--- 2024/02/07 ---Richard and the team were out yesterday to install the replacement AC unit and other components to get us back up ahead of the warm weather. He's got this dialed-in! Minimal small talk, direct and detail oriented, efficient delegation of tasks to onsite team members.One thing I've found living tiny full-time for over 2 years... GOOD work isn't cheap and cheap works ISN'T good. R&K are good in my book and I appreciate how they operate. Highly recommend.--- 2024/01/25 ---Called on Tuesday b/c our AC likely died and I do not get on the roof. Spoke with Richard while he was out getting lunch. We got things setup via text.Richard and his assistant/son arrived shortly after providing a "we're on our way" text. GREAT COMMUNICATIONS!!!They confirmed our AC was dead and are working to get us a replacement. I'll update once this latest Arctic Fox upgrade has been completed, but it's pretty obvious that R&K is a professional run organization.I truly appreciate the communications and professionalism that I've experienced thus far. Relatively standard trip charge and hourly rates for the industry and work every penny so far.

A/C froze humidity started raining inside rv once thawed through air vents,R&K MOBILE RV REPAIR Richard and his son (sorry I forgot his name) were able to see me on Monday after reaching out Satuarday late.They found one bad unit, the newer one and the original 2013 was on its last leg.The ordered two matching type replacement units and they wer delivered and installed Wednesday before it rained, all at a very reasonable cost.. Thanks folks, cheers Ewan highly recomend

We had a problem with our slide. I would not retract. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and got us back on the road. We were very pleased with the service.

When we were nearby camping on Easter weekend, our AC froze up and couldn t be repaired. RK came out and promised a one day turnaround even though the forecast was heavy rain and thunderstorms in the area. As promised, they installed the new unit in pouring rain so we could continue our camping trip to other areas. Very professional and courteous. Did a fantastic job and also fixed the areas around all our vents to ensure we were air conditioning our camper and not the space between the ceiling and roof. Would highly recommend their service, too bad we don t live near enough to use them all the time.

Incredible service!!!! They responded so quickly and were amazing!! They came out for a water heater issue but were willing to fix several other problems while they were there. Right on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, got our new A/C ordered immediately. Didn t expect it so early the next day but it arrived, so rather than wait til the following morning to install, as we d previously agreed, they were able to come install & get it going before evening. Price was exactly as quoted, no bs. Had him check out a couple other things while here. Expert, friendly, & caring; I definitely recommend them.Service: Air conditioning

FIVE STAR SERVICE! Small, locally owned rv repair company, very knowledgeable tech that is so nice! We had Tyler out to help us reset our slide and ended up needing a new motor in it. They placed the order for parts and had them back within a couple of days. Best mobile service we have found yet, will definitely be using them again if needed!

5th wheel experienced a electrical event while we were out of town, so came back to an RV with most of the electrical items not working. After dealing with a disaster or a dealer and manufacturer (Terry Vaughn RV & KZ) we called R&K after filing an insurance claim. They were very good about keeping us updated and giving us a realistic timeline. Ultimately they fixed what they said they would and were very helpful in addressing the RV and the litany of issues it had. If you dont want to move or can't move your RV, these folks are a fantastic option in the B/CS area!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

We are at the Round Top show for three weeks and our rv air went out. They came out the day after I called and had it up and running quickly. Holy cow, I m SUPER impressed with these gents. They were recommended to me by my friend who only had good things to say about them and I recommended them to my friend who also only had good to say about them. This is the second time I ve used their services and both times they have been FAST, on time, done a good and thorough job, AND come in under budget. I mean, what more can you ask for in a company you do business with? Oh! And I almost forgot that they were very kind to my super needy geriatric dog. They are the ONLY RV repair service I will turn to. Can t say enough about them.

I've called upon them twice..first for my a /c then for my furnace...in both issues they were quick to respond and worked diligently to repair the issue..i was very impressed with their pricing..and their kindness and quality work. I'm a retired woman living on her own. I'm budget is limited..i found them to be honest and forthcoming..i will forever be a customer .they are a company you can trust..Service: Air conditioning

Fantastic, friendly people. Dropped what they were doing to come and rescue me on the lake today when my boat had a mechanical and left me adrift. They didn't know me. Somebody who knew somebody in the Sheriff's office called to see if they could help and they did. Again, these are the kind of people who will come and help a stranger. I will definitely send them my rv business.

Most people don't know it but R&K Mobile RV Repair is also an Authorized Minn Kota Repair shop. Kristy and the guys are GREAT. Had warranty work done on my new Terrova and they did a GREAT Job, Kristy made the warranty process seamless. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY JOB. They do great work and are more than reasonable on their prices! I live 3 1/2 hours away from their shop and I'll keep taking my camper to them for any repairs! Great people and I highly recommend them for any repairs!!
