I have had rock chip damage repaired here multiple times. They are always fast and efficient, and honest. Cheaper than paying an insurance deductible, and having your windshield replaced. But, if I had to have one replaced, I would go to them.

Had the windshield replaced on my Highlander today. Everything was easy, and efficient from filing the insurance claim , to getting the work done in an efficient and professional manner.Super friendly bunch of folks to do business with and even enjoyed the free coffee. Awesome place.

PROMPT SERVICE AT THE PERSRIBED TIME. I called in on a Wednesday afternoon and was given an appointment at the shop the next morning. The cost was what was quoted and the complete install took under an hour. The team was friendly and I would recommend this locally owned business. Such a great asset for Burnet and surrounding counties.

They have done great work on my vehicles with full windshield replacement and fixing chips. They are courteous and provide great details and explanations regarding the services they offer.They also work very smoothly with insurance companies which makes things very simple for their customers.

These folks are top notch! Every time I call them needing glass for a machine, they are quick to get me back up and going. They offered cheaper solutions for a temporary repair that wouldn t break so easy as well. The installers are very professional and courteous. The office staff is always friendly and helpful with scheduling issues. If you need auto glass or equipment glass, these are the people to call in the hill country!

These guys were able to fix my quarter windows in my chevelle. This is the first time in 8 years that i get to roll my back windows down. It took them 3 hours to do what I couldn't do in 8 yrs. Amazing people, Chance is the man.

If you follow my reviews you know that replacing my glass on our 5th wheel was a disappointing 6 week failure by Evins Glass at Corpus Christi Our next attempt with the same repair was with Kevin at Hill Country Glass out of Burnet.Kevin came right out, took measurements and two weeks later his employees Jon and Wesley installed the new glass and even removed the temporary plastic wrap. The work appears solid and I am happy. COMMUNICATION was terrific.

Exceptional on all levels!Tina was very professional and handled the entire process perfectly. She gave me all the options, including telling me not having the work done would be safe as well. She was able to quickly find a time in my crazy busy schedule to get the work performed. They keep both options for our windshield in stock, so the work was done on less than 3 working hours after I first contacted them. She called the insurance company and together we filed the report in minutes while the glass work was being done. I thought I had a $500 deductible for any claim. She informed me I had a rider that required only a $100 deductible for glass. The work was done impeccably and on time, while I read in their comfortable lobby. They transferred all the needed windshield stickers and even the oil change one. When I got into the truck, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had cleaned and vacuumed the interior. Wow! On top of great work, they definitely go the extra mile. Thanks y'all!

Hill Country Auto Glass saved us about $150 over another local auto glass retailer when the driver's side window regulator broke. They were fast, courteous, friendly, and inexpensive by comparison. I highly recommend them.

WOW! It's nice to see people still care about their jobs and how they treat others. From when I called to when I checked out, I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer. Everyone from the phones to the folks replacing the glass were beyond nice and professional. I set an appointment and arrived 5 minutes before, they were able to start working on my vehicle right at 1 and I was in and out in a lot less time than I had planned for. I would recommend Hill Country Auto Glass to anyone around the central Texas area that needs auto glass work done.Reasonably priced and way better service than any other auto glass place. Thanks again for all y'alls help in getting me taken care of a lot sooner than I had thought.Service: Auto side window replacement

Had road debris take a 3" chunk out of my windshield. HCAG had me in in less than a week, and once there, they had my new windshield installed, safety features calibrated, rearview mirror was on as I left it, they even put my decorations back in place, in less than an hour! Staff is friendly, well informed and I even got a quote for a friend before I left. Thank you!

This company is amazing, they are quick to respond, affordable and personable. They travel to replace your glass. Let them know what you have going on and they will work with you to make the process as smooth as possible.

Had to have a chip repaired and this is the glass place that works with my warranty. They were terrific! Had a little hiccup with my key fob but they made it right!When I left something flew off the top of my vehicle and down the highway and I realized they hadn t given me my fob back. When I called them to ask where they had put my fob they had in fact left it on top of the car. I asked them if they go find it or replace it and believe it or not this was a first for them so they needed a minute to call me back. Chance called me back and they had found the fob but the housing was cracked, turns out everything worked and they replaced the housing and all is well!Appreciate them making this right. They felt so bad and so did the guy that missed a step in returning my car to to a parking spot and giving me my fob. Lesson learned for all! Communication was impeccable and the service as well! Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future!Service: Auto windshield repair

Had a very annoying chip in my windshield repaired. I was in and out in 20 minutes and the results were spectacular! The windshield looks great! The office staff were courteous, friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with the price of the repair. I would highly recommend them! Great job, folks!

I went to them with a rear view mirror that fell off. They have Excellent customer service that made me a loyal customers for life that will refer their business to friends, family, and colleagues. Who ever owns this business understands that excellent customer service starts with a genuine desire to delight customers.

My experience with these people was great, they fixed my window problem in the time they said it would take, the ladies at the desk were very friendly and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. From the start, the women on phone was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time dealing with a damaged windshield and she helped me understand the whole process. I called on a Friday so it was understandable that Monday was the earliest appointment. They came to me (windshield was too damaged to drive) and Randall was very friendly, and quick.Made this stressful situation a lot less stressful.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I've had to use them to replace a windshield and repair the windshield for my other vehicle for the same visit and they did a great job. Then, a few months later I had to get my brand new windshield repaired before the Feb freeze and they made sure they got my windshield repaired before the freeze to avoid the chip spidering out and making a repair turn into another replacement. I also appreciate that they will come to me and I don't have to make a trip to Burnet when I live in Llano. I've been very happy everytime they have done work for me and I will absolutely use them again if I need to.

My family and I waited all day for you people to come out and nobody showed up! We had a window from 9-4pm yall made me waist the entire day waiting for you not to show up. Do us all a favor do not schedule if you cannot commit I could have went with someone else and my window would have been fixed. Driving through Mason on cross country road trip and turkey smashed our windshield. Called Hill Country Auto Glass and Tina was very helpful coordinating repairs with our insurance company. Had windshield ordered and delivered first thing next morning and Ed drove over an hour to come repair it for us. Ed was very professional and did an excellent job installing the windshield. Would highly recommend their services.
