These guys were great for being short staffed and inundated with a number of cars at once. Got me in for an oil change and new tires in no time. They were quick to let me know they couldn't do the oil change due to no oil filter, but got my tires taken care of in no time. Waiting area was as expected for a Walmart with viewing access of the crew working, limited seating and of course open to shopping in Walmart.

Cleburne lied and said they did my tire pressure sensor and didn't but charged me in une 2023.Came to burleson and Allie, Stephen, Juan took care of me. Even tho it was cleburnes fault. They ignore my calls in cleburne or when they hear its me they hang up

My wife and I went for an oil change and spent 2 hours waiting. I think the wait would have been a lot longer had it not been for my complaint an hour in. Her response was that it takes at least 30 minutes for an oil change. Okay. 30 minutes and I've been here an hour. My car should be ready. Right? No. Since she wasn't smart enough to catch the discrepancy, the new excuse was that she only had one guy doing oil changes. Okay. I'm not a mechanic, but I know I can pull 2 vehicles in the bay, drop the plug on both, complete the oil change on the first, and complete the second oil change in about 30 minutes.The problem is that these kids do not want to work. Every responsible adult in our country knows it. The supervisor is one of the most horrendous and incompetent people in that capacity I've had to deal with in quite some time. She's the one I truly blame, and the shift manager for not being on top of it.

The wait was incredibly long but that s okay. What bothers me is they won t sale you the tire you want. I was told he couldn t change the size of the tire. So if you have a vehicle and you want a taller or shorter tire that s against their policy. Makes no sense. Guy was super busy but had no since of urgency however I don t blame him one guy trying to keep up with it all by himself. That s on Walmart management! I canceled my order after an hour+ wait and the same two cars were still ahead of me with no one working on them. I went to an actual tire shop took 10 minutes I suggest you do the same if you have a choice! On another occasion I was told you can only put a trailer tire on a wheel if you say it is a trailer. So if you just need a cheap tire to get you down the road tell them it was off a 55 chevy truck.

Do not recommend coming here at all.. I came in for replacement of tires checked in at 3:40 & waited 4 hours to change my tires.. I asked the lady how much longer since I was told 1 hours wait when I got here! The workers are so slow and have a bad attitude the whole time! If you're not happy working here then find something you would actually like!!!!

The woman that did the restore job on my headlights did pretty good on them. When the headlights are on, I can see lots of little scratches on the lenses, so I think those could have been sanded more with a super fine grit to remove them. However, they were very busy that day, so she may not have had the time to sand/buff the scratches out. She removed the oxidation though & for $27 total, it was well worth it!

The car batterys they sell are junkand they don't back up what they sell, I'm out $130 went back 3 times with a bad battery's,had to go get a good one at Oryleys,will never spend another dollar at any Walmart,it's all trash.Service: Auto battery replacementService: Auto battery replacement

I dont think this place deserves 1 star. I bought 4 brand new tires from here. Checked in around 3:30pm and 2 hours later they pulled my truck in. 3 hours later after they've been closed for an hour they get done. 2 days later I wake up to a flat tire due to an old valve stem. You'd think after buying all new tires and waiting for all that time I could get new valve stems too. I strongly recommend against this place for sanity sake.

Went for an oil change came back to the side of the car messed up. And they leave your entire wheel greasy and my windshield had grease all over it. Do a better job.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This was much less than pleasant. I was there for over 3 hours for a tire repair. I was told it would be about 2 hours, which I was okay with. After 2 hours of my car sitting in the parking spot they put it in, I asked for an update. The lady behind the counter said I don't know. I then went and asked the attendant in the work bay and she said, "oh, I was wondering why that was sitting there? Then preceded to tell me she was one person and could only take care of one car at a time. Will not be going back here.

Went in for new tires. Was impressed with the shop fireman's knowledge of tires and she was quick to share specials with me. The only issue I had was it took the mechanic over an hour to get started on my tires after it was pulled into the bay. I will say this, once he did get going. It only took him 30 minutes to change all 4 tires.

It was OK and I will go back but hopefully not to the technician who lied to me. He told me he did not have the battery that my car calls for. There was a shelf full of that battery but it was too little for my car. Why not just tell me the truth

if u bring ur tires from outside walmart, they will charge you $27/per tire ($11/per tire installation and $16/per tire balance). it is the cheapest option. All Service is good though.

All the staff at this location are truly nice people and very professional. The Manager, Gene is a standup man and a VERY honest person. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for oil changes. I am satisfied with the services provided and feel I can trust my vehicle in their hands. Thank you for the great customer service. My family and I will return for more oil changes in the future.

There were five cars ahead of me. The man said they had 4 techs and 5 cars ahead of me so wait shouldn't be too long for my oil change and literally bragged for 3 minutes about how great and fast he was. I waited an hour and went back and there were still 5 cars waiting to be serviced!! One hour and nothing done. I cancelled my oil change and walked out to the garage and the techs are just standing around. They definitely need new, mature management in this place. I will not be back.

I went today for a new battery. From the beginning Camille the woman taking my info was very helpful and gave me an estimate of 60-90 minutes. I went inside and picked up a few things and browsed around. I went back in an hour and my car was almost ready! Ashley handled checking me out and her customer service was awesome! Ashley you and your department will always have my business! I wish you all a very Merry Christmas!!

Having been here before, I know first hand how SLOW they are. So today I decided to get ahead and be here first thing this morning. Need a tire balance & rotation. They had me set an appointment for 10:15. Ok, I thought, maybe this will be better. Came back just a little before 10:15. I am told they are backed up and still have the 9:30 vehicle to do. Really?? Excuses galore... guy wanted to add tires, only 4 techs, blah, blah, blah. My advice: Only come here if you have absolutely NOTHING else to do that day. You will be here way longer than you want.

I drove up and waited between 10-15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. The drive in bins were empty, there were two men who worked there in and out of conversation and even though they saw me they never acknowledged that I was there. There was only ONE lady there doing her job and NEVER got to me because she was dealing with someone out of the bays. I finally drove off to get my oil changed somewhere else. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If they don't care about their customers then they sure as hell don't care about the quality of the job they are going to do to your car. I rely on my car too much let it be handled by this type of attitude and lack of service.

Went there with a rim in hand from my Honda Civic that had a flat tire and had to wait 15 minutes for the person responsible for taking orders to finally show up and tell me that it would be 2-3 F@#$ing hours to put a new tire on 1 single rim. They weren't even busy and had absolutely no sense of urgency to get my order taken. Ive walked into another Wal-Mart's before with the same exact kind of rim needing the same exact kind of tire and it took about 40 minutes from when they took the order to completion of said order. And that Wal-Mart's automotive section was actually busy! I left without giving them my business or allowing them to waste my time any further. INCONCEIVABLE!!

If there was an option for no stars I would give it that. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They blatantly lie to you in the phone saying that they will accept cars until the close. Once you get there, however, they tell you the total opposite. I got there 30 minutes before they closed and they said that I can t get anything done. All I needed was a basic oil change, which only takes on average 15 minutes. I even asked over the phone if I get there around that time and the lady said that would be fine. Horrible customer service and overly rude! I tried to get ahold of a manager after I left via phone but was left on hold for 45 minutes so just gave up. If they don t wanna hear it, then I will take it here and hope that my story will project the negativity that this place has for its customers. Again, DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE!!!!

I was the only car when I pulled in at 9:30. At 10:20 I asked how long it would be and they told me they were just now starting. Their excuse was they only had one worker. I only had one car! They is no work ethic here!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worst walmart automotive care center I've been to. Come here at your own peril. Customer service is in the ground. They don't want to work. They make up stuff just so you can go and come back another day.Service: TiresService: Tires

The workers don't want to work here. They try to discourage you from getting your vehicle serviced. They do the least work they can and they take extra long to do the work seems like they get paid by the hour and want to do the least work as possible.

The tech Ozzie and his crew went above and beyond in providing service by cleaning up a mess that the previous place we used for an oil change caused, that we weren't aware of. We appreciate their attention and extra time they had to take for it. I can't thank them enough.

If you want your tire replaced by a group of incompetent idiots, by all means. Come here. If you don't want to die, try somewhere else. I was looked at like a moron when I brought my car right back after replacing a tire, of which my size they didn't have, however they had one slightly wider. Not a problem usually. I got on the road and my car began shaking violently. I took it back. They wouldn't even look at it and insisted that the tire was balanced and the issue was the difference in size. Now, I've got over a million miles under my belt so I'm no spring chicken, but a balanced tire is a balanced tire! My steering wheel is practically shaking out of my hand. Could it be that it was incorrectly balanced? YES. Also some moron put 45psi into my 32 psi tires. Idiots.

Takes way too long for service. Bought 2 new tires (waited 2.5 hours) and had to come back 4 days later to get them balanced. Waited another hour. If you can go to another tire shop, do it.

I get it that they are short staffed (I hear that very time I come here) but a mean/nasty attitude is not required when asking questions to a tech/service advisor. Sheesh

Use this location frequently for basic oil changed. This trip seemed unusually long being I was the 3rd vehicle in the area and went straight into a bay. My keys were turned in with completed paperwork from another car caused confusion and about 10 extra minutes. Things happen!
