I cannot recommend Lake Country Collision high enough - wish I could give them more than 5 stars! From the start they went above and beyond what was required or expected. My car ended up looking absolutely fabulous and I could not be happier with the overall experience. Friendly, professional people who are great to work with and will treat you right.

These guys had my truck for a whole year. Called them the week after Christmas 2022 took it in by the 30th. End of Jan they said they were looking into parts. Asked to look into a broken window regulator while they're at it. By March '23 they told me all parts are in. April, May still didn't start. June they told me they started so I got a rental car insurance only covered a month but end of July turns out they hadn't even started. I was charged $900 to have the rental an extra month, Lake Country said they wouldn't pay for any of it. Kept telling me they're waiting on a lift but I never saw it on said lift. August the owner Bill said he was going to handle it so it gets done. I asked for a quote on paint job. Sept., Oct. Still haven't started and can't give a quote on paint. Ok can't have any delays so just do the basic job. By Nov. they Finally start first week of December Bill calls said it's ready to go but the brakes don't work is there a shop I want to look at that. I tell them it was driven in there just fine no brake issues he tells me they won't pay to fix them. I had to push a little saying it's been just shy of a year and explained there was no problem with brakes before they reluctantly said they'd fix them. A week before Christmas 23 they say it's ready brakes were not done properly they stick still but I don't have time or money to take it in. There's a gas leak, busted trim on the opposite side of truck was messed up somehow and the window was not fixed. This place lied to me for months saying they had started when they hadn't, cost me over 1500 bucks for a insurance covered job, showed no remorse for how long it took said "In a year you'll forget all about us". Then still only did the most basic they could do.Not worth going here try anywhere else.

We went here because everywhere else gave us super long estimates on time. We had to get the hood replaced and some things fixed on the front due to a crazy freak accident. Anyway, they said it would take about 2 weeks to order the parts and repair everything. All in all, it took a month. When we went to pick it up, we were supposed to only pay the deductible with our insurance ($250). My husband comes out and tells me that per Lake Country Collision, our insurance didn t cover 2 parts and they forgot to call us and tell us and we ended up having to pay (in total) about $430. They had our Jeep for a month and had plenty of time to call us and inform us of this. The Jeep is fixed, but their customer service/keeping customers informed of things is severely lacking. Anytime we needed an update, we would call them instead of them calling us. We spoke to them plenty of times (when we initiated it), so it doesn t make sense as to how they could just forget to mention something like that. Overall, 3/5 stars. Would ve left more if time estimate was more accurate and if they were more transparent/better at communicating things with us. The actual work on the Jeep was good and everything with the car is great.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My partners 4Runner has been there for over a month now Every time we ve called for an update they ve said it would only be a few more days . We dropped it off originally and were told it would be done by the end of the week or the next at the latest. Paid 6K in cash and still doesn t seem like there s any progress. It took them weeks to be able to touch the vehicle. Which is at least what they told me when i called them. Car still isn t fixed. My partner finally gave up, and came back (he was staying w family during the repairs) and he will have to make the 3 hr drive back there IF/WHEN it s done.Service: Body & Trim

This place is above exceptional and would highly recommend anyone looking for great prices, amazing work and professional service by Mr. Weigan and his staff. It s the best small town service that serves like a big city business and I would not trust any other Auto Repair shop anywhere around. Yes it s a little drive to Burnet; but if you drop your car off there for repair, you can bet that your going to get 5 Star Service on your vehicle and they will make sure you understand all the details before they start.And do yourself a favor and head over to Major s or elsewhere to grab a bite with a great environment and the best folks you ll get an opportunity to talk with.Thank you to all those that worked on my truck and made it look brand new again. I am VERY happy with the results on the work Lake Country did on my truck. They treat customers with respect, explain what's going on, and they do exceptional dent repairs. I recently hit a deer and did some damage to my 2012 Toyota Tundra pick up. The guys at Lake Country Collision went above and beyond to fix the damage in this blazing summer heat. I can highly recommend them for your collision and body work needs. So I took my Fiat 500 here to get a new wheel bearing. I waited about a week a 2 days & everytime I called, like 3 to 4 times, they were professional, patient & kind to me, answering my questions & giving me updates on my car. I waited a week solely because of the parts that were taking forever to arrive, of which is no fault of their own. Once the parts got there, they immediately serviced my car & gave me a call & told me it was ready.I highly recommend them for any body work they do. They do great work & are very nice too. If you guys are reading this, thank you, seriously. You guys are amazing.

This company took me for all of our stimulus money ($2400) but did not fix the problem. My car was still pulling to one side when braking. Arrived fir appointment to learn the person making the appointment did not get BIN to order parts. Parts git ordered, be here late afternoon or morning. Got a call about 4pm that it was ready. Thanks fir extra effort.Business is in the back, behind JBAR. Not easy to find and parking was tight.

Hyundai Sonata sun roof NEVER worked right. Every time I opened it something came loose and it had to go into dealer for repair. There was a recall on it, we took it in 3 times for repair. The 4th time they said they would fix it for the last time, and the recall had ended. Loaned out my car to a friend who tried out the sunroof. Sun roof failed again and I didn t want to pay dealer prices to just to get it closed and secured, I didn t care if it worked or not. Lake Country Collision was referred by another auto shop, and I took the car there right away. Steve called the next morning, car was ready. A repair to functionality would have been over $4K, he checked on new and used parts. Instead he did what I had asked, got the rooftop glass back on, closed up, PLUS he disabled the buttons that opened the sunroof so no one else could try to open it and mess it up again. For a very affordable price. Lake Country Collision will be our body shop from now on, just hope we don t have to use them!

Lake Country Collision could not have been ant better Bud, Stephen took the load off my shoulders, the minute I walked in to discuss repair to my front end, after small fender bender .Even made arrangements for Rental ..finished timely .my insurance co was happy .Services: Electrical, Body & TrimServices: Electrical, Body & Trim

Steven and the guys always take care of me ! They have done body and paint work on 2 of my truck and are about to start on another . Service is great, but what I do not appreciate is being "wolf-whistled" at from across the parking lot. I spoke with Mike about the issue and though it felt as if I were brushed off, he said that he would take care of it. Learn how to treat people with respect, and assure that your staff does, too.

This company did a terrible job on repairs. There was over spray on everything even inside the truck. They left a scratch o. The drivers side door that wasn't even attempted to fix. Took the truck back because they put some time of "rock chip proof stuff" that was too thick. Didn't match the passenger door at all. When I took it back and complained, the owner acted like he was concerned about the terrible work done. The owner said he would make it right. Didn't happen all they did was clean the truck and they did a sorry job at that! Never again will my vehicles go there. This company doesn't care anything about their work or their customers. How can you run a company that disregards their customers and lies to them?

In a normal alignment adjustment, they discovered and documented that my animal encounter had led to far more serious problems. They were able to document the damage and work directly with my insurance to get it repaired. The repaired car works far better now than it had.
