El Paso and its surrounding area. Because I'm not an expert on car parts and prices, it was somewhat intimidating to call. As I expected almost all the places I called I was treated with impatient and rudeness, until I spoke with joe from G & N. He was helpful but most of all respectful and I could tell he grasped the importance of customer service skills. Thank you Joe, it was a pleasure working with you. May God bless all you guys do.

Mike did a fantastic job, helped on the phone at the front desk and even in the yard to get my part. He really went out of his way. Would recommend this place to anyone. Decent pricing as well.

I recently went in to look for a 2008 passenger front door for my car and this great man named Joe helped me out very well. First place to actually help me get the door for my car that I needed! Great service and attended pretty fast. Thank you joe for the great job and your help.

My experience at most junkyards has been horrible and people are rude.. but not at g&n, they helped my find that part I needed and mike even went further and got the matching color.. definitely gonna recommend this junkyard and be coming back!! Thanks for the great work mike g!

I recently bought a transfer case for my suburban. I installed it and the transfer case was bad. I thought that I was going to have a difficult time returning it or receiving a refund. Cesar was very helpful and made it easy for me. He exchanged it with no hassle. I was very satisfied with the service that Cesar and staff provided.

Here at Reid's all the way in Oxford, Al we bought an engine from G & N Auto salvage. Got here on time and ran like a cat walking on cotton. Couldn't be happier and plan to continue doing business with these guys. Mike is who I dealt with and I suggest you use him today. Great customer service. Thanks guys!!
