I was able to get a same day appointment and the service was fast and the staff was really nice. It felt like everyone who walked through the door was an old friend. The only negative was, the waiting room was dusty and neglected.

I've used these folks for years, especially when I lived in Burnet. Cyndi, Terry and the crew have never disappointed. Now, living an hour away for many years, I have used auto shops much closer to me - mostly with disappointment. After an especially disappointing (and very expensive) service at a local shop I decided to make the drive to Burnet. My car made it just over halfway before I had to call them for a tow (even that service was exceptional). These people have earned my trust and my business even if it means a long drive (and a tow). 5 star service every time!

On a trip down from WI and developed a weird noise in the front end. They were able to squeeze us in, fix the issue, and get us back on the road.If you are looking for sugar and spice and free lattes like some of the previous reviewers, this is not your place. They are too busy getting cars in and out of the shop. Come here for professional work.

4 months and a thousand bucks later for an ac job and it doesnt blow cold air, took back in and they just shrug and say it worked when it left here. Strange cause not even 24 hrs later it doesnt work? And they are some of the rudest people to ask for your money like come on.

Fast and promp service getting state inspection. New update. 3/10/23 Just had my truck towed with transmission and linkage problem as well as door handle being broke. Excellent service! Fair price on labor and service. Couldn't be happier. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere elsr

These guys are the bomb! They don't try to stiff you by telling you that you need this or that for your vehicle. They tell you what the problem is and give you options on how to fix it. I adore Ms. T's no- nonsense attitude. She doesn't talk down to you, and that reassures me that she's not playing games. My baby is my livelihood, so I want to take her to the best possible place to get her taken care of. This is it.

I have to give Hill Country Tire and Auto an excellent writing because I can walk in and they immediately recall what I'm in there for they work quickly and have me on my way I've used them for last two decades keep up the good work you'll country

Great service and atmosphere! I came to get my inspection done and it took less than 15 minutes. Owner Cindy is great, very efficient and pleasant.

Tried to ask for help with replacing rims on an old military, split rim trailer and their response was, "Sir, we cannot help you". Did not even want to help me with trying to replace rims. I know where my business will never be at now.

Was scheduled for work and at 8 a.m. get there and then and told have to come back on the following Monday week..this for a brake job that took the oil change place at Buckhannon Dam about 30 minutes to repair for me towards $90 not an early $300 that they wanted here.

They are friendly and very helpful. They will fix your car or your tires in a timely manure so not to keep to long.
