Had a bad battery at 8:30 pm. Jeremy tested the battery and was very willing to help even though it was almost closing time. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Awesome store and staff, I highly recommend.

Jeremy was extremely helpful and offered great suggestions on the repair. It was late in the evening close to closing time and he was still willing to help us with our issues. I highly recommend this store primarily due to people like Jeremy.

If I could give 10 stars I would. On a Sunday, when no other auto parts store was open, and in 25 degree cold, Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty by arranging a mobile mechanic to change a water pump in the parking lot on my F150, a part he located in another town s store. It was like living in the 1950s with Good Samaritan as the guiding rule the whole store working to get my truck back on the road. I will never shop at another auto parts store other than O Reilly s.

The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable of the store layout and of my needs for what I was in there for. He even told me about rental tools instead of out right having to buy them and only using it once.

Jeremy was SUPER helpful when my 4 children and I broke down at O'Reilly for 5 hours on a windy cold day!!! Amazing service! I'm so glad Caldwell has him!

I saw the wrecker from Somerville there. He must keep up with the maintenance on his trucks. Looks like he's always ready to go. Look him up at My Wrecker Service from Somerville.

Jeremy was helping a customer in the parking lot when I pulled up. I waited for his help with my PCV hose. He helped me with great care and a positive spirit. He was interested in my issue, he was respectful and courteous. Thank you, Jeremy.He is an asset to this store.

Russ is amazing he needs to be manager he wil go above and beyond to help you I mean he won't stop until your taken care of seriously Russ is definitely the best employee that's ever worked here

Generally, I have good experiences at this O'Reilly's.... I got what I needed in a timely manner. Just wish the staff would be more enthusiastic and friendly or at least pretend to enjoy working there. Lacking customer service skills

While heading to Mckinney from Somerville to see my ill 85yr old Mum who ended up in hospital, the intercooler tube attached to my 2015 f450's turbo exploded and blew off. This was on a Saturday late afternoon while towing our rv to stay in while there visiting Mum.. All other places checked said it was a dealer part and they would not be open until Monday and would need to order it.We were able to limp into the parking lot at O'Reilly's and were eagerly greeted and asked to show what the problem was.Not only did they have the part, but were helpful in assisting me in installing it. I had no tools with me but they happily loaned me theirs. My thanks go out to them all, Tamiee, Russell, and Jeremy are some of their names but all the staff went out of their way to help get us on our way.They get my vote. Cheers Ewan and Lisa

I was nervous about going in because I wasn t sure exactly what I was needing or the prices of the items but JOE helped me with finding the right fit for my car and went through all the prices with me. He took his time to make sure everything was correct and I will totally be looking for him on my next visit.

Been there a few time and have dealt with a person named DJ. Awesome person, very honest, and down to earth. Awesome place to go if you need something. 5-25-23 Was there today and nothing has changed. Still a good place to go and good service.

They have a sticker on the front window that says free installation when you buy windshield wipers. When I bought a pair their were two ladies working and no one else in the store. I asked them about the free installation and was told they were to busy and couldn't do it. I'm disabled so I asked my neighbor to help me out.. I won't be back their again...

Mike was amazing, came in with a busted serpentine belt. He help diagnose it and get me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Left with a cup a sweet tea and a working truck. Thanks Mike!

Usually my go-to place for mechanical parts. This time they did not have parts in stocks. Nice clean location and helpful people. Will be back in the future to find things I might need!

Went in on a Thursday afternoon, not busy, three employees, we were the only customers, one employee was talking to a friend who was not an employee. Not one employee even acted like we existed for the 8 minutes we stood at the counter not more than 4 from them. Even answered a phone call and never even gave us eye contact. We left and went to Napa. I m usually a loyal O riley s customer but customer service is generally what sets you apart. Caldwell store will never get a dollar from me. Napa was very friendly and even gave me a discount for my troubles, said their staff had been the best business booster for them, so it s a common complaint.

They give the wrong parts.there carberator kits are rotting.they can never find proof of the sale.crooks.and they sold us windshield wipers that won't clean the windshield.like there warped or something.thats y I started going to napa

I liked the guy at the front desk. He actually knew what he was talking about. Got my brakes and rotors without messing it up like every other auto parts store.

Because they had what I needed and they were open til 9 pm on Saturday and 7 pm on Sunday while the other auto parts places in town were either closed or closed early. Thank you O'Reilly for opening a store in our little town so we weren't stuck with the choices we had for years prior to your arrival.

Can't beat these guys/gal on great customer service. Their prices are very fair on the items I have bought. I needed an odd ball part that they looked for, took 2 days to get here. Not sure where they found it at, but am happy they could.

This is the worst auto parts I have ever been in. Didnt have what I need or even offer to order. They were more interested in flirting with the woman at the counter and talk abt family and children. I suggest you go to NAPA

I will never step foot back into this store. Larry is the most unprofessional person I ve met in my life and will say anything to up-sell a product.
