These guys take care of me every time I frequent the city of Caldwell. It is my go to for tire service in town. They handle my 1 ton and 40ft gooseneck regularly. Good down to earth guys that work hard consistently.

Arrived 0700 scheduled time slot, warmly greeted. By 0735 I was back in my F450 with 6 new professionally installed recommend upgrade tires and re-mounted wheels on my truck.The crew were very respectful of my vehicle and treated it as their own. This is just a reference but compared pricing to other installers I saved over $1200. Thanks and highly recommended . Cheers P.s ride smoothness improved over 100%

Been here a few times, prices are fair, they got the work done quickly and workmanship is better than other places I've been. They don't upsale or pressure you to buy things you don't need. Good, honest no frills tire shop!

Quick, affordable and professional service. I had a flat tire on my way out of town and this was the closest tire shop. They were able to patch the tire and we were back on the road in minutes. Thank you!

I had to get a flat taken care of yesterday on the way home from work, and stopped in here based on a recommendation by someone else in town. Even though it was past regular business hours, Andrea made sure to have someone help me with my problem, and was kind enough to keep me entertained while I waited. I love it when I run into friendly folks with great customer service, you can count me in as a future customer for my other needs as well, thanks for helping me out in a pinch!

This was the best customer service I have ever gotten! The power was down and even so they still found a way to help us. I had cut my finger and they let me wash my hands and the owner not only gave me a bandaid but also put it on for me to make sure it was on right. Just amazing fellas! Thank you so much!

One of our RV tires blew out. Once we got there they replaced all four within an hour. They fixed some sheet metal which separated which you just won t find at a Discount Tire or Walmart. Great and quick service at a reasonable price.

Very fast Service, fair price to get 2 tires repaired. Also check on price for set of new tires (6) as all have to be replaced at once. Was very surprised at the out the door price which best discount tire by several $100.00. Now to start saving up for them. You can't beat home town Service.

Convenient place to get a tire fixed. Better that waiting in line at Walmart or Discount Tire. A bit pricey for a flat repair but what is your time worth? 15 minutes in and out. Guys know what they're doing. No complaints.

I had a blowout just south of Caldwell, Texas. An area known to have more cows than people.The service technicians sprung into action before I even opened the door. By the time I had spoken to the gentleman running the shop, he already knew what I needed. Unfortunately for me, I needed an odd size with the nearest option from College Station.Just so I make it clear, I only found one in the greater B/CS area. So this review should not reflect negatively upon Mitchell's, as they had already called around the entire town and informed me of where to get the tire.With the help of a friend, I had it dropped off.Just minutes within receiving the new tire, Mitchell's staff had it balanced and installed. They have great staff of hard workers. Buddy had me on the road almost as quickly as I've seen a tire swap, outside of Nascar.One awesome fact about this business is their location. They are right next door to a great Mexican Restaurant, Masfajitas.Easiest time that I have ever had with a blowout, particularly considering the details. Thanks yall!

I was going through Caldwell heading to Houston for a meeting and got a "low tire" sensor. I pulled into Mitchell's Tire Service. Mr. Mitchell said "pull up here in front and we'll get you taken care of right away". I was in and out in in less than 25 minutes and had a great conversation with Mr. Mitchell while I waited. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

10th of Nov on our way to Houston, we end up having a flat tire in Hwy TX 36 going south. The young man not only hook up my replacement tire but also switch the rim because my lugs does not fit on the spare rim tire all in 30 mins plus jump start my truck.You don't see fast and proficiency now a days. I highly recommend this folks if by any chance something happen to your vehicle in that area. Good job guys God Bless.

My daughter had a blow out just past 908.It was 15 to 5 on friday and they didnt hesitate to bring her a new tire and fix it on the spot.It was worth what we had to pay.She was off the and in good hands...thanks a million.
