Just came to get my motorhome inspected and an elderly gentleman was here having his vehicle inspected. They noticed that his car was overheating and repaired it right here for him for just the $7 inspection fee. It touched my heart so much I absolutely highly recommend these guys. Please give good guys like this your business!

I used to like to go to this place because they have always been courteous and reasonable on pricing for anything. I had my wife take my truck in for an oil change since I work nights and they tried charging her for work not done to the vehicle. I get that she's a woman, but she's not stupid, so she asked questions and they did end up taking the charges off. It's a disappointment to the community when you have dishonest businesses that try and take advantage of people, especially women.

I would leave 0 stars if it was an option. The "inspection" list is arbitrary and depends on the employees' mood for the day and what they want to try to sell you at the time. All of the employees are unprofessional; to have the quasi problems with your car be explained with every other descriptor a cuss word is highly disappointing. I would NEVER take my vehicle here for any type of service, and now I will not be taking vehicles here for state inspections either.

Just went to get the air checked in my tires but they still have quick service and we're super friendly as well..Not much else to say about it, but I will say if you want friendly service this seems to be a spot to take your vehicle!

I get my car inspected here every year because they are very good and they do the job quickly and I don't have to wait forever. The price is good and the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable about everything. They are also at a great location. They have an office to wait with coffee and water if you need it. I would recommend Express Lube to everyone because I think they are the best.

Employees are rude & unprofessional, they barely said a few words to me. They don t honor coupons posted on their site & when I went to get in my car they had adjusted the seat (I understand they may have needed to, but should have slid it back) causing me to bang my knee when getting in. There was also black smudges on the light upholstery of my drivers seat that I had to go buy cleaner to clean off. Service: Oil change

Exactly how you want your oil change to go. Quick service from attentive and friendly staff, with simple pricing, no appointment needed.

The employees are friendly and the service is quick. The prices are not particularly competitive but I was willing to pay extra for convenience. However, after using this location for multiple vehicles over the course of 2 1/2 years, I recently had a concerning experience. After returning home, I noticed an oil leak on a vehicle with no history of issues. I found that the oil was over full and the filter was leaking because it was not even hand tight. After giving the filter at least two full turns to tighten, the leak has been eliminated. I contacted the manager who offered a small discount on my next visit. I am not seeking reimbursement or a discount, but I hope that you take this in mind when considering this business as the consequences could be severe.Service: Oil change

Extremely overpriced. A 10 min oil change cost me $132! Plenty of other options in town that are much more reasonable

What I like most is EVERY single employee seems to live their job and each and every one is helpful. I will make this my go to place for the jobs they can do. Update: I've been carrying 10 Quarts of oil and an oil filter so I decided to have them use the oil and oil filter on my next change. Little did I know they were going to charge me $65.00 for 12 minutes of their time. They LOST a customer for life! Seriously?

Burnet Lube Express hires the most unprofessional employees. I went to this location to get a state inspection. After the inspection I left and went to put my insurance card away to realize it wasn t here. I went back to location, wasn t gone 10 minutes and they threw my card and 4 other people s cards in the dumpster. What the heck?? The two employees blamed it on each other not taking responsibility for their unprofessional actions. This place needs to close down or hire people with a better attitude and customer service skills. Educate and train your people properly..

Make sure to watch them as they showed me a dirty air filter from another vehicle. Expect them to charge you $55 to change your filter and do just about any basic work.

I've been bringing in all 5 of my vehicles for oil changes and inpections for over 10 years. They failed the inspection on my truck saying the horn was too loud. I replaced the horn 3 years ago and it has passed for the last 2 years. If the last few inspections have been done improperly, I won't be letting them do any other services on my vehicles.

I am not a negative reviewer and I am not a difficult customer. I am writing here because I have no other recourse. I took my truck in for routine maintenance. They checked the differential fluid but forgot to replace the fill plug. A couple days later my entire back end seized up. I didn't know what was going on so I had it towed to the dealership (after sitting on the side of the road for an hour) since it is a new truck and still under warranty. The dealership told me about the missing fill plug. I called Keith at Express Lube who told me he would go to the dealership to look at the damage. The next time I spoke to him he said he initiated a claim on my behalf with their insurance company. That was more than two weeks ago. Since that time I have not received a phone call, text, or email from either Express Lube or their insurance company. It is unbelievable to me that as a customer with nearly $4000 in damages caused (by their own admission) by Burnet Express Lube I don't even get so much as a phone call from the owner. The insurance company is even worse....it's Uttica insurance. Absolutely horrible customer service. I work on a ranch and I need my truck. For more than two weeks I have been borrowing a friend's car. Neither Express Lube nor the insurance company has offered to even pay for a rental. Keith has been helpful and apologetic but he's just the manager, he's not the owner. The owner...whoever he/she is....is an absolute disaster of a business owner. I don't know what legal action I can take, but that is my next step. The staff there is helpful and professional, but the owner and their insurance company are tragically bad business people. For that reason I am done with this place and I hope whoever decides to go there after reading this has better luck than I have had. Complete nightmare. We are now heading into the weekend and insurance companies don't work on weekends. The dealership told me the damage is so bad that repairs will take at least two days, which means IF the insurance adjuster miraculously does his/her job on Monday I might have my truck back after three weeks without it and not even so much as an email from the owner of Express Lube. Just unbelievable. The review above was written three weeks into this ordeal, which started on Jan 22. It is now March 1. I still don't have my truck back .

This business has a reputation for dishonest business practices, as stated by many local repair shops. I was told by one repair shop that they had heard of a customer - having a state inspection done there - who saw on of the service attendants purposely damage one of his wiper blades and then tell the customer the blades would need to be replaced to pass inspection. In spite of this, and because my regular shop ceased doing state safety inspections, I went in this morning for an inspection. I was careful to watch the process. After the test drive had been completed, I saw an attendant raise the hood and check my oil level. I asked him why he was doing this, that it was not part of a state inspection, and he said his boss told him to. I asked him to stop but immediately someone from the office appeared and asked me to "be nice"??! Then another attendant appeared with my engine air filter in tow! An argument ensued and I asked that my car be put back together and left; still needing an inspection. In my view the instruction from the "boss" to check fluids, filters - an who knows what else they may have done if I had not stopped them - were attempts to induce customer to pay for additional services/parts. I strongly DO NOT recommend this business for state safety inspections.

The first couple of times when I went to get an oil change, they don't tell you that they are overpricing you because they don't tell you that they are gonna give you a FULL SERVICE oil change, even though you don't ask for it or even want it. 80.00 down the hole, but when you go there and TELL them you don't want a FULL SERVICE oil change, they still charge you some ECONOMY OIL CHANGE that still cost you 80.00 they just treat you like dirt and jack up the prices because now you've realized that they were raking you over the coals the whole time. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE EVER!!Service: Oil change

To renew my vehicle registration, I chose Express Lube to get the inspection that is required to confirm vehicle safety and insurance coverages. The technicians that performed the inspection was very efficient and professional. The wait time was minimal and the entire process from my arrival to departure went very smoothly. I highly recommend this location - for state required inspections, and for other routine vehicle services.Services: Electrical, Oil change

Very dishonest practices at this location. The service rep asked me if I wanted good better or best oil well naturally I said the best. Up front I told them that the vehicle does not belong to me it's a fleet vehicle. I called fleet in advance gave them my location they approved the service. When the oil change was completed the rep came back and told me that they were not going to pay for the services. I asked them why he said that they were not approved by fleet. I asked the service rep how much the oil change was and he said $100. I said why so much he said what you wanted the best so you got the best oil I said well what exactly is the best oil he said it was synthetic. I replied I did not ask for synthetic he said yes you did, I said no, you said best. I said I wanted best does not spell synthetic. . Total diseption. I do not trust that they are even putting the correct oil in.

I wrote a review about this place earlier, and the manager called me to see if we could sort it out, so I took my review down with the hopes we could rectify the issues. After speaking with him on the phone, I am even more upset. I heard they had a bad reputation from my co-worker, so I called to see how the treatment was over the phone and the person I spoke with said an oil change for my car would be about $45 give or take. The person seemed nice, so I thought I would give them a shot. When I arrived, they started taking my car apart right away and the intake person (who happened to be the manager) told me the oil change would be $72. I wasn't given any other option at that time and since they were already working on the car, I agreed to it, even though that isn't what I was told on the phone. He offered me a $10 coupon and I accepted it since this was already way more than I wanted to spend. When I went to pick my car up, a different guy dragged into the office and I informed him I was there to pick up my car. He stood there and watched TV for a few minutes while I stood on the other side of the counter and waited. He finally pulled up my ticket, told me it was $72 and I had to remind him there was a coupon on file. After I paid, he threw my keys at me. He never said hello, or thank you for your business or anything. When I got in my car, they didn't even vacuum it, which is supposed to be part of the oil change package. The receipt said it was due to COVID, but that should have been communicated to me beforehand. After speaking with the manager, I found out it was him who I had spoken to when I called ahead and told me it would be $45-ish. My main complaint is that he gave me one price over the phone, and once I got there, he rushed me into a higher price. Also, when we were "speaking" about my complaints, he wouldn't let me get a word in. I should have listened to my coworker and gone somewhere else. I stand by my review and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Always a fantastic experience! Super fast and the manager is a class act. Love coming here from them knowing my name, to getting me back to my day as quickly as possible. I drive here just for my oil changes now because it's so worth it.

As previously stated. Unprofessional rude employees. The owner of this business needs to re-evaluate his hiring process since a negative attitude in a competitive market is driving customers to a friendlier and more competent oil change service center.
