Been using them for over a decade. Never an issue. If something is wrong with accessories whether you bought from them or not they step up and help. Many times at no charge. That is why I continue to come here. Workers have come and gone but that s not unusual in this business. Either way this is what businesses should do. Just saying

Great experience with Versus! I called for a quote on a spray in bed liner and they were able to squeeze me in the exact same day! They did an amazing job. David took care of me in a timely manner and answered all questions/concerns.

I called a few different places quoting cost for tint and availability to work me in as soon as possible.This business was recommended by a couple friends of mine as well.After checking several other businesses for quotes. These folks were the best rate for quality tint with warranty. Not only that, they were the only business to work me in same day!The work appears to be quality and professional. All the staff was courteous and explained the differences in the product types they offered. I ll definitely check with them first the next time I need tint or other accessories for my vehicles.

My husband went in for a quick tint on the windows and he liked the atmosphere right away. Customer service was great and the place had cool decor. Overall a good place to upgrade your car!

Needed parts to mount fifth wheel hitch.Called and spoke to employee and my wife took pickup and employee looked at truck then ordered part s needed they worked perfectly. Thanks. just another reason to shop local.

Versus was great! I called looking for side steps, Frank was patient and guided me through the process of searching for some. He offered to order them for me to reduce the hassle and the very next day they installed them for me. The Installation was fast and the price was very fair. Nice clean shop! I will definitely be returning and referring others. Thanks

I purchased a blue tooth stereo and LED headlights. They did a great job with the install. The stereo and headlights don't work after 16 months of usage. When I asked, they said the warranty had expired. Seems like good timing. 100% not recommending to anyone.

I worked with David here at Versus car audio! Very knowledgeable and very prompt! Made an appointment, showed up with what I needed to do! David made sure the parts needed for my install were correct and worked for my car! Left it at the shop, went to run errands, came back everything was done! My Apple car play works great! 100% would come back and get more work done if needed! Also gave me a really good price and estimate as well!

I needed window tinting for my vehicle, which also had to have old window tint removed. It took about an hour start to finish to remove and replace the tint. I really recommend this shop they specialize in car audio, installations, and window tint as well as other car accessories. They have a super friendly and knowledgeable staff which explained everything to me thoroughly and have many different tint brands and various warranties to choose from. I d recommend them for any kind of upgrade you d like to do to your car or if you re just wanting to stay cool this summer, window tint is a great option especially when done by the very best.

Had the front side windows and windshield tinted with a limo tint on top and with a anti-glare tint on the windshield, on my 2020 Nissan Rogue SV. Very happy with the job, my vehicle is a extremely Dark Green and the tinting goes nice with it.

I have taken every single vehicle I've owned to these guys for tint, audio work... Absolutely amazing every time. Zero disappointments. If something ever needs a second go with tint. They have never hesitated for me in making it perfect. Which 99.9999% of the time it's perfection

Took my 2021 Subaru WRX in for some window tint and apparently, one of their technicians decided to take a joyride in my car. My car has an integrated boost gauge and shows the peak boost value. Before I gave them the key, I cleared that number. When I got it back, it said 21PSI, which it reaches at wide open throttle up higher in the RPMs. Just to move it around the building or whatever it needed, there s no reason it should have said anything over 1-3PSI. Will not be back.

David and the great team at Versus did a phenomenal job on my Jeep Gladiator. The sound is incredible and the instillation is flawless. Even if you already have a sound system installed, take it over to David so he can tune it for you. You won t be disappointed!

Outstanding service!!! Trustworthy amd helpfil. I was traveling from Denton to austin, TX and my phone stopped being connected to my car. Found this place, right off the highway, phoned them, they said they could help. And that they did. David diagnosed that the charger was broken, and I bought another, he put it in, and I was done. Total time less than 10 minutes. Great job.

My son and myself brought his 2017 Mustang Eco Boost Premium to Versus to purchase and have installed.The price seemed very fair, but this is a pretty tech type of job and lots could go wrong, so me being a dad had me a bit nervous, but I did feel confident in them after talking with them at Versus for awhile.So long story short, as soon as the kit arrived ( and that was only a few days) they called and we dropped it off and the next day it was ready to go. The system works perfectly and looks like a factory install.Great work and could not be happier. This has been about a year now and all is still fine.

We called Art to get our new truck windows tinted and a spray in bed liner on Friday at noon. Quoted a great price on high quality products. Told to bring it in a 2pm . We did and the had completed the installation before 6pm. The customer service was professional. Answered all of our questions. We will be using their services again.Arts customer service was great. We truly appreciate small business with great products and service.Thank You for doing such a great job.

I had the front windshields in both of my vehicles laminated with the UV protection and front and rear Camera systems installed. Versus did an excellent job on both and extremely happy with the product and service. The staff are very professional and friendly.

Had a great time at Versus! Frank helped out and discussed various options for my truck. Had them do a spray-in Toff bedliner, and it turned out great!! They even gave me a ride to a coffee shop around the corner to kill some time while they got the work done. Looking forward to going back for window tinting.

I recently had a new system installed in my truck. Their entire staff was friendly and helpful. The price they quoted me was a substantial amount cheaper than the competitor and they did a tremendous job installing my system. I can not be more pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle!! Oh and they also sell more than just audio equipment, they are going to have my business for now on!!

I went to the store cause I d seen an ad for back then the alpine halo 9 and installed it but said for the front camera I d need another special camera to work with it. That they would have to order and cost extra $250. Thought they could use backup camera that was in my pickup but not the front camera that was in my pickup already. I told them I d have to come back as my pickup was going into paint job and other things. After that I didn t think much about it tell after I got my pickup back and stereo started cutting out not working right. Took to another shop in Arlington and learned how poorly that installed had been, the quote from the shop was who ever installed that must of really hated me!!!! There words! Well cost a lot but the fixed all the bad wiring job Versus and oh best part the front end camera they said wouldn t work with the alpine works just fine now and didn t need that special camera!!!!! I will never use Versus again.

Versus put in a 12 inch sub and amp for me and did a fantastic job. Wires were well hidden and it sounds great they even hid the wires to my dash cam that I had in a horrible location. I wish the prices were a little better but since they were able to get me in and have my car finished the same day I called I couldn t complain I would definitely recommend!

I usually don't write reviews, because reviews are usually suggestive all depending on the person's attitude and demeanor that's writing the review...but I have to give it up to Clemente and Enrique for their meticulous and diligent work they put in my cars audio system they did "an amazing job". I'm not one that is easily impressed either. I've already told the guys this install was just a warm up...this next one is going to ridiculous.I just want to drop my car off and let them go nuts.So if you're truly wanting the best car audio installation and excellent customer service to match without being up sold...then look no further than these guys at Versus.

Versus did my window tint and they did an excellent job. They also have lifetime warranty. I also used them to install my car alarm and when it had a problem later on, which was due to an issue with a part, they completely replaced the part and took care of everything for free. I install my own car audio parts and I have went up there in order to get some extra wire I needed and they gave it to me for free! This was not cheap wire either so I was very impressed and thankful. Cannot say enough good things about this place and I have seen them grow and grow ever since they started so they have to be doing something right for others as well.

What customer service should be like in every store! Versus was a business we really didn't know much about, until we stopped by after visiting Best Buy to look for a new audio system for an older truck we own. Our 2004 Chevy Silverado had a state of the arts Bose stereo system that had seen better days. We wanted something with newer technology, without having to buy a whole new vehicle. At BB, we were shown a few systems that were nice but way out of our price range. We stopped by Versus on our way home and were quickly impressed by their friendly and informative staff. We were given a printed estimate, and told it would be a 2 hour install. I decided to go with Versus, who quoted a stereo with all the bells and whistles with installation included for nearly $1000 less than BB! The technician was going to be able to tie the system into the Bose speakers we already had! A huge savings to us! Also, for under $1000 we got a backup camera included. We dropped off the truck the next morning and in 2 hours, we had a brand new sound system! I'll gladly recommend them to anyone! They also gave me hands on instructions to be sure I could work the controls. Did I mention it had a DVD player built in? Yes indeed Best Buy has met their match!

I recently wanted an upgrade to my stereo's head unit. I have been to this store numerous times for tint on multiple vehicles and speakers with re-wiring once. This time was even better. Staff is even more knowledgeable and helpful. They even took the time to figure out why my dimmer switch would not work before hooking up the radio. Toyota had my truck for 2 weeks and could not even figure it out. The technician figured it out and repaired it in about an hour, all I can say is WOW! The wires were soldered together rather than the old school wire twist. I drove home and the sound was crystal clear compared to before and I could not be more happier with my purchase. I will continue to come to this place in the future with all vehicles, whether its for tint, audio or just accessories. Thanks for taking care of me!!!

These guys are the BEST. I went to them to install a power invertor in my vehicle and they ALL where just wonderful to work with and so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my install. I am SO pleased with there service. I can't be happier, THANK YOU GUYS.

Versus team did an awesome job adding accessories to our family's Jeep. Clean install on everything and was professional from start to finish. Had a couple of minor issues, but they took care of it right away. Very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone wanting to add accessories to their vehicle.
