I wish I could give negative starts to this shop they charge me $700 to replace my spark plugs and wires they didn't keep a new seal on my engine so know I have a same oil leak that I never had before. Then unfortunately I had no choice but to go back to them to have my rear differential worked on took them 4 different orders to figure out my was different than most models. Was charge $2000 to only found out that they bent my back dust places up to the spot where there rubbing on my tires causing even more problems. Them being ASE certified machines is a joke.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

The gentleman there was helpful at first and seemed with good intentions. He even said he wouldn't charge me to look under my car also, but then called demanding me to pay him for the initial first look at the car Some people aren't a person of word, because I'm stranded in Texas with wife and 3 kids with no hope in sight. The Lord took care of it tho. P.s. go at own risk....

I have only had to go to taylors a few times which for me is a great comfort. they were very professional and courteous to me and my whole family goes to them when we needed service on our vehicles. I can't say enough on how i have thanked them on getting my personal car fixed. i feel comfortable with the work they have done. and safe on the road. they are the best..

Love this Auto Shop! The employees are all so friendly, and they do the work a lot faster than most places.We've used them for over 10 years, on multiple cars, and we've never had bad work done.

I will start by saying I am new to this area. I had never met anyone affiliated with this shop prior to walking in the door. So this is an unbiased review based solely on my experience and Taylor Automotive had no reason to treat me any differently than they would anyone walking in for the first time.With that being said, I absolutely believe this is a shop that is looking to earn your business and not just your money.I brought my wife s car in to have a squeal diagnosed that I have been chasing for weeks! They told me what they thought it was and also mentioned a couple of other preventative maintenance issues they felt the car needed. I had them complete the PM items (at half the price the dealer wanted) and also ended up ordering new tires at a lower price than I was quoted at a local TIRE SHOP. We went back to have tires installed and they also fixed the squeal while they had the wheels off. The shop is clean and Tommy is very professional and informative. Like I said, I genuinely left feeling like they wanted to earn my business and not my money. If you are in need of auto repair I would highly recommend you give Taylor Automotive a chance to earn your business too.

Not a low cost provider but they do good work and repairs are done as quickly as possible and they back/guarantee their work. The staff is friendly and courteous and customer focused. I have had several repairs made on my truck and I have not been disappointed with the service they have provided.

Daughters car was totaled by insurance, she asked me to stop by Taylor's to clean out the car. My daughter called ahead, when I arrived the gentleman at the desk was very friendly, he even gave me a trash bag then I requested one. I never had anything repaired at this location but a first impression goes a long way. A sign said that they no longer do state inspections.

Great service! I was broke down on the road and Taylor Automotive made room on their schedule and repaired my hummer h2 in one day. Professional, experienced technicians. Highly recommend this shop for your repair needs. JLT

I been dealing with these shop for more than 7 years and for the past 4 years I have had enough with them the 1st time they wrecked my truck and they took it to get an estimate on how much they will charge to get it fix they did pay me to get it fix!! The next time I brought my truck I parked right in from of the main entrance and when I came to pick up my truck and got home to connect to my trailer I noticed that the back tail light was broke and part of the bed to so I call them and they said that nobody had hit my truck there so I when and walk around trying To find a place where they had backed into something but no luck so I asked them to show me the video from where I drop my truck to show them that my truck didn t have any damage and they said that the cameras wasn t working that day!! So they didn t do anything to fix my truck!! And this past week I took my car and told Rob that my car had a noise problem on the front driver tire, that I was sure it was a Bearing so the guy on the front desk call me the next day to tell me that the front axel arm needed to be replaced and that it had a licking problem so I told them to fixed they charge me 1500 to fix that when I pick up my car and test drove it nothing hat changed the noise was there still so I went inside and told them that my car had the same problem and Tom the guy in the front desk told me that nobody told him that he supposed to check on the bearings on the front driver side!!! Thats why he never check on that!!! Just a nightmare with these shop!!! So please don t go here they just take ur money!! After a week I came to pick up my car and it was fixed and they told me they were not gonna charge me to fix the problem when they had over charge me 1500!!! Im done with them!!! So if y all want to get screwed come to Tyler s automotive!!! They are really good at that!!!

Taylor Automotive has all but replaced the engine and transmission over 15 years of keeping my 2000 Chevrolet running. You couldn't ask for a better honest professional shop. Never again. They couldn t even figure out I had a u-joint was going out. I told them that s what I thought. After going to another mechanic, sure enough, problem solved. They also charged me $900 for a door handle fix. I asked them to fix a retraction problem with the seat belt, they said they did but, heck no!!

I am new to Canton and don't know a lot about the area. My A/C died on me. Now, I needed a mechanic without knowing where to go. I chose a different business first. It didn't go well. Taylor made up for all the mistakes made by the other place: worked with my warranty company, an oil change, and drove me home and back when I couldn't find a ride. For as long as I live Canton, Taylor Automotive has a forever customer in me.

I live in Tyler but I drove all the way to canton to see if Taylor s auto could fix my fianc� s ac. We thought it was going to be a serious issue because two mechanics in Tyler suggested there was a leak, which can be costly. Taylor s automotive looked at it and did all diagnostic tests and determined it just needed a flush/recharge. Taylor s automotive has been my mother s mechanic for her mail Jeep for quite sometime. She gave them high praise when I asked about good mechanics. I will definitely take the time to drive out there when and if I need automotive help again. I was very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and integrity that Taylor s automotive demonstrates! 10 stars!

Will miss diagnose your vehicle. Told me a wheel hub was going out 7 months ago that was wrong. Still driving on it, If I wasn't a mechanic myself they would have got me for 500 dollars. ..I still continued to use them them anyways just got my truck back it's over filled with oil I get tired of dealing with them. Will no longer use them

My man works here and I can tell you they do a courtesy check for you, will tell you everything wrong with your car. They dont try to screw people over with adding unnecessary stuff. All the guys up there are hard working and trust worthy!

Terrible experience. He charged me 51.92$ just to take a look and tell me I had an 800$ problem! He never put it on a machine or anything. Will never go here again. I advise you to never send your wives or daughters here. He will say whatever to get money from them.

This place is a real rip off! They try to charge me 600$ Jut to replace a starter when I get done other place for under 100$. This guy charge me over 50$ when I know my starter is bad n they just tell me the same thing on paper! And they charge for that, plus their shop supply! Really? Suppose the mechanic have its own tool? It is a total rip off place. Don t go here.

My son took his 2007 Jeep Compass there because the battery kept going dead so we wanted to get the altinator checked. They called back saying there was nothing wrong with the altinator and that the belt was on wrong, and that since the a/c compressor wasn't working it needed to be replaced or the altinator wouldn't work. Cost estimate of $1300. I took back the car with no work being done and took it somewhere else. Belt not on wrong, altinator broken. Replaced with parts and labor $350. When I called back to Taylor and asked why they misdiagnosed everything they just hung up. I would give them a lower star than 1 but they don't have minus. If you want to get ripped off then go to Taylor Automotive, it's what they're best at.
