I was stranded on the side of the highway on my way to my cousins wedding and DAN saved the day and helped me replace my blown tire. All for free. I am so grateful for his assistance.

I came in with my AC and the screen not working on my car, even though they were backed up Steven took the time to come check out my car. I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra. They fixed my A/C issues, Front Wheel bearings and hubs, Rotors, Pads, and new tires. The truck drives like brand new. The staff is friendly and know what they are doing. The price could not have been more fair for the amount of work they did. I firmly believe they will keep my truck running like new for many years to come. The team has a very happy customer!!

I stopped by Hoover for the first time because I was hearing a noise in my front end. I was pretty sure I was gonna get the typical we don t hear it but I was pleasantly surprised that they diagnosed it and quoted a repair price that I found reasonable. Keeping true to my word and once again good ole American Quality brings loyalty! Dan thank you for your honesty. The long short. A left handed gas peddle was installed so naturally I use my left foot to brake. I thought my brakes where questionable so I brought them in. And once again I was informed that my brakes were just fine and it s probably due to using the left foot! It s good to have the opinion of a pro and Honestly! I ll be back!!!!I am a customer from here on out!!! Mr Colt, no words can express my gratitude for your integrity and professionalism. When I feel that the days firm hand shakes and good honest people are a thing of the past You appear. You could have made up some repairs , kept the car but instead you took the time and plugged in a sensor that was loose. My greatest respect for you. Thank you once again and you have my business! I brought my 2001 Dodge for major repairs back in Nov 2022, this was the second shop I had came for. My SUV had been sitting for a few years so I needed work! It took a little bit of time to get it fixed and ready to go. BUT once they were able to look at it and figure out the game plan, Colt called me and asked me to come up, he walked me thru every problem that they could find, he (and other mechanics) talked to me and explained everything I asked, they did NOT talk down to me, they talked TO me as the single mom they made me feel so welcomed!I have since brought my suv back for other reasons!!! They are super sweet! I will ALWAYS come by here and ONLY let them handle my cars!!! Team Hoover is the best mechanic I have worked with hands down. I have an older Nissan and when the car had issues again, Mike drove 18 miles one way to my house to pick up the car! Talk about customer service! My son has also taken his Toyota to Team Hoover and has enjoyed the same excellent service.Mike and his team are always upfront to tell me what s wrong with the car but always fix just what needs fixing. Let me begin by shouting out Colt and Keith in the front office. Those guys truly understand customer service!My wife and I have only lived in Burleson for 1 and a half years. Thankfully, Team Hoover was recommended to us soon after we moved here. We have two old Chevys (truck and malibu). The mechanics did a great job with multiple repairs on both vehicles. Fuel pumps, suspension repair, electrical diagnostics, etc were completed in a timely fashion, at a fair price and with quality work.Colt always communicates quickly and succinctly via either text or phone call and sometimes both. If he says he'll contact you, he will. That's not usual in this industry.The icing on the cake came when we were planning to move to Tulsa, OK. My truck made terrible scraping noises near the suspension. I drove straight to Team Hoover and Keith immediately came out, jacked up the truck and took a quick look at it. Colt and Keith found a way to fit me in on short notice and repair the problem, knowing that we were moving soon. I am truly grateful to those guys and the mechanics who do the work as well. Being so helpful to customers they may never see again shows you what kind of character they have. Do not hesitate to come see these guys! We are from out of state, and we re looking for a new mechanic. So glad we were referred to Team Hoover. COLT made us feel like regular customers, pointed out what repairs needed to be done, and found ways to save money. He took me underneath our vehicle and went above and beyond explaining each repair prior to beginning.They had our vehicle fixed as fast as possible and kept us up to date during every step of the repairs. We were even sent photos of the damaged parts, and even allowed us to supply replacement parts.Can t express enough how comfortable we felt knowing that COLT and the technicians were taking care of our vehicle.They definitely gained a regular customer for maintenance and repairs. Team Hoover has perfected the craft of customer service! I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They have such a hardworking and honest team, making sure to explain any issue your car may be facing in a way you can understand. Having problems with your vehicle is stressful enough-- Team Hoover does everything in their power to alleviate the burden. Special recognition goes to Colt who is so incredibly patient and kind! As a young woman who knows very little about cars, I rarely come across a place that s as honest and warm as what I experienced today. Colt managed to squeeze me in the day before Thanksgiving and his team discovered another (easy fix) issue that was probably causing the problems I was experiencing and fixed it without any extra charge! Very happy to have found a trustworthy mechanic in a state that s unfamiliar. I would absolutely recommend using them as your mechanics!

Mike is honest and knows his stuff! A true technician....not someone that reads codes and throws parts at the problem hoping it solves the problem. If you have a car issue, you should stop by Team Hoover and get an honest evaluation and solution.

First time to use Team Hoover, and I did so based on many referrals from people on Burleson Residence FB page.....Brian and the Team have gained another loyal customer!I needed quite a bit of work done to my work truck - lower ball joints, inner/outer tie rod ends, alignment, rear main seal, oil pan gasket, and rear drum brakes.Brian quotes me a very fair price, acknowledging a labor discout if I had all the work done at the same time, and said that it would take a couple of days once all the parts were ordered and at the shop. I told Brian to "pull the trigger"!When I went to pick the truck up and pay, the amount was a bit higher than quoted. Brian looked into it, and discovered that an additional repair (oil pressure sending unit) had been recognized/made, but I had not been informed about it. I offered to pay for it, but Brian told me "no, do not worry about it - we appreciate your business!"Quality service on display, Burleson! I have several examples I could list as to why you should make them your auto repair shop. But I ll stick to one. While back the shift cable on my truck snapped on a Friday night. Saturday morning I had it towed to Team Hoover, and as the tow driver was unhooking my vehicle we heard a noise coming from the shop which was closed. Mike Hoover The shop owner happen to be there for some reason, came over looked at the problem and told me he could have it fixed in 15 or 20 minutes, which he did. He could ve easily told me thanks for bringing it by, I ll call you Monday. Who does that? I ll tell you who, Team Hoover Automotive! Their knowledge experience and genuine caring for their customers is unmatched. I d give them six stars if I could! I highly recommend the shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I was having starter issues with my pick up. Called Mike and he got me in on short notice which was very nice. I originally thought the problem was my starter but after running diagnostics they determined the problem was a loose ground wire. Quick and simple fix, 30 mins and I'm out the door. Highly recommend this shop for any and all repairs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I found the positive reviews online to be in line with my experience. Greated respectfully when I came in, communicated clearly throughout the process (including pictures of work that was being done) and finished the work in a timely manner and a fair price. While I hope it is a while before a needed vehicle repair, Team Hoover will be the first place I go.Service: Air conditioning

We were on our way back to East Texas from West Texas a 7 hour trip of which we still had 3 hours to go we stopped to eat at Babes and when we went back to our car, it wouldn t start. I immediately called Team Hoover, because they were the first place that came up on Google. Now I know why Someone was there within 5 minutes of calling. He jumped us off and led us back to the shop to check our battery and alternator. Super nice guy, didnt even charge us. So sorry we didn t your name, but he has an amazing beard and a super nice Cadillac. Thank you!!! You saved us! Definitely the place to call, if we need someone in the area again, you ll be first!

These guys at Team Hoover Automotive are amazing. From the first moment I walked into this shop last year, I knew I didn't have to worry about them taking advantage of me. I never have to question the service they provide to my car or anything they suggest. They are very professional and all around honest people. They always go above and beyond and answer any question I may have. It is always laughter in this shop and I like that. If you want the best service with honest prices from a professional crew then visit these guys. Tell everyone you know to support this business. You will not leave disappointed. I am grateful for the multiple services they have provided on my 16 year old car that still runs like a dream thanks to them.

Let me start by saying my husband and I recently moved here and found ourselves in a bind with car issues and literally knew no one to take our vehicle too. Where we came from yes but here we had none. I read the reviews about Team Hoover and decided to go with them. And boy were the positive reviews on point. Colt helped us out he not only did the job in a speedy time but he was very efficient. If there were any issues he communicated them to me. He actually was able to charge less then he said initially (definitely a fair price). And when I didn t have a way to get my vehicle they came and picked me up instead of me having to use Uber. Colt will definitely be our go to from now on as well as Team Hoover.Service: Electrical

Went here because it was on the preferred list for our warranty, warranty didn t end up covering what needed to be done, but would ve definitely used them if it did. Complete professionals, super welcoming. If I do need a fix in the future, this is definitely where I m taking my car.

I had my A/C compressor repaced in my 2012 Malibu and they even went above and beyond and did a small repair on my bumper. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

I had moved here around January needing a solid shop to go to for work on my truck. Well when my truck broke down and I had my vehicle towed to this shop. The next day they got to my truck and had it fixed and running by Tuesday afternoon. I definitely recommend this shop for the quality of their work and the way they work with you to save you money! Colt was very helpful when I talked to him on the phone as he kept me updated.Service: Electrical

Amazing group of people. They fixed my ram rack and pinion issue. A few months ago. I had a transmission check engine light turn on and they recommended a different transmission place to take a closer look. That is service! Not like other repair garages that would take your money and cost you more! You do not find that kind of service much anymore! Very honest people and hard workers! Will take my vehicles there anytime!

I took my 2010 Scion TC to Hoover s last week. I was in a car accident last month and needed several mechanical fixes. Mike and his team were amazing! They communicated with me, and got my car done in a timely manner. When I picked it up today, they d also filled up my tank!! I am very appreciative and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

Absolutely, the best auto shop in the Burleson area! I don t write a lot of reviews but good mechanics are hard to find and Mike and the technicians at Team Hoover are amazing. Their pricing for parts is what you would pay for quality parts if you bought them anywhere else, and for their labor while it might not be cheap it is a very fair price to pay someone who will find the actual problem and do the job right. I ve learned to trust that no matter what mechanical issue my vehicle has, Mike and his team CAN FIX IT!Highly recommend Team Hoover!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

It's hard to find a good mechanic. The guys down at team Hoover do great work at an honest price. I've taken me and my wife's vehicles in over the past couple of months for various issues and the owner, Mike, has taken great care of us. If you live in the area and need a skilled, trustworthy mechanic then this is the place to go.

I m going to give them five stars even though the outcome wasn t what I wanted. They were honest and upfront, they never tried to give me services that I didn t need, my engine was done for, they were direct about it, gave me some options, at the end nothing I could do since it was out my monetary range, but they are very professional and attentive.
